I prefer going to the Pharmacy at 50 W. Jefferson location for all our prescription drugs. The pharmacists in this location are super nice and highly knowledgeable. They are very fast and vibrant and will go beyond and above to not only meet every single person’s need but also succeed. Normally, you do not like standing line, but I admit that I enjoy watching Tijuana Gonzales interaction with people in front of you, where she shows a care and professionalism. If World will have more pharmacists like at 50 W. Jefferson location it will be so much easier and fund refiling your prescription drugs. Thank you, Ms. Gonzales and team, for all your hard work and perseverance!

Danny the Manager very unprofessional fired my bf due to not having transportation even though my bf told him about the situation told Danny to give him a transfer to a closer location in mesa area still ignored him told him NO!!! made him drive all the way down town for work just to send him back home very overwhelming/unprofessional GAS!!! isn’t cheap Danny didn’t call my bf what so ever to let him know that he was let go just shows what an ignorant selfish unprofessional manager he is and shouldn’t have that position.

Pharmacist was rude and intentionally unhelpful. A simple question was met with an plainly INACCURATE response because she didn’t want to assist. Customers should be able to ask questions about OTC medications without being met with ugly expressions and judgment + your flat out refusal to help was enough to veto CVS Pharmacy. Management should consider placing someone with couth in their pharmacy as opposed to someone who greets the customers with these horrendous social skills.

This store closes much earlier than 10pm at stated on the doors and online. They would not let us into the store st 955 and said it was closed already. I was like it says 10pm. They said they close early to count their drawers. They should change their hours on doors so peopke stayint in hotels like me looking for a last minite item like hair gel don't walk 15 minutes for nothing. Wosrt cvs ever.

Used to always get my scrips filled here, but never again. One of their new techs, Makendi, used to work stocking the coolers and once assaulted me in the store. He also called me "boy" while ringing up a prescription. If you want that kind of creep to have access to your private medical information, then by all means get your prescriptions filled here. I don't, and I don't.

went in for a scheduled vaccine and the entire pharmacy was closed for the day because their pharmacy is understaffed. I scheduled the vaccine appt online the day before and there wasn't any email to let me know they had to close. waste of time

Conveniently located very close to the ballpark, Talking Stick Arena, and most, if not all of the downtown hotels. I was able to get my water, sunscreen, and even a souvenir or 2 all right here.

Almost all employees are super nice here if you ever need anything ask for Irma she’s awesome

Clean, spacious, courteous helpful staff, convenient bicycle parking, late hours. I like it.
