My experience at CBI Health was fantastic. I suffered whip lash after a nasty vehicle accifent. I was reluctant to seek treatment but knew i should. I had given up on chiropractors the last few years because I found I would get adjusted and then be out the next day. It felt like a waste of time and money. But when I was assessed by Rick he advised me that he was a chiropractor. I had to trust him to help me recover. He explained his pressure therapy which is based off his acupuncture training. He presses on your knots until they release, making his adjustments actually count! I felt relief starting after my first visit. Amazing! Similarly, the stretches and exercises Damien in physio gave me were Amazing! I followed the stretches and exercises and have recovered in record time! I HIGHLY recommend these people. They are top notch in their fields! Update - I've been back since this awesome experience a couple times and I am amazed at how quickly they are able to relieve my pain and injuries. I will never go to anyone else! Love the professionals here, especially Dr Rick!

Fantastic place. From the reception staff to the actual physio team you feel at home, at ease and are in great hands! Rubia and Samantha worked with me to get my knee back in shape after an injury that left me on a cane, and they were encouraging and understanding, but pushed when needed so that I didn't let myself think that I wasn't healing. Even members of the staff who weren't involved in my treatment, like Damian, were always cheerful and willing to trade a joke or say hello no matter how busy they were. The office staff is just as great. Shannon and Teal were warm, friendly and helpful with finding upcoming appointments that fit with my schedule and understanding when life jumped up and some appointments had to be moved or canceled. I cannot recommend them enough!

They take an integrated approach to your treatment here so you can get help from a physiotherapist, a kinesiologist and a massage therapist. Damion (physio) was wonderful, attentive and a pleasure to work with. We tried a variety of treatments and adapted them based on my progress. Mercedes (kinesiology) was knowledgable and flexible, and she taught me many new exercises and stretches. Mitch (massage) was thorough and considerate in his treatment. He looks at an issue and it's impact through the whole body, so you feel much better after his massages. AND, this stellar team makes you feel welcome with great conversation and genuine care. I really recommend Damion and the team for physiotherapy, or Mitch for just massage therapy.

I injured tendons( partial tears on both sides ) in my elbow at work. I chose this clinic as it's close to my place of employment. I came here with hopes of making the chronic pain go away. Rubia is the best physiotherapist I have ever worked with. She gave me alot of treatments and alot of stretching over the past 2.5 months. My grip strength drastically improved and I have been pain free for just over a week now. I am very grateful for Rubia and her selflessness staying late to see clients putting helping others above her own self. The front desk staff Kay and Laura were so helpful with scheduling appointments and always friendly and welcoming. Great team here. I would recommend this clinic to any of my family and friends.

2022: Absolutely loved my experience here! Damien and Samantha are a fantastic team and really helped my on my way to full recovery! They helped me reach my goals for end of physio and were always so supportive. If I ever need to go to physio again, this location is definitely the first on my list! 2023: When I injured my back at work I knew I was going to come here for my recovery. I was blessed to have Rubia and Sam helping me with my recovery and they were both very understanding and helped so much! Both are very knowledgeable and friendly and do everything they can to help your recovery. Very thankful to have had another wonderful experience at this clinic.

My name is Allison and this clinic has amazing service and therapists. I was in a car accident and I was hurting alot. I required so many treatments including physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and psychology. My physio therapist was Damien and he was the best! He was kind, compassionate and helpful with my recovery. I healed nicely and the acupuncture and massage therapy was my favorite part. I was treated with respect and any injury I felt Damien had a plan and an understanding. I was heard and it was such a therapeutic experience. This place is a must go and you will find healing.

Rubia was my physiotherapist and I could say she's very knowledgeable, sweet, caring and listens attentively with everything you have in my mind, she won't make you feel she's hurrying you during the session and she's just calm and motivated to get you back on your feet. I remember I always look forward to all of my sessions because there wasn't any dull session with her and the rest of the staffs. This all goes to Shannon she's very accommodating and flexible to my schedule, Mitch who was my RMT is gentle and professional, Sam my Kinesiology is professional, knowledgeable and always smiling.

This location has been apart of my healing process for the last 5 year I can say every time I hurt my self or get into an motor vehicle accident CBI is always there help with the getting better. The staff there is like a second family when I come in they know my name I am not just a number or another bill paid I am a person someone who is hurt and needs their help to make my life better. I highly recommend CBI heath and their staff when it comes to dealing with family and friends. I am always saying het I know someone who can help !!!

