Awesome - It is not very often you can find a company that Excels in Caring for their Customers backed up by Excellent Communications and Super Quality Workmanship. Chase and Mike always returned phone calls and answered all questions, if they did not have an answer...they were Honest to say so and called back within a few hours or next day (everything was upfront and honest, no guessing). They were able to write and communicate with our insurance company. We were worried at first, had anxiety if we are picking the right roofer, etc. Once we met with Chase & Mike at different times, we were put at ease by their knowledge, kindness and caring. We were given samples to pick our color to match our brick - as well as being educated on different kinds of shingles, roof options to enhance our roof for best results during hot weather, winds & storms. None of the other roofers we called spent the time to explain any of this? When it was time to replace our roof... the crew came on-time - did not rush the job (like I see other neighbors houses do)...All the work was very Professional and Diligent. The crew worked as a team, very rarely do you ever see this kind of teamwork, the crew was very proud of their work, no shortcuts - just quality work, done right the first time. Even at cleanup - crew went around the house 3 times, even asked next door if they can go in their back yard to look for any shingles or debris that may have blew in their yard - swept up all around the house and driveway (by the time they left - it was so clean that you could not believe there was so much work done to the house earlier)... Amazing even after all that Mike asked us to go for a walk around the house to make sure we were happy satisfied customers and nothing was missed before crew left We are very Happy and Proud of our new roof and have had many compliments from neighbors... Driving around the neighborhood looking at all the replaced roof's - no roof compares to the Beauty and Quality of our new roof - it is really that Awesome. Million Thank You's ... I can't say enough good things about my experience with Terry (the owner), Danielle (the office manager), and CCR Commercial Roofing as a commercial roofing provider. I HIGHLY recommend CCR Roofing and specifically Rich for any roofing concerns and/or issues you may have. After learning there was a second leak in my new construction home, I immediately searched for a roof inspector. Because I was only seeking an inspection, multiple companies told me this was not something they were interested in taking on. Thank goodness I reached out to CCR Roofing and was connected with Rich. Rich visited the home the next day when it just so happened to rain. He patiently waited ~25 minutes for the rain to end and once it did, immediately pointed out visible flaws contributing to leaks and explained potential long term issues. After the storm in February I called and Rich Hoff came to look at the roof to see if it needed repair. He was honest and said it was good for another 5 to 7 years. That's why when we had a huge lengthy hail mortar attack a short time later, I called him again and he came again and then told me to call my insurance company because it was now very bad. The insurance adjuster agreed with him and we got things rolling. Once the roofers arrived a couple of weeks later at 7:15 a.m., the noise continued until after 5:30 p.m. with an hour of respite while they took their lunch break. All of the men I spoke with were very very pleasant and hard workers. I was thoroughly impressed that, when they were finished, several men stayed behind to clean up any trash that remained. They even took what appeared to be a metal detector to find any loose nails on the ground and the yard was totally clean when they left.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. CCR Roofing did a phenomenal job on my roof. There was unexpected damage to my roof and Rich Hoff handled the communications with his company and the insurance company. He was on site inspecting the workmanship both days his crew was at my home. Rich made my life so much easier. He took the stress off my shoulders. When the job was done, my yard looked beautiful like no one was ever here. No damage to scrubs or trees. The clean up was great and all trash and nails were picked up. The owner of the company CCR showed up to check on things and any concerns I might have. I would use CCR Roofing again and highly recommend them to everyone. Rich was there for me from day one! He is very personable and explains everything! A rental property had a roof leak. After his examination of it, he determined it had hail damage from July. I had not thought of that. So I had him also check the roofs on our other two properties, along with my mother's roof. My home had hail and wind damage too. He worked with my insurance adjuster and now I have a pretty new roof! Waiting on the insurance company to finalize the rental and then it will be reroofed also. The team was super fast. I know because I’ve done four family members’ roofs in my lifetime. Grant it we used hammers back in the day. Now, there are nail guns. It took the crew one day. WOW! CCR Roofing did some needed repairs on a roof of a home I bought in a timely fashion. They were easy to work with and incredibly responsive. I procrastinated until virtually the last minute because I thought the process of replacing the roof would be overwhelming and I couldn’t have been more wrong. From start to finish Mike and his staff were professional, helpful, thorough, efficient and highly skilled. My roof looks amazing and my yard was left in pristine condition upon completion of the job. I truly cannot imagine working with another company because CCR is hands down the best!

We have had 5 roof shingle replacements in the 30 years we have lived here. Each has been so so but the last was the best. We were assisted in shingle selection and the work done was flawless. There was nothing that required a ‘do over’. The clean up was without problems. We have not found nails in the yard since the work completion. We would not hesitate to use this company again. We recommended them to our neighbor who has since used them.

Beau and Will were great. My mom had a small leak near her chimney. She talked to some other guys and they told her she needed a whole new roof. Beau from CCR came out and assured her she did not need a whole new roof and just a simple repair would take care of the problem. Early morning repair appointment got rained out, but they still came out once the weather cleared up and had my roof done before dark! My roof was old and outdated and in dire need of replacement. A friend of mine (Lindsey) recommended them so I went with that. They were on time and quickly had the old roof removed and hauled off.
