I truly believe there is a language barrier here. When I call 4-22-2022 to see if meds are available for my mother I'm told NO. Today, Dr. confirms sending prescription 4-21-2022. Called today, Hi calling to see if my Ma prescription is ready, provide her name and DOB, HIM - NO meds. I say well the Dr. sent them and told me to have you all refresh your system. Him - I see refills and you called for a New Prescription. No, I asked is my Moms medication is ready for pick up, Him - they were ready FRIDAY. How would I know if no one called us and when I called to check I'm told NO. EVERYTIME I call no one knows whats going on and they will get upset when trying to seek clarity. In America you NEVER blame a consumer of your establishment who is seeking a resolution to avoid this in the future. My Ma could die and blaming is never cool! #badbusiness

Was there to pick up medication, one person in front of me. A Sik person came and just Stan there. One other tech person came looking at me and started speaking Hindi to the Sik person and asked him for his date of birth .totally ignored me as I was saying there are 4 guys doing nothing in the back and one guy at the counter clearly doesn't know what he is doing.he constantly have to ask someone for help of which take about 30 minutes waiting on line . So this make individual with a black top decides to show me he can bypass me and help his own people in his own language. He will have to answer to his god as I leave without making a scene. He knows what he did and show his true colors. Lowest class of people .

I visited Cpw Pharmacy for the first time yesterday because i heard such great things and it very nice customer service upfront extremely pleasant staff they went above and beyond to help me Norene help me with any questions i had about products i was glad such a professional person worked here and i definitely will be returning to cpw Pharmacy again. I can't stand this pharmacy to an certain extent. I wanted my money back for something and the associate said that she had to wait for a manager to come when she had one supervisor there and she couldn't even give me my money back, I couldn't stand this place since. I wouldn't recommend. If y'all go here, don't say that I haven't told you my experience here on my review.

It is the best drug store in the neighbourhood. Staff is highly professional and helpful. They always take good care of their customers and provide best services. Household items over the counter medication and pharmacy services all are available under one roof. Plus point is that they have free delivery service. I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Cpw Pharmacy on rock away blvd is beyond beyond the best pharmacy soon as i walk in the door i was politely greeted by very friendly staff exquisite customer service on the front counter go ask for Norene she was awesome go check it out you love it there