The whole CBI team is amazing! Shannon and Laura in the front are so friendly and helpful, and always make you feel comfortable and welcome! Damion is such a knowledgeable physiotherapist, and I am so incredibly grateful for his care and compassion and friendly smile! Sam is great and made doing exercises more fun! Mitch and Barb (the massage therapists) are so professional and incredibly good at their jobs. Although I hope to not need to, if I ever do need help to recover from an injury again, this will always be my first choice!

Staffs are good at the front desk, flexible schedule and if i need to make changes with my schedule they work with you without giving you a hard time. I like Barb for massage very relaxing. and my physio therapist Rubia very sweet, nice therapist she knows what she's doing and first time i met her she explained it very well to me. and she will ask you every session how are you feeling. my pain on my lower back she helped me a lot. Even my session was done, she followed up directly to me to make sure im good , thank you :)

A great place! The staff are all super friendly and really care about their clients. At the beginning they'll ask you about your goals and they'll help you achieve them. Rubia is an amazing physiotherapist, very fun and very good at checking in with her patients. When I started I was awful at describing my discomfort, but she helped me through it and I became more in tune with my body. Sam is also an amazing kinesiologist and can keep a conversation while pushing you to become stronger.

Mitch is an incredible Massage Therapist that I have been seeing about 4 years. I went from ALWAYS using a cane at appointments, to now NOT using a cane at his office; from walking with a pronounced waddle-limp to walking with a small limp. My mobility progress is such that other health-care practitioners have commented on my improved mobility! He is knowledgeable; kind; and always willing to answer my questions, and to explain things. Definitely a "5/5 star" Massage Therapist!

All the staff here are fantastic. Dr. Rana was thorough in using several methods to find which worked best for me (he can do a lot more than just cracking your back). The RMT, Leasa, is an excellent masseuse, very good deep tissue, she is also receptive to changes on the fly if you want her to work on a different muscle group or focus on specific muscles longer. Only reason I said 4 stars is because their waiting room seating is uncomfortable for people with back issues.

Laura and Shannon are personable and remember you every time you come in. I specifically saw Rubia and she was an incredible physiotherapist. Really amazing! From the front door welcoming from Shannon and Laura to the highly experienced and friendly physiotherapist Rubia and the knowledgeable and personable kinesiologist Samantha. Also an exceptional massage therapist Mitch who worked with me to resolve muscle pains. They fixed me up back to new and I was sad to say bye, if you’re looking for physiotherapy for an injury this is the place! The staff is incredible!

Nice staff. They make the effort to greet me by name when I walk in. The professionals here seem good. Dr. Rana has been thorough with me in my treatment more so than I had experienced in the past. Where I used to just get adjustments, with this clinic I now also have a program and a better understanding of what happens and what I can do about it. The treatment here is much more rounded and complete.

Cbi is one of the greatest clinics around but you need to start charging for no shows. Your therapists are the only ones that pay for them is unfair that you hold no shows against them. You should start charging your clients for it. Even if it's 10 to 15 percent of the treatment cost. It would make your clients second guess not showing up. It's the only thing that's fair to them and you.

I have been through Physio multiple times before I came here and was basically expecting the same results and that not being much however I am over joyed that I couldn’t have been more wrong. The people here are fantastic the knowledge and care they give is second to none. If you are unfortunate enough that you will require Physio come here you won’t be disappointed.

Chill and happy environment with amazing staff. I genuinely don’t think I’d want to go anywhere else to get my body back to functional. I could go in with a bad mood and doubled over in pain and I’d walk out smiling and laughing with a whole new set of tricks to reduce the pain and strengthen my body and mindset. 10/10 would and have been recommending to people

Easy to find, clean and spacious facilities. Love that they offer direct billing with my insurance company. My massage therapist Barbara was a-maz-ing. She had a soothing voice and lovely music going. She was so mindful of me because I've had a car accident, I like her gentle but firm approach for chronic pain. Would most definitely return.

The staff were all very friendly. From the receptionists to the other physiotherapists. I felt very welcome. Charles was fantastic. Never condescending. His program and his advice got me back up to par very quickly. I felt very welcome every time I came in, and they didn't walk away and forget about me. Very engaging. Highly recommend!

Naveen was wonderful and upbeat as he helped me fix a seized and injured calf muscle. He helped me understand strengthening exercises I should do to continue ongoing recovery and strengthening at home and did not extend appointments once everything was on a good path. I was having pain in my right side when running. So far the physio, massage and chiropractic sessions have seemed to really help and the pain is getting much lesser now. My wife also visited after a car crash/whiplash accident and she is much improved too. Highly recommend Damien.
