These agents seem to be incompetent. We were renting a house under their management, and we found that getting a response was nearly impossible. They messed up a water bill by overcharging us and we kept getting automated messages saying we owed money, even though I emailed twice and even called. I had to send a third profane email to get some action. We gave our notice of intent to vacate and we did not even get an acknowledgment. We found that they had advertised the house when we stopped by the office to ensure that they knew, but got no further communication aside from calling us to let people see the house. Now we've moved out and we're getting notices stating that we owe rent. We sent an email and left a message via the website that the place was vacated. We could not drop the keys in the office because they left early and did not have a secure slot. Yet they still insist that we owe rent. Gary's response indicates that his auto emails were the result of non-payment, but we were actively negotiating with him and he could not be bothered to turn them off. In the end, we ignored his requests to "give him a taste of his own medicine." When he called me with an angry tone I asked him how it felt to be ignored. He blasted me for losing him a sale. It was not at all professional. I will add that my wife and I were looking to buy a house in the Blue Mountains and always groaned when Century 21 wa the agent. Gary could NEVER remember us despite having rented with his agency for months/years. How did he get to be a top agent? The hose we rented had issues with mould and no attempt was made to address this - EVER. The floor boards in the lounge room were riddled with termite damage. I was sure to fall through had we not moved out, and NOTHING was done, despite repeated requests. Choose wisely!

Tried to get in contact with the respective agent for a property my family desperately wanted to lease the day it went on the market and continued to call for a week. Each time my partner called she was met with abrupt rudeness from Garry and Katerina? telling her to just email, or that they can't put her through to the agent responsible for the house, or that inspections were not happening for the house (which was a blatant lie as my parents live across the street and watched people go in for inspections.) Got told today that the house was leased to the second person to have inspected the house and that we were not "aggressive" enough with applying, despite ring almost everyday for a week and a half. Not happy. Poor service and general social skills.

Thanks to Gary and Kerry of selling our house recently. We were very impressed with Kerry 's creative ability in organising the photos to be taken. We would like to give both of you a thousand likes for your professional services rendered to us. Both of you are so down to earth and cheerful personality makes it easy to communicate. Gary returned my phone calls or emails without delays. We highly recommend Gary and Kerry to anybody who wants to sell their house.

Very happy seller because of a great Real Estate agent. From beginning to end, Gary made us feel comfortable about trusting him to sell our house. He gave us lots of information about the market and his knowledge on selling was exceptional. His communication was excellent throughout the whole sale and we got the best price for our property.
