"It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had"
The pharmacy at this location needs improvement and customer service training. I visited this location around 5pm this week. There was one car in front of me and one behind. Timeliness wasn’t an issue. When I drove up to the window there was an older Caucasian lady with glasses at the intercom. She asked how can she help me and I responded that I was there to pick up medication. I proceeded to give her the full name and I was about to spell out the last name before she looked at the younger Spanish speaking man next to her. She uttered something to him (the intercom was off) before walking away. The younger gentleman then asked on the intercom in Spanish if I spoke Spanish. I informed him I did not (I’m not fluent in Spanish and English is my primary language). The Caucasian lady with glasses assumed I spoke Spanish because of the name I had given her but I clearly spoke to her in English informing her I was there to pick up a medication. This was just lazy customer service and frankly racial microaggression (whether intentional or unintentional) on her part. This interaction will not deter me from going to this location but based on other reviews I’ve read, the pharmacy department needs a major improvement in how customers are serviced.
Came for a scheduled vaccine appt. I went to the drop off area because the pickup area had a line. I started to ask the woman standing behind the pickup counter where to stand for vaccine appts. She rudely cute me off and said “not right now ma’am I’m very busy” then went to yell at whoever was picking up at the window. I stood in the pick up line behind 4 other people only to eventually be told by the woman behind that counter to go back to the drop off line. I have been standing here just waiting. No assistance no acknowledgment. I hate CVS at this point. I just had to call corporate on their Meadowbrook location. Seems this one is no better. Whoever is over this region needs to be fired. Oh and I wasn’t able to get my vaccination because even tho the online system confirmed my appt and sent me a confirmation with the address I get to this store and I’m told the system cancelled the appt because I had an appt at Meadowbrook earlier today and they wouldn’t get paid for both appts. Why didn’t I make my Meadowbrook appt and have to call corporate? Because they were closed!! Not scheduled to be closed but someone decided just to not come to work today and open the pharmacy.
I don't care for the pharmacy at this location. It is so disorganized. I get calls telling me my prescriptions are ready to pick up when I still have plenty at home and don't need them refilled for a while. When I go in too pick them up. I have too wait a while because they ignore you until they have the time to deal with you. They could at least acknowledge you and let you know they will be with you shortly. They also need to pay attention to who is next in line and not take the person who just walked up in front of you as you stand waiting even longer now. Happens every time because we have too stand back to give privacy with the HIPPA laws. I know I need to find a better CVS to go to. God help me if they mix up the prescriptions.
I came here this morning at 8:25 and got my one item in less than 30 seconds, walked over to the registers and no one was there so I waited for about 7 mins and looked around a bit to find assistance and no workers to be seen only one other woman in the store doing some couponing. I walked back to the resisters and waited another 5 mins I heard a office door open and a worker talked to the woman who was couponing in the makeup section. So I thought maybe she would see me too and nope. I waited a bit more not sure how long that time because I was on my phone not paying attention, then I decided to just say never mind and put my item back in its section and leave because apparently they were busy elsewhere and I had to get to class.
It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I JUST left this location. Chasity did not have ANY knowledge of her job. She voided my transaction on the self pay and brought me to the main checkout. She tried to tell me I couldn't get my $10 coupon off because my employee card deactivated but yet I have a customer account that gave me the $10 off on the self pay checkoutm she was the worst. This location needs to go out of business. So I wasn't able to get what I wanted because she said that I couldn't get the $10. I went to another CVS right after this and used my $10 coupon. I swear she is a not bright. She should be there. Her name is CHASITY. CHASITYYYY.
This is a horrible location! The pharmacy department takes their breaks at the same time and doesn't leave a sign in the drive through to notify the customers, nor do they leave one on the front counter. I had prescription sent over in the morning that was said to be ready at 5pm. It was not ready at 5. I came back the next day at 12pm, it still was not ready, and I was asked to come back in 30 minutes. Update: I left to run errands and came back 2 hours later. They requested I come back again in 30 minutes. This make absolutely no sense. There is literally a Walgreens in the next parking lot. I’d recommend going there!
I would not suggest the pharmacy to anyone. I tried for two weeks to get my prescriptions transferred to this store. On my last attempt yesterday, the person behind the counter told me they really didn’t have time and it would be faster if I just had my doctor rewrite all of my prescriptions. I’m going to a different pharmacy. Also don’t waste your time with CVS customer service 800 number. I was on hold for 40 minutes I talk to someone for about two minutes and then they hung up on me. I’m planning submit a request to HR about changing our prescription insurance away from CVS.
Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They're absolutely rude, whenever you call for any explanations they give you attitudes, and then they claimed they didn't have my prescriptions even though they showed on the app that they were there! So I'm on day 2 without a prescription because they claimed they don't have it but it shows on the app. They're not helpful. They treat you like you're a problem or taking their precious time to gossip at work. If I didn't have CVS Caremark as my prescription insurance, I would have stayed at Walgreens across the street.
Terrible customer service. Arrived 45 minutes before they close says he's not filling any more prescriptions for the evening. Also would not give me his name.... gave me the head pharmacist name which is not there. Currently after sitting outside for 15 minutes he tells me they're not going to be able to help me. This is not the first bad experience at this particular pharmacy as poor customer service seems to be the norm. Shame on you CVS. The Walgreens next door is not much better but at least they're nice about it.
Came here to buy some COVID at home tests because a family member is sick. I saw the tests behind the cashier counter so I stood in line to ask the cashier for one. However the cashier proceeded to gossip in Spanish with her customer for over 10 minutes all while completely ignoring me. I speak Spanish so I know they were just gossiping about the lady’s kids. I was super patient and stood there longer than I should have. Anyways I just left to Walgreens across the street all while cashier never said anything.
