I used to go to this location frequently with my mom.. she loves the biscuits! I recently was at AMA and figured I would check it out. When I walked in, there was a blonde chick that didnt even acknowledge me. She basically stared at the door? Then the other chick was in my face the whole time. Asked what I wanted to order, I literally just walked in. Started to look at the bread, she asked if I wanted one, I said no I'm just going to check out what you have. Then she proceeded to stare at me the whole time I was browsing the front area. I kinda felt awkward and told her I was still trying to decide ... she said OK then walked to the back never came to the front again.. and the blonde chick was still staring out the door. Told my mom about my weird experience, and that will be the last time I come here!

I’ve been here three times now around 10am. They consistently have cut the loaves of bread I’ve bought while still warm (once so hot that it was a bit uncomfortable to carry) causing the bread to become quite gummy and honestly not good. Please stop cutting your bread before it’s cooled, you’re ruining what would be a great product. I’ve been here out of convenience because of being in the area, but I guess I’ll stick to my regular Cobs going forward. Disappointing

Everthing is fresh & delicious. Clean store & friendly staff. The cinnamon loaf, my fav., is amazing. Don't even need anything on it...just gimme the bread LOL. Yum!! Unfortunately for me, carbs don't love me as much as I love them, so going to Cobs is a very rare treat. Only deducted 1 star as they don't have any low carb bread/baking. If they did, they'd get 5 stars for sure!

How can you not like Cobs bread?? We frequent this location and a few others in the city. Never disappointed, great tasing fresh bread products everyday. The cheese pull-apart rarely even makes it past the car ride home. The only complaint I have is sometimes when we can't get there until later in the day, some of our favorite loafs are already sold out.

The people at this location are great but what Kind of a bakery dose not have bread ready when They open!?!? Especially one that has the name "Bread" in it. The idea of a bakery is to get fresh bread in the morning (also why we pay more) not after work IMO. Not sure if this is the norm here.

I go there frequently to grab a snack on my work break and today the bread case with the cheese buns and scones etc. was FULL of flies and bugs, fruit flies and larger bugs crawling all over the food :( it’s a shame because I loved going there but now I will never come back …

A great Cobs location. Plenty of parking, easy access, same great selection of baked goods. Been going there long enough (over a decade) that they recognize my car and know my routine order and prep it before I walk in the door. That's excellent service. More

The French baguette I bought was frozen before, I could tell by tasting the inside of the bread, and yes it was cold. So they are hiding the fact that we buy frozen bread, just be aware if you might put cobs bread in the freezer back again.

Called ahead on Friday morning to set aside item and when got there at 5pm I was told it was sold to someone else, while other employee said they didn't make any of that item.... 5 days in s row of xooking in at same time and never in stock

Lazy staff, not friendly at all. One person continuously asking in an annoyed way if there was anything else as she ran up the total on the till while another grabbed it. She didn’t seem to really want to be there. Asked for 3 scones,

Friendly service. Employee was willing to accommodate and find me the bread that I wanted. I also ended up buying the applelicious. It was a massive loaf filled with apple, custard and topped with icing and caramel sauce.

These guys make the best scones in Calgary. They have a massive variety of savory and sweet scones that are all fresh and delicious. Their prices are good and it's just an all around pleasant bakery.

This is by far the best Cobs I have been to in South Calgary. I will always travel past two that are closer to go to this location. Nothing is ever overcooked or dry and there is a huge selection.

Don't answer their phone, sold out of what I came for, couldn't check ahead of time, told to call next time tho! Don't make the loaf I want every day, just on certain days...on and on. Hassle

So good!! We like the Panna Di Casa (Italian loaf), sourdough - which both use a fermentation process for the dough - and of course the sweet treats. Their buttertarts are delicious.

Came here a couple days ago to take advantage of a coupon, there was a bit of a rush but Ashleigh still grabbed a band-aid for me when i asked! great staff, great coupon deals

She charged me for scones and never got them. The cinnamon buns are getting smaller every time I go, hardly any icing. No professionalism at all. Never going back.

Really friendly staff, and just the most amazing products, so tasty. A bit more instruction on how to properly cook each product may be beneficial though.

Lots of good bread and baked goods. The scones are delicious. Social distancing means only 2 people in the store at 1 time.
