This is for the Pharmacy--I can see that they are always trying their best to help customers, I guess that they are short handed or they are super busy..I prefer them than walgreens any time because as per experience they might be late but at walgreens wayside they might not give you the prescription..the 5 stars are for the girls and gentlemen that been there for a while because for the new lady with accent that would be zero stars to her because she is very rude and not useful to seniors over the phone do not want to imagine in person UPDATE love second chances and more new lady is now integrated with staff and is now very helpful and giving great service wanted to sau great job!! The two black employees at night I think one is the manager at night are so rude everytime I go they make me feel uncomfortable to ask for help. There was another black boy last time but he looked new and was very nice was trying to help with a coupon but he even seemed scared to call him. I was supposed to go today with some coupons and save $40 because I'm a single mother and winded up paying because I felt uncomfortable and rushed. I was trying to ask him a question and this is not the first time he's done this. He says "what"? "Huh" "I literally cannot even understand a word your saying" like if I'm retarted and the whole time he never takes off his head phones just moved them send. Every question he did awnser he says I don't know, then asks the other guy and says the same thing lol. The girls in the day time are nice and actually h Help. U just need a manager i do some of those cupons. I'll record next time without then knowing. I go at 11 and baby even look around right because they walk by you or smack their lips like telling u hurry up tipe of look

But do to the demographics of this area your staff thinks they can talk to anyone in different manners, in the end my doctor was wrong which I kind of figured that’s what it was. But your entire staff including your store manager did not know his name. They just referred to him as a fill in guy in the back , the pharmacist with no name! Amanda was polite, but didn’t get the answers I needed.
Today at 5:54 pm. (10-6-23) Female cashier was super rude and answered with attitude. I asked to give me a price for a product and told me to use the machine while she was texting on her phone. Product wasn’t scanning & asked her for help and she got annoyed and told me just to scan it. I told her again to help because it wasn’t scanning and she told me I wasn’t suppose to put the product that close to scanner. She had trouble scanning as well but anyways that’s why I asked for help because I had never used it before but instead of being nice and helpful. She made a customer feel dumb. Never going back again.
Do not go to this cvs there machines are never working. Last night i went in to get a bag of chips and my last 20 dollars of my card. Well there machine paid for my stuff and it said it didnt. I talked to my bank this morning and they charge me not once but twice. And then told me it did not go threw. Then told me there was nothing they could do. I believe these employees are stealing money from there customers. My bank approved they did this morning. Not only once, but twice. And i never got my money or my chips because they said it did not go threw. It did twice. This is theft from a major corporation.
The absolute worst customer service in the pharmacy, i spoke with two females on 7-13-18 about getting a prescription filled over the phone and both claimed to have taken care of it but neither did. i called today 7-14-18 to see if the situation was resolved but unfortunately for me the lady i spoke with today kept wanting to talk over me on the phone with an unprofessional attitude, i am going to call my doctors office on monday and get my prescription sent to walgreens. no one should have to deal with this level of service.
It's unfortunate you are the closest neighborhood's pharmacy. If some one calls, the pharmacy looking for a prescription and you can't find the name or it's not ready. Don't ask us afterwards,"what do you need". STUPID, we called looking to see if it is ready. You have a rude immatured person treating your customers as if you are the only pharmacy. People who are ill look for your assistance. It shows what kind of people you hire. -10 stars.
My wife keeps getting messages that she has prescriptions ready. When get to the store to pick them up, they say no prescriptions are ready and no messages were sent. The messages are on her phone. I see no way on link provided to have them quit with these messages without eliminating the notification service completely. I called to ask them how to fix this. As of right now, I have been on hold for over 17 minutes.
Lack of attention to detail. They gave me the wrong vaccine. Needed a varicella vaccine. They gave me a flu shot. Called them back to explain their mistake. Then they tried to lecture me on why I needed a shingles vaccine. Even though I was following very specific doctors orders to get a varicella vaccine. They don't bother to check the online system and will just try to blame you for their mistakes. Go elsewhere.
The pharmacist department there is so inept at their job. I’ve always had issues when it’s time to pick up a prescription. Received a text message stating my prescription was ready, when I get there they tell me it was a glitch. On top of that, the “pharmacist” are always unprofessional and plain stupid. Rather pay a little extra and get my drugs from Walgreens down the street.
Absolute worst service at a CVS pharmacy I have ever had. Not just one, because I understand everyone has their days, but multiple horrible encounters. Pharmacist trying to give me wrong meds, not knowing anything about some of them, listening to headphones, stopping in the middle of transaction to talk to another customer, and the list goes on. All different days.
I like they fact they always have what I need. For esthetician’s you can find plenty of tools and get coupons for them. Pharmacy I do t use it much but I do remember a couple of years ago they use to be fast and on point. This past year they didn’t seemed organized and they were having a lot of side conversations regarding other customers prescriptions.
What happened to manned stores? I can never find someone to help. Exception being those working pharmacy; but even when you ask one of them if a store employee is available to help in the front, you’re left waiting several minutes to see another person. It’s no wonder then why I never see the retail side of CVS busy anymore.
Angie at the pharmacy was the worse trying to explain to her at the window my son has is own insurance and she wasn’t trying to hear me even tho I was trying to give her his insurance card to make her job easier she was still trying to charge me for his meds and cutting me off smh
This store has smelt like raw sewage for 2 days.. Staff in front are terrible at assisting you and speaking very loud about your transactions.. Not a good place to go. Will chose another CVS to do business at next time
Sceuduled a covid test for 1 pm. I arrived at 12:33. After waiting in line for 1 hr I was told to come back after 2 because she was going on break. What the heck. Very unprofessional and uncaring
Absolutely the worst service. This pharmacy never has medications in stock. The staff are rude and disrespectful.
They don't stock medications often and lie to patients and doctors that are not made anymore. Irresponsible.
The pharmacy staff there is superb, especially Laura. They genuinely care about me and the other customers.
