Horrific experience. Went in to have rear driver's side repaired after finding my vehicle was hit while parked. I was told it was a 13 day repair... it turned into just shy of a month. When I got my vehicle back, the repair looked good, however other damages had been made at the shop. A rear light was broken, rear lights were not hooked up, weatherstripping was gashed, about $1000.00 in carpentry tools had disappeared from my trunk and the touchscreen no longer worked. When returning to speak with the manager (Luke I believe was his name), he denied ever having removed my tools and claimed the lights were hooked up (suggesting I sabotaged my own vehicle), and that the light was broken from the accident. I showed him photos the insurance sent and the light was not affected and had it been, they had a MONTH to replace it!!! I asked if he too would not be upset. He said "no, I would not. You have no right being upset and you're too difficult to deal with". He then dramatically threw his hands in the air and walked away. They also tried telling me a previous crack in the bumper could not be repaired and would cost an additional $600 to replace. After having turned down the offer, I was surprised to see my bumper was repaired... interesting. I lost hours of overtime at work, far too much time and fuel driving to Dundas, due to their neglegence. After having to reschedule for the repairs on the damages they caused, they tried charging it to my insurance!!! I believe charging for work you created yourself is called fraud!!! I've now been left to contact my dealership to repair the touch screen. I drove 12 hours to work up north and as I was about to return, my coworker noticed lug nuts missing on my tire!!! I requested the owner's phone number as the shop was nothing short of unprofessional. The secretary refused and said he would contact me. It has been well over a month and no contact has been made. I was told countless lies, was caused extreme stress and dealt with incredible unprofessionalism. I have still not even recieved a sincere apology for the hell I endured.

CSN Dundas Valley was an amazing experience from start to finish. They kept me updated on the status of my car and delivered the car back on the date as promised to keep my car rental costs to a minimum. Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work was exceptional (including a complimentary car cleaning!!). Thank you for making what can be a stressful time so easy!!

I originally brought my car in for some repairs from some debris that damaged the rear quarter panel. They did an amazing job! Unfortunately some rust came back and they immediately brought my car in the following week and repaired the repair with no problem. I also would like to thank Conner for everything he has done for our car and that bit more that wasn't expected.

Great service. They walk you through everything. I had two claims - windshield and a dent - both through the insurance. Other than having to initiate the claim with my insurance company, they took care of the rest. It was as easy as possible. They even dealt with the local car rental company for me.

Dundas valley collision did a great job on my car, everything happened on time, I didn't need to worry about any part of the process. Everyone was very helpful, kept me up to date with the schedule and had my car back to me in the time line they promised.

They were excellent to work with for my insurance claim. Janet is amazing, kept me updated on my vehicle and did everything she could to make sure the process was seamless.
