"Had the most ghetto unprofessional experience at this location (in drive thru) with a tech named Amarelis(spelling may be wrong) I dropped off a prescription yesterday for my 4yr old and was told (by her) it would be ready at a certain time, I had to go to work so I went today only for her to tell me they are out of stock (didn't you know this yesterday?) Her whole attitude and demeanor was so blase, so, look lady get out of my drive thru"

"Gave me the wrong gauge of needle TWICE"
My insurance provider has backed me into a corner, forcing me to use CVS/Caremark. What bothers me about that is.. I’m a citizen of the United States and I prefer to maintain the freedom and options of where I spend my hard earned money. Although, I do have the choice to go elsewhere.. but I’ll have zero Rx coverage, so.. ♀️ Been with CVS now for 6 months and I have to admit - I never used mail order options before but, it’s REALLY nice for maintenance medications. Now, my first couple of times filling at this location were lackluster and a little frustrating bc this location is just SO BUSY. If corporate CVS is reading this - let off the purse strings a bit bc they NEED at least one more tech on at all times. Also, this is not a 24 hour location so, I don’t see any reason why a pharmacist should be working on their own - EVER. If they made a huge mistake it could injure or kill someone, huge lawsuit for you and them, but the biggest loss would be their license; don’t give them SUCH scaled down staff that they are too worried about balancing 2 registers up front, drive thru, vax- that they miss an important drug interaction or something. ALL that being said, went in tonight to drop off a couple Rx’s and get my first COVID shot. I missed the walk-in window but Asia took care of me anyhow AND two others (at least) that came behind me. She deserves recognition bc you can either recognize good employees now or train their replacements later. Thanks, Asia.. YOU’RE AWESOME!!! ☮️
Literally the worst. Just moved down and had a prescription transferred from another cvs, wanted to pick it up in about a week, no rush.. easy enough right? WRONG. Got a confirmation that my prescription was ready an hour later. Walked into a dingy, moldy smelling cvs, stood there for about 5 minutes before I rudely interrupted employee conversation, and the only thing I was told was "you know it's a 3 month supply right" Yes. I do.. as I was tossed a stapled bag.. got home to realize it wasnt what I was taking.. ok.....Luckily I did some research and found out what the HELL was in my bag. It was a generic.. granted the active ingredients are the same but that's not the point. Would've been nice to know that I was given a generic, even though my insurance covered what I needed.. I guess it would have been too much trouble to click the mouse a few times and place the order.. ANYWAY I Headed back when I had the chance to return and they wouldn't take it back. It was a day over the return.. ok my fault, but really? Check your bags before you leave guys. Thanks for nothing.. good thing my prescription wasn't life or death.. cause I'd be dead. Thank you for making me more observant!!! Customer service was total trash.
Had the most ghetto unprofessional experience at this location (in drive thru) with a tech named Amarelis(spelling may be wrong) I dropped off a prescription yesterday for my 4yr old and was told (by her) it would be ready at a certain time, I had to go to work so I went today only for her to tell me they are out of stock (didn't you know this yesterday?) Her whole attitude and demeanor was so blase, so, look lady get out of my drive thru... I had to call several cvs pharmacies to find this antibiotic when I'm sure she not only knew yesterday they didn't have but didn't see fit to call and tell me the prescription couldn't be filled. She was rude unapologetic and the reason I will no longer use cvs for my prescription needs who hired this "gem"
Website allowed me to make vaccine appointments for me and my kids at this location. It asked their date of birth and everything, and made it clear that kids can in fact get flu shots at the pharmacy. Pharmacist did my shots, then proceeded to tell me he's never seen anyone get kids' shots at the pharmacy and refused to do them. I had already broken the news to my kids that they had to get a shot, so I was dealing with a lot of DRAMA! Only to have this guy not do his job. Ridiculous. Called the CVS pharmacy at Target and they helped me. No idea what this dude was smoking but it turned an already awful errand into an awful errand that took twice as long. Get this guy some training, please!
Gave me the wrong gauge of needle TWICE. Wouldn’t even go in it was so large. My boyfriend normally injects me because of my fear of needles and typically it’s a quick pinch and it’s over. Twice now though the needle was way too big, wouldn’t go in deep enough, and extremely painful. Ended up passing out and puking the first time it happened. Second time I caught it and just didn’t do the injection. Both times I wasted a full dose of my medication due to their error. I always say I want the smallest gauge needle they carry. The pharmacy people need to relearn their numbers, because obviously they don’t know how to compare sizes
I absolutely cannot stand CVS but I have to go there in order to get my prescriptions due to my employer's health insurance. If at all possible, I recommend to take your business to Walgreens or Publix. Every time I go there I end up having to wait 30 minutes and then there is always some kind of problem with getting my medication. So tired of the incompetent and careless staff. Lastly if you work in a pharmacy you should have a lick of sense to wear your mask properly. You are handling medications for sick people. The mask is supposed to go OVER YOUR NOSE! I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star.
