Great atmosphere, and great beers and snacks. The cheepest draft beer is 2,30 but if you're in the mood for IPA's or other "exotic" beers, they have plenty of these as well. However, prices are quite steep (5,00 for an alternative beer). They do have very nice snacks as well which aren't so outrageously expensive, such as a plate of nachos, which I can highly recommend. When the weather is nice, they even have a few tables outside where you can site right by the water. In my opinion, one other downside of CREA is that there is never enough space. Often we had to fight to find seats with a group of 8-10, which is relatively large ofcourse. There do always seem to be spots at the bar if you don't mind sitting on a bar stool! Overall: If you can find a seat and have a little money to spend, you will have a great time here!

Geen studenten prijzen, redelijk standaard café prijzen. Trap naar toilet is wel uitdaging, erg stijl en hoog. Verder lijkt assortiment alcoholvrij nog duidelijk bepaald door de brouwerij, waardoor je bijna de hele avond aan de spa rood zit want er is bij fris alleen keuze tussen zoet en nog zoeter. Zou mooi zijn als de (kleinschalige) alcoholvrije initiatieven iets meer aandacht krijgen bij samenstelling van het assortiment. Borrelhap is prima, standaard zoals bij veel cafés in de regio.

Prima plek, wel erg gehorig natuurlijk maar altijd gezellig. Wat ik alleen héél jammer vind - omdat ik daar zoveel goede herinneringen aan heb! - is dat dit één van de weinige plekken is waar je 's avonds na je cursus een lekkere warme anijsmelk kon bestellen, en dat ze daar nu dus blijkbaar mee gestopt zijn :'(

Local University of Amsterdam watering hole. Ordered some pemgen (spicy meatballs) and a Serrano ham sandwich with two pints of Grolsch. Food was good and so was beer. They take Visa and MasterCard. We've discovered not all places in Amsterdam do. Cozy atmosphere with some couches and small pub style tables.

Good place with nice food at a reasonable price. Can get a bit crowded, but there's probably a good reason for that ..

Geweldige plek, goede prijzen en voldoende plaats. Jammer dat de muziek(dancehall) hier keihard op staat, hierdoor is er geen mogelijkheid tot studeren. Ik kom hier niet meer terug vanwege die herrie.

Geweldige plek voor koffie, lunch, borrel en hapjes. Gezellig met banken en knusse hoekjes, studenten en docenten door elkaar; wel langzame bediening, maar speciaal biertjes op de tap! Aanrader!

Makkelijk, betaalbaar en goed verzorgd eten voor studenten prijzen, maar voornamelijk het barpersoneel is fantastisch! Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die een gezellige avond tegemoet wil gaan.

Cheap drinks, nice lamp and very close to comedy show. Tense atmosphere, strange layout, weird service. Offered Club Mate as a replacement for Red Bull for a Jaeger Bomb, which is unacceptable.

Marvelous student café, extremely friendly staff and very relaxed music and atmosphere. Prices are VERY reasonable, perfect for a quick bite with the optional drink!

Several times their unprofessional staff kept us waiting while others were served who came later to the bar. I won't go there anymore. It's really a disappointment.

Gezellig gebeuren. Studenten en alles wat eromheen hangt (Theater, cursussen etc.etc. ) komt daar wat drinken. Snelle bediening, redelijke prijzen en goede sfeer.

Vegan eten is hier ... om te janken!! Ze serveren eiermayo (lees: leedmayo / moordmayo) bij de VEGAN vlammetjes. Geen respect voor dier.
