তাদের সার্ভিস মোটামুটি ভালোই বলা যায়। তাদের বিহেবিয়র ভালোই। কিন্তু মাঝে মধ্যে ইউজড প্রোডাক্টও দিয়ে দেয়। একটু দেখে শুনে নিলে এ সমস্যায় পড়তে হবেনা। হতে পারে তাদের ভুল। এমনিতে মান সম্মত পশু পাখির খাবার এবং বিভিন্ন ধরণের পশু পাখির সরঞ্জাম তাদের কাছে পাবেন।
