This is a fantastic place to get prescriptions and anything else you might need (it doesn't hurt that it's in a Target)! I've been to other pharmacies where I ended up getting hassled or overcharged, but the staff here are always incredibly friendly, professional, helpful, and on top of things. I can't think of enough good adjectives, I'll definitely be choosing this CVS location for a long time.

Being new to Nashville I wasn’t really sure how it would go transferring my prescriptions from Colorado. CVS made it so easy. Their pharmacists and technicians are some of the kindest and caring people. They really go out of their way to answer any questions and to get you in and out quickly. This CVS is no where close to where I live but I go anyway just for the incredible service.

The CVS employee at Nashville West scheduled my family member for a flu shot for 6 pm and when we got there they were closed. So far cannot talk to anyone about this for being put on hold. Lines are ridiculously long to speak to anyone and employee was rude. So if I could give zero stars I would.

Only one person working. Answering phone, giving vaccines and helping customers. Called and called, no answer. Drove and waited 20 min in line to find out no prescription cause no one to answer the phone. Now a night after oral surgery with no pain meds. No concern for customers.

So I make an appt for a covid vaccine and this pharmasist keeps saying 10 minutes, 5 more minutes, now we at 10 more minutes!! So unorganized! What is the point of an appt if they can't just poke and get it over with!!! CVS slacking...

I had an issue with my insurance and they went out of their way and took a LOT of time to help resolve the issue despite being really busy and hectic. Good work

Andie at the pharmacy was incredibly attentive and understanding after I lost my medication when my airline lost my luggage. Wonderful service!

I drive across town to this location because they have such great customer service. The technicians and pharmacists are so very kind.
