Listen, I don’t even live in this area. It’s easily 2 other targets in my area but because of having 2 rude experiences, I switched my refills to this location. There’s a lady that works there named Ms. Beth and she is hands down the sweetest lady. She’s always super helpful, friendly and I don’t feel rushed when I’m at the counter talking to her. I will forever sacrifice driving that 30 mins and passing closer pharmacies to go to this White Bridge location JUST for how I’m treated.

I got a text at 1:20 PM and showed up 10 minutes later for my prescription the pharmacist then shut the gate in my face and refused to give me my medication for 30 minutes while they had lunch. Communication is terrible here. Nowhere in the text telling me to come in. Did it say they were about to close for 30 minutes. I immediately switched my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street. The pharmacy manager was rude and not helpful.

I can't think of anything that would improve this CVS (White Bridge Rd. in Target Nashville, Tn).All the pharmacists are so patient, kind and go above and beyond though I know they are very busy.
