Hands down, this is the best veterinary clinic in Dwarka. We have been taking our pet Labrador here for 10 years and never had a negative experience. We have been to other clinics before, so we do know the difference. Her scheduled vaccinations, deworming, check-ups and overall health have always gone like clockwork thanks to the good advice and wisdom of Drs. Sanjib, Pritam and Vikram. Our pet has pulled through the most fatal of E.Coli infections TWICE thanks to their patient care, and recently she underwent surgery for an emergency spay after a prolonged case of Pyometra. Dr. Sanjib never jumped to conduct surgery but patiently made us wait several months administering supplements and bringing up her blood values to optimum before going in for the surgery, because she is a senior dog. She came out with flying colours and was back to normal in just 3 days. The doctors, staff including Prem, Aman, the reception and everyone are super kind, polite, affectionate and caring. They follow up on every issue painstakingly and have genuine love for their patients. I highly recommend Cure and Care for the best veterinary experience and my dog adores them too!

You unethical people don’t deserve stars, u deserve stones. We lost our baby because of your money making mindset. What kind of veterinarian you are when we have to tell you to do the test and start treatment. You kept on delaying the treatment. You were not able to see marks on his body. You even told us that you needs to do further test even when he stopped eating and moving. We trusted you with our baby and we lost him. Doing one test a day that too on asking. In span of a week only his condition deteriorated. You are sending us his reports after his demise. Hatsoff !! Requesting to all pet owners DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DONT TAKE YOUR BABIES TO THEM IF YOU WANT TO SEE THEM HEALTHY AND HAPPY. Go somewhere else but not them. we are left with nothing but regrets.

Best part is doctor preetam is very polite and concern about pet to certain digree. Doctor preetam from cure and care don't discriminate to the Indian breeds he even give discount to Indian breeds ofcourse t&c applied he cure my dog from cancerous growth in crouch area you can trust and can relay on their 2 opinion if you have issues with your vet. 18/10/2023 suggestions 1. Open up to new ways of treatment even it takes human medication intervention. 2. In case of chronic diseases do not hesitate to ask consent to use certain drugs and take advice from other senior doctors. 3. Consider 5 to 10% discount, atleast to indie dogs or to those patients who will definitely need longer time to heal. I understand no one is perfect but we can learn.

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen. Every time i take my dog to this clinic they just tell to get IV drips. Everything must go through an IV only. Money Hungry people. Told the doctor that i had given my dog an anti-biotic (which he himself had suggested in a previous visit). Idea was to tell him so that he could make sure to avoid drug interactions. He literally refused treatment and told me 'Aapko to sb pata hai to hamari kya zarurat hai' (you know everything already, what is our use). Really is the extent of your treatment just give anti-biotics and move on? Not really sure what kind of degree he has to make him a vet, but clearly the course did not cover the section of asking medical history.

Clinic and doctors are good but their grooming services are pathetic never ever go there again I went there for cutting of my golden retriever and asked them to trim his hair. They mercilessly cropped his hair very small ,unevenly and make him look like some street dog.. My mother starts weeping after seeing his condition. Pathetic grooming services they don't have emotions, only earning money from customers.

Dr. Pritam is very polite and considerate towards the customers. Shout out to him for taking care of my pet dog's skin condition. She's in perfect health now and even better than before. Dr. Vinay is also very nice and clears any doubt you'd have about your pets.. be it about their diet or coat, etc. Thankyou very much for this amazing experience. We can atleast sit back and trust them with our pet's health.

I have been taking my ShihTzu puppy (Sheero) since the day I have bought it from the market. And seriously, I am really happy that I found the best Vet for my Sheero. The staff is professional, well trained and friendly. The service is also quick. They all handle the pets with care. Thank you and keep up the good work. You can buy medicine and toys for your pets also. I highly recommend it.

Dr. Sanjib and Dr. Pritam are one of few specialist vet in the city who are clinically competent. The other significant element of cure & care clinic is compassionate paravet staff who treats pets as their own, especially old dogs. My boxer was in last leg of her life, it was cure&care team who managed the complicated case of CKD and gave her one more year to be with our family.

Just took my baby here and I am really greatful to Dr. Vinay kataria my baby was diagnosed with Tick fever and was not moving at and it was one of the worst time in my life , Dr Vinay kept calling and asking about the condition of the pet and was available day and night because of his dedication our baby is alive, i am really greatful and will remember this for my whole life

This clinic is absolutely bad and has the worse service to offer. Dr.Vijay should not even have the ability to work in a space involving pets. He is not at all qualified enough to handle any pets or any clients. This clinic just tries to make money off you and your pet and does not have any real intenstion cure or care about your pet. Beware of such scammers.

Pathetic service * don't know how to behave . I was told to sit for an hour and then they said they have to close . Go home at 8 o'clock . I was waiting for a long time they could have said this earlier . The guy I dealt with Pawan is rude and does not know how to talk. If management is not listening this playing is going to the dogs.

Living up to their brand name!! Cure and Care is actually curing and caring all the vets coming to their door. They are a veterinary clinic where you are likely to get any medicines that are prescribed. In addition they also have a groom room and spa for pets and a pet shop with toys, pet clothing and pet food.

It's a very nice clinic. I went to get treatment for my puppy (shadow). And all the staff was so friendly and Dr. Vinay kataria gave the treatment. And from that day shadow is feeling well.