I recently moved and had to move my prescriptions from St Johns Bluff/ Beach to this location. Unbelievable! 35 min on the ph waiting for someone to pick up the ph, twice did I make that attempt and both times I waited for someone to pick up the ph. Their Ph ordering system is not working well, it only catches 1 prescr even though I entered two of them. Spoke to the manager regarding this poor service, seems like they do care less. Will transfer out.... St. Johns Bluff/Beach has much better Customer Service.
They never have medicines. It takes almost 2 months after a hit and miss of checking for prescriptions. How are you a pharmacy with no medicine or doesn’t order enough after going thru inventory of prescriptions given and ordering more than enough medicine to have on hand. Here it is again, requesting meds that aren’t even my normal requests, they still doesn’t have it. They have to order it and couldn’t tell me when it’ll be ready or in. Trying to have me to go to Normandy to get it. Not happening!
Probably the worst pharmacy ever. Waited 3 days for a prescription to get filled. Finally called to check on it and was told that there wasn’t insurance info on file they didn’t think it needed to be filled and never bothered to even call me. Then my mother goes to pick up the script and they say they have nothing for me even tho I got a call saying it was ready. People working the pharmacy are rude as can be and have zero customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
***travelers beware*** if needed, the airport (Orlando) has a COVID-19 testing site with 60 minutes results. $65 antigen test or $125 PCR testing. At CVS, COVID-19 results still pending (tested Sunday morning @ 1030) and Tuesday at 1015 no test results. I'm unable to board my flight ✈ . Cautionary Note: CVS voicemail / recording states results may take 3-5 days! For travelers, this is a canceled trip. Airlines count the day of test as DAY #1.
Store says closes at 9:00pm. Got there 10 minutes prior to closing to get a box of tylenol (coming off work) as it is on the way to my house, but was told they are closed already. This is not some grocery story or any other retail like Walmart or Winn-dixie. I was not going to pick a shopping cart and shop the whole store at 8:50 pm. Next time, I will stop at Walgreens and not be inconvenient to CVS 10 mins prior closing. Ridiculous.
Only this CVS so far, for me, has the nicest people. I don't do well with brash stern or firm spoken people, that sound mad even of they're not. I understand being rushed and in a hurry but you can still be polite with those who are trying to be polite first. Only this cvs is like that. The one one merrill and university. Thank you to those people. I have severe PTSD and prefer soft nice spoken patient people. THANK YOU!❤️
The Pharmacy never picks up the phone, like never. I was on hold a total of 1.5 hr. My Script was called in Tuesday and which they told me it would be ready the next day. I called to confirm that it was ready and since no one answer drove to the Pharmacy for them to tell me it will be 2hr before is ready. Something that could had been told to me If someone answer the phone. Plus this is not the first time it happens.
I recently changed my health insurance provider and when going to pick up a prescription the lady didn't know how to put in the information into the system correctly, so she asked me to wait so she could help other customers. After that, she asked me to come back in the morning so I did and I came at 8am because that's when Google said the pharmacy opened but it actually doesn't open until 9am!
This is the only cvs that had later hours and I needed a script filled for my daughter who just had surgery. Walgreens doesn’t take her insurance so we rushed here and arrived at 6:45 and apparently they changed their hours two weeks ago but no one ever thought to change them online. So not only am I incredibly frustrated, I also have a child in extreme pain with no options. Big fat fail, CVS.
This is by far the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. My child is on automatic refills for several scripts and not once in the last 2 years have they had it ready on time, they're ALWAYS "understaffed", and I end up having to make several calls and trips to the pharmacy to get anything done. Tried to change pharmacies but can't due to insurance, it's frustrating as hell.
I went through the drive thru for a covid 19 test, it took the young lady 15 to 20 minutes to get the test out to me, then when I got it she was no help to me in following the procedure in administering the test, had to hit call button to ask how to complete the test, horrible customer service unprofessional conduct, the worst, I will never visit that location ever again.
Looking for items to get through the virus. Thankfully this CVS had the milk I needed. And then I get to the checkout where Brandon is checking people out. What a refreshing clerk. He is humorous, has a wonderful smile, and treats everyone like they are his friend. Next time I'm in need of a laugh, I'll be heading over to CVS hoping Brandon is around to make me smile.
If you're lucky, you might get your prescription. If there's any issue, expect to wait for days. They won't follow up with the doctor and they won't answer the phone. I've spent over 35 minutes on hold this morning (current call 24 minutes so far) and they just won't answer, and won't call the doctor to clarify the prescription. Very frustrating to deal with.
Getting someone on the phone here is impossible.....I've been ringing in for over an hour and no answer....pharmacy customer service is pretty much the same in person....won't be using here ever again and calling corporate.... DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY....the actual store staff isn't the issue at all they need a new pharmacist and techs...
The prices r a rip-off!! They never have stuff put-away! They never have what u want and if they do have it...it runs out so fast because they never have a lot of it!! They never answer the phone..and is there any standards because it's like the ppl that work there hate having to deal with ppl and smell ur employees plz!!!
