Efficient, friendly, service. I was one of those last minute customers. Honestly, I was unaware the mall closes at 7 a few months ago! I was helped by one of the friendly staff who advised me to check out the website to see what all the drinks looked like and it helped with my decision making process. I went for the Mango Matcha Milk. Presentation was nice when they were making it and before they sealed up the top, it looked exactly like the one on the website. It's been shaken up from walking so I wasn't able to get a nice pic of how it looked before the amalgamation. It tasted good!!! Would I order from them again? Yes, as a treat myself thing. Lots of unique options and flavors on the menu.

I really wanted to love this place. In the last month, I’ve bought a dozen of bubble teas. Today, I ordered the Taro Milk with the pearls inside and when I drank it, I felt something HARD and a bit SHARP in my mouth. One of the pearls had a twisted piece of METAL inside. When I brought it back and showed the people working there, one lady had the audacity to ask me where I got it. I had the drink still in my hand. Where else would I have gotten it? I literally just got my drink and less than a few feet away from Cha House, I almost swallowed that pearl.

We bought 2 bobas. My daughter doesn't want the pearl, so we asked them to just put it on the other boba instead, but they insisted they can't, so I asked if they will take out from the total amount that are we paying, they said they cant. I understand if we bought just one drink, but we bought 2 and its just fair to get what is due us. It seems like they over charge us now. Such a poor customer service!!!!

The polo park location tastes x10 better. Idk what it is about this location but the bubbles have no chew, and the slushes have no flavour. When you order a brown sugar fresh milk they pour the brown sugar on the top? It stuck to all the sides and I basically just drank milk. Save your money and go to the polo park location where the quality is so much better.

The best bubble teas around. These guys want to work and seem to love their job. Very nice to interact with. If you don't want those tapioca pearls you can request for popping pearls or jellies. The popping pearls are refreshing. The butterfly pea tea is my favourite, so far.

Meh-tier. I've had better tasting teas made with artificial flavorings from random restaurants over this. Their allegedly most popular mango Mountain was pretty sour and made with unripe mangoes. Disappointed.

My go-to place for bubble tea in the Kildonan/Transcona area. The staff are so friendly, and they are Skip-the-dishes close.
