Absolutely appalling!! Century 21 at Brighton le sands are very unprofessional and doggy. They are happy to take your money however, they DO NOT DO ANY INSPECTIONS! We asked for reports but of course they couldn't provide it because they don't have anything. JOE and ALI are very unprofessional and awful to deal with. They never return your call and continously pretend they are not in the office. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR PROPERTY!! THEY ARE NOT FIT TO MANAGE PROPERTIES. Here is the story before Ali writes a bunch of lies to save himself. I bought the property as first home buyer and because the tenant was already living in there I was allowed legally to have them stay for another few months. I asked Century 21 at Brighton Le sands (JO)to ensure they are out before June so that, I could start living in my property. Even though I gave the notice and got the tenant to sign the contact, Century 21 refused to follow instructions. They told the tenant " don't worry stay until August and use Covid as an excuse". After this, I tried several times to get in contact with Ali to have this sorted but of course he pretended to be in meetings every time. Jo and Ali suggested to me, to have the money sent to my partners account to cover evidence.They even asked if I prefer cash payments. I was very disappointed with this comment and immediately refused and asked them to have tenant move by end of lease. After the tenant had moved out, there was no inspection, keys were missing, Property had been physically damaged. The bond was also released without my permission. I requested for the inpection reports and till day I haven't received them. So century 21 before embarrassing yourself with lies please ensure you do the right thing to avoid others coming forward with their experience with you! ONCE AGAIN DODY.

I would NOT recommend Century 21 Bayview to anyone. After interviewing several agents in the area, I chose them to manage my investment property for a year. In that time - they leased it to the NSW Housing Commission without my consent. After numerous complaints from other residents regarding the tenants, the agents lied about completing follow up and did nothing to address them. Century 21 Bayview forgot to pay strata notices on time on a number of occasions, then charged me for the interest they incurred for late payments! They made countless accounting errors and if I hadn't gone through all my statement with a fine toothed comb, I would never have found them. They are at best incompetent and at worst liars. Do not trust them to manage your property.

I successfully sued C21 landlord of the property I rented 1 year ago. I was suffering from mould toxicity that infested the window inserts. C21 refused to admit there was mould in the property even after there own independent report indicated there was a mould infestation to the Windows above the sleeping areas. C21's Joanne also with-held that mould report from me for over 7 months. They only provided the full mould report as court documents during the tribuneral hearing 10 or more months later. They do not care about people and they costs there landlord money as well as the the ongoing health of me, the tenant. I will never affilitate with C21 again.

This was my WORST experience dealing with a rental agency. I had no responses on many emails that I have sent and they have deducted a huge amount of money from my Bond because a couple of things weren't sparkling clean. (PS: I am a very clean person and my home is always shining and glossy). I had 3 quotations from different companies and their amount to clean the entire apartment was not even half of what I have been charged! Despina Tzanis is the WORST Property Manager that I have been dealing with, she takes advantages of international people, she is just evil. Please, DO NOT deal with this agency for your rentals!

Great experience working with Century 21! Have worked with Seval for about a decade now - when I first moved to Sydney, she helped me identify apartments to rent over a period of 2-3 years. Based on my experience working with her when I was a tenant, it was an easy choice for me to continue to work with Seval when I eventually made my own property investment as well. A thorough professional, Seval is an attentive listener, always prompt in her communication and consistently brings a positive, high-energy attitude to her work. Given we sold in a softening market, Ali was working outside of business hours meeting with potential buyers, which ultimately saw the successful sale of our home. Great work ethic and understanding of the local market. I would definitely recommend Ali and his team at Century 21 Bayview.

I have been renting a unit off Century 21 for the last 15 yrs. The owners decided to sell so I had to move. The staff at Century 21 Bayview kept me informed and up to date.They quickly assisted me in applying for my bond and provided me with a reference. When I needed to have some extra time due to difficulties moving into another unit, Staff assisted me in getting an extension from the new owners to enable me to have a smooth transition to my new address. I highly recommend the staff and service at Century 21 Bayview provides, 5 stars.

My experience with Century21 Bayview was excellent, I had a very short time to find and move into a flat to rent before I had to go to hospital 5 days after I was moving . Kevin and Jo were amazing, not only did they find me a lovely apartment but they managed to get me into it quickly and get all the paperwork done quickly as well. Without them I would never have gotten this lovely apartment in my favourite street! They really pulled out all the stops for me and I am truly greatful. Jo and Kevin thank you again.

Working with Ali to sell our property was an absolute pleasure! Very bad team communication. Property manager was unrechable. They took adventages as we were overseas, and they charge with no consent $675 to clean some items that were clean without providing an invoice. Not even cleaning the whole apartment cost that. I neaver have had such a bad experience with and agency like this one. Avoid to contact or deal Despina Tzanis as she was the one that cause all the trouble. Already put a formal complaint on fair trade as such thing is out of the ordinary

Honesty, fairness and trust, these are the qualities I found in dealing with Ali of C21, Bayview. I sold my property through Ali and he certainly helped me navigate a stressful time with a calming and professional approach. The result was fantastic! I am now a tenant through the same agency and can’t speak highly enough of Seval, my property manager. No request is too big or too small & always prompt is addressing any issues. Very bad team communication. Worst realestate to deal with kept hanging us for more than 2 weeks. Please let the team know for follow ups to client. Feels the brand strandard is going down. Everytime we call the people says they will callyou back in the day but no calls. In this competative market if you do not help clients you are losing business and clients will choose different realestate. Please make sure you choose realstate wisely not this one from my point of view.

If you want THE experts in the Bay area and surrounds, it is very hard to come by Ali and his team from Century 21 Bayview. They are the honest and realistic guys, with tones of experience.
