We are extremely happy with the service and 6 chairs we have purchased. Signe went above and beyond to help us during pandemic and Christmas mayhem when things were delayed, she still made sure we had the chairs for Christmas and once the delayed fabric from supplier delivered, she had the chairs recollected, reupholstered and delivered. She was amazing and we are so happy with our purchase, they look stunning in our dining room. Could not recommend them enough,I always keep my eye on the website to buy more. I had a mishap with my order (by no fault of C&S). I was quite upset by this but once I contacted Brent and Dex, they were more than happy to help. Probably the best customer service I have experienced ever. They were polite, friendly and eager to assist. Furthermore, the frame I ordered was beautiful and packaged carefully, It was bought as a gift and the recipient is equally as chuffed. Will definitely be returning for more home bits in the future. Loved dealing with Chase and Sorensen! They have a beautiful edit and were extremely helpful from beginning to end. I bought a 1960's daybed to be delivered to a narrowboat. Brent and Dexter answered all my questions promptly, delivered on time and weren't fazed at all by the narrowboat and any problems getting it in through the door and in place. I would definitely buy from them again!!!

We have bought many pieces of furniture from C&S over the years. The products and service are always top notch, and at very reasonable prices, too. It is incredible that you can furnish a home with high-quality, mid-century furniture that maintains its value over time, at around the same price as identikit pieces from a certain Swedish four-letter megastore.

The furniture is beautiful. The well-made traditional craftsman type of production meant that carpenters and makers could take pride in the production — and it still shows, 30 - 40 years later. Even though this kind of furniture was produced in larger numbers than 1 off's (in Denmark) each piece has the feel of handmade work of beauty.