This pharmacy is literally the worst I’ve ever been to. Prescription sent in at 8:50 and it’s 3:30 and I still don’t have my medicine. Don’t bother calling you will literally be on hold for 30 minutes and then get told “we haven’t filled your prescription yet because we have to keep answering the phones.” I will never be back to this location and this entire store team should be absolutely ashamed of the type of customer service they provide. Do better.
Worst store owned by cvs.. I ordered my daughter Concert 54 and after waiting all day for the prescription to be filled. They told me that they didn't know when it would be in stock..My child was out of her medication and when I asked why not tell me sooner ..I was told that that they were under staff. Also had to go back to the doctor to ask them to send the medication to another CVS. My child suffered because of their negligence
I drive all over Fort Worth and visit CVS' all the time.. This one is definitely the worst one in my area! Especially the bathroom! It's never clean, there's never toilet paper, and people have tagged the restroom all to hell. Not to mention having to clean God knows what off the toilet seat.. If the restroom is any sign for what's going on behind the scenes I truly feel sorry for the employees because this place is a mess!
This cvs is the worse well the pharmacy is. I went to drop off a prescription and was told I would get a text to let me know when my prescription was ready never got it so I went before it closed "supposedly at 10pm" it was 9 and they were already closing! And the time needs to be changed they actually open at 9a and closes at 9pm …
Do not go there, the small old Spanish woman says she ain't speak Spanish and she doesn't like help customers , and the biggest blonde older women, Spanish too , is too rude ,. At farmacy back for sure you gonna be there more than 10 minutes been the only one online for prescription or ask questions about it. I had the same troubles twice
This pharmacy needs alot of help. The people they have working are rude and do not care. What is the point of calling and tell them you will be picking something up and them telling that it's ready for pick up. Only to get there and they haven't even filled it. And they want to treat you like you did something wrong. Customer service...
The pharmacist did not clearly communicate anything with me. I've never had issues with transfers in the past- and she just kept telling me I picked up the prescription and couldn't get a refill for another month..... I did NOT pick up a prescription, and needed it transferred from another CVS that it was sent to in error by my doctor.
It is terrible pharmacy their rude and act like we're invading their time by asking them questions. No matter how much you complain nothing gets changed. For a part of CVS that's we depend on I would recommend going to the one on western center bld they are oweso.e all the time
Doesn't matter what time you get here, expect to wait a LONG time to get your prescription. Either inside or outside. Outside might be worse. I wouldn't come here if it weren't for my insurance. And there's always homeless people outside. Always.
The staff here is horrible, I took my stuff out of the basket and had to wait for the cashier to look up from her cell phone to start checking me out. I would ask her a question and would get rude short answers. I will never go to this CVS again.
Atanga was absolutely wonderful at administering the Covid vaccine. He handled our appointments with ease even though we showed up early. Super nice guy and very efficient. CVS is lucky to have this gentleman on their team!
Pésimo servicio!!! La que habla español es una pesada... y ellos en general tienen pésimo servicio, pedí con anticipación que ya no resurgiendo mi medicamento para que lo mandaran por mail y por gusto, entre otras cosas...
Went to CVS for a passport photo. Was unable to because the camera was broken. CVS sells cameras. Walked out while listening to ad for CVS passport photos. CVS lacked any initiative or compentance that day.
There are only 2 employees that have been there for years that are so polite and helpful but the other younger newer cashiers very rude but overall excellent store clean and I will be a longtime customer
Pharmacist, who appeared to be working, told me they were closed for lunch. Appears to me, she was too good to go to the cash register and bring up the prescription that was already ready.
Over a year and a half, twice a month, never had my unchanging prescription ready in entirety. Always something missing, too much of something, and always treated as if it's my fault.
Spent the past half hour trying to get ahold of someone on the phone in the store. Pharmacy does not answer, store manager does not answer. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time
Decent store, It's a good place to pop in and get out with what you need. I do feel they are understaffed on the checkouts but other than that decent store.
Maybe all systems are down at CVS' because I've tried calling other locations near me and they all seem to not be working. Static noise and then nothing.
Worst place pharmacy treats you like a joke been trying to get a prescription for 2 weeks now totally hate it wont ever come back
Very expensive pharmacy in the word, some medicine you can buy 36.00 dollars in Kroger Cvs charge 163.00 dollars with insurance
Christeana seemed to hate me and her job before I ever came into the store. That was rough. I don’t think I’ll be going back.
The outside looks kinda sketchy but the inside is clean and the staff very friendly and polite! Thanks for the help today.
Typical CVS pharmacy. You call and wait on hold forever before anybody answers. They don't text or update their system.
Farmacia Is very nice employee. Front associates and manager is very smile only time. Make you feeling good. …
Worst place and expensive then other CVS ,unprofessional cashier. Very rud and over charged place.
Worst pharmacy experience! And when I called to talk to the pharmacist, he hung up on me!!!
Vicki at the pharmacy is the best!!! She always has such a great attitude whenever I come
Pharmacy closes at 6pm on weekends, they don't bother to mention that in pharmacy hours.
I was denied service because of my Mexican heritage when I urgently needed medication!!!
Terrible customer service from the pharmacy. They need more patience with customers.
So rude people and careless at the pharmacy. They don’t even deserve a star.
Been terrible about getting my prescription on time especially lately
Spanish lady at the front was extremely rude 9/19/2020 @ 1:05 pm.
wish they opened earlier like at 7:30 lol 8am is way too late
Fast to get something like for or something for a trip.
