This is a Company as a Diaspora Client i trusted at first. Only to come and know they sell their plots not as promised. I bought a plot Kisaju phase 1 with all the amenities as they say. After a few years i decided to build. I could not do that since the borehole was far from my plot and i had no access to water. The Company convinced me to move to a plot near the borehole, having said that they will fix it to make water available. I got a plot no.8 exactly near the borehole. After endless conversations with the Chairman he could not fix the borehole, i just received excuses which had nothing to do with me. so i decided to buy water and construct my dream home. i contracted a constructing company and made them visit the plot a couple of times. On the construction day the Company was threated (mob)by the neighbours since my plot has boundary disputes. The Chairman was contacted that day, he never showed up,at last he switched off his phone. It has been a Nightmare trying to get my money back. The plot money and the costs i incurred that day. They are just making empty promises. So if you bought Kijasu phase 1 plots1 to 8 near the borehole you better go to KJD lands registry and confirm the bounderies. Its not even an 1/8Acre, my dream house has failed like that. Untill now i have received only 1 Installment from my dues.

This is the worst place to even think of buying property from.Giving them a one start is just a big favor since I had no option. The people that work here are very unprofessional, poor customer service and poor communication skills. From the so called Sinclair, Eric, Miriam just yo mention the few I have dealt with. Please get yourself a different property company to purchase or invest with. Worst worst worst......my experience was a nightmare. Still trying to comprehend why they play with people's money and minds.

They really deserve a 5 star. I appreciate the staffs effort to interact with clients and know their needs basing on the client's interest. I bought land at Isinya and the title deed facilitation was done in 5 weeks.Thank you Cretum ,Thank you Chairman Mr.Mungai.
