Where do I start? TL;DR: If you find yourself in need of a commercial broker, the team at CORE CRE is the right choice! The longer story: While it may seem like an odd time to write a review for our brand-new office space which currently sits idle due to the entire COVID-19 situation, I very much feel like this is exactly the time to let all readers know how great our experience with CORE CRE has been. We are a fairly young & dynamic IT firm and were looking for something a little different that doesn't have the downtown high rise office vibe (yes, you can roll your eyes). I have been skeptical about brokers initially but I can't say enough about how phenomenal Jeff and his team have been for us and how happy we are that we did go with CORE CRE. Not only did they find the perfect location for us on 17th Ave, they went absolutely above & beyond AFTER they knew we'd move into the space and did not just stop working with us once they knew we had a signed contract. I have worked with Gary at Core Commercial Real Estate for many years. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. His recommendations on the appropriate lease space have been very useful. I have also been very happy with his suggestions on how to best structure a Lease Agreement so that it is fair for both the Tenant and the Landlord. Even though Gary was not getting paid anything extra and I probably won't be leasing again he was very helpful in letting me know what he thought would be fair.