One of the messiest locations I've been in. Never seems to be a cashier near the front when you need one and when they finally come to the front it's nothing but attitude and waiting for them to put their phones away. I won't be back. There are other places in the area to get what I need that put customer service first.
Michelle is easily the rudest and most condescending person I’ve ever had to communicate with at a pharmacy. She refuses to assist me with a photo order and in the span of 15 minutes she upset three customers including myself. One of which just walked out the store. Not good for business
i've never had such a pleasurable experience in any pharmacy ever. The customer service in the pharmacy is excellent each & every time I come to CVS on Merrill. Can't say enough good things, seriously. The employees at this pharmacy are the best. 5++++ stars!!!
Worst service ever. Nobody offers assistance. One worker is standing around gabbing with her friend. There is nobody at the registers. Does CVS even want our business? Walgreen’s has much better customer service than CVS. So, I won’t be returning ever.
Without fail, every single time I go to the pharmacy to pick up meds the line inside and outside are very very long. I've had to wait 45 mins or more on some occasions. Every time I get a message saying I have a prescription ready I dread going there.
The worst pharmacy you can deal with. Seriously, not exaggerating even a little bit. They do not pick up the phones (you will be on hold for over an hour everytime.) and they will ignore customers blatantly in their lobby. Call a different store.
Cashier just tried to charge me double the price listed on the shelf. I guess she thinks she can just keep the difference? No thank you. I will never go back to CVS so many other better choices in life. A company destined for failure or takeover.
Super slow! Inside or out, don't matter what time of day you will be waiting like a hour. My doctor sent in my prescription, and I waited 2 days because I know how slow they are. It still wasn't ready and they told me to come back in a hour.
The pharmacy techs are terrible. This is where my prescriptions are send, I have to wait at least 3 days before I can pick them up, because they never have them ready on time. Their excuse the system is down. It's really frustrated.
Worst pharmacy ever. I rather drive 30mins out to another one than come here. Sat in line 30 mins, they told me to drive around and sit back in line and the meds would ready. Then the tech was beyond rude. Will not come back!
This pharmacy is the worst. It takes way too long to fill prescriptions. Pick up also takes long. Today, I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Only one person ahead of me. They need more staff to handle the volume.
I have attempted multiple times to reach pharmacy staff about my prescriptions. I have held on the phone for 30 mins or more without anyone picking up the line. This is the worst service I have had with any pharmacy.
Waited over an hour to take a COVID test because the line was wrapped around the building just to be told my appointment was cancelled and if I didn’t leave the police would be called on me.
Told yesterday by pharmacist that I could pick up prescription today, went in told I was too early. Frustrating when you plan your time and efforts around what they advise to get it wrong.
Manager and employee both rude and unhelpful. They claimed they stop allowing customers to receive money from Moneygram after 8... I think it’s a lie so they have to do less work
The staff team is very helpful caring and respectful i just wish they stayed in stock when it comes to snacks chips and etc but overall i rlly recommend shopping at CVS.
This place literally never answers phones in the pharmacy. So don’t bother wasting your time calling. If you even remotely want to speak to someone just go up there.
the drive thru is absolutely horrible..had to wait almost an hour just waiting and waiting in line..seems like no one was there or someone wasn’t doing their job
This pharmacy kills me! Majority of the time poor service. Loooooooong wait times. And no one cares. I have to use this pharmacy per my insurance.
Brandon is there most of the time. He has great customer service skills and is always smiling. It's always pleasant when he's there.♀️ …
The manager on duty on 4.2.19 is horrible. Walk away from a line when your cashier is pulling double duty in photo real great service.
I Couldn't Purchase Item Because Cashier Didn't Even Tried To At Lease Get Change Or At Least Direct Me To Another Cashier.
Incredibly slow. They NEVER have the prescription ready when they say they will. Every interaction here is excruciating.
The Store has put in a self checkout and refuse go behind the counter to check you out. My absolute last trip to CVS.
Can’t will till I don’t have to come here anymore. Always a long wait and most of the time the staff is beyond rude.
I called and bobby answered. I asked if she had a medication available and she said no and hung up on me. Real B
Everyone was very nice and they opened a second register for me when I was in line. Very Nice!!!
Newton was the best customer service rep ive had thank you for the great care during our visit
Pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!!!!! I was hung up then I waited on hold for 22 Min Before I gave up.
No one ever answers the phone. I've been on hold for 30 mins now. This is ridiculous.
This is where I get all my meds!! Excellent pharmacy technicians customer service!
I always find what I want. The employees are always very helpful and friendly.
My experience was terrible. Pharmacy tech was rude and dismissive.
Good people they know your name when saying welcome
Slowest drive thru ever!!! 45 minutes for 4 cars
Great place and the cashier was always great.
Super slow pharmacy
Terrible service
Nice service
Love it!!!!
