"The absolute worst CVS pharmacy"
"I'm not certain if it's just this location or all locations but they have the ABSOLUTE worst answering service imaginable and I've had to deal with Comcast First of I'm a hemo dialysis patient, I don't travel much now because of my underlying health issues"

I went last night and made a $133 transaction, 40 of that being cash back. the cashiers there were two one to the left one to the right the cashier that was cashing me out said I'm sorry you'll have to run your card again my system said something about counting I asked her what that meant she was uneducated as to what that meant I therefore ran my card again except the same thing come the third time it went through so I thought nothing of it till early morning yesterday I checked my account and I'm missing $266 and there are three transactions for CVS pharmacy on the corner of Southside boulevard and Touchton road in the amount of $133.00, $40 of all three transactions being cash back. I only made one transaction. I called the store to speak with a night manager. The night manager apparently is uneducated as to what happened or what the system means when it says it is counting. I was extremely appalled with his customer service skills or lack there of and do believe that CVS pharmacy customer service needs to look into this gentleman that calls himself the night manager on March the 29th at almost 2:00 a.m. in the morning where he refused to give me his name and told me the only thing he could say was to call back and he will be hanging up the phone now. He did not have to give me his name for my records so that I know who I spoke with when speaking of something like money missing where I'm out of $266. Yes, you do have too, you're not legally required to give me your last name but being an employee of CVS you're required to give me your first name so you sir need to be let go or re-educated and retrained in your position maybe even bump down to cashier so you can learn customer service skills as I've been in the customer service field since I was 14. I'm now going on 40 this year. There is not one reason he should not have give me his name. There's not one reason for him to catch attitude or have one. I'm very upset about my money missing but I will take this up with customer service in the morning manager and the general manager of this location about his night management needing reeducation retrained or let go
If you need to get a Covid-19 test, do yourself a massive favor and find another location. Terrible experience. No clear signage or directions on where you need to go on site but they make it very clear you can’t come inside. Calling the store is also a joke, be prepared to stay on hold FOREVER. The video they send you via email directs you to go through the drive thru, but as soon as I get to the drive thru they send me to the booth outside without checking my confirmation code or name. Okaaaaay.... wait outside for 15+ minutes, no directions, no one comes out and no phone call... I go back to the drive thru because I don’t want to miss my appointment and someone /different/ tells me they might be backed up and to be patient. Back outside, another 15+ goes by. Back to the drive through for the THIRD time, and someone ELSE tells me based off my confirmation code I should’ve actually been in the drive thru line and didn’t need to wait at the booth at all. Dude seriously?? I’m on an extended break from my job that I had to fight for... They can’t give me the self swab in my car, and they won’t be able to give me the test in the next several minutes because of the line of people (despite the fact I’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes and showed up to my appointment EARLY asking for clarification). I have to leave because I’m already extremely late getting back. I spoke to three techs and they evidentially have two brain cells to share between the lot of them. BEWARE
The absolute worst CVS pharmacy. I have been coming here for almost 2 years and have never had an issue getting my prescriptions filled except when the pharmacy manager is “out of town”. Apparently when the manager is out, the rest of the pharmacists are completely incompetent and resort to flat out lying so I am unable to receive my prescription. I was told on 2 separate occasions they could not fill my prescription because the doctor prescribing was based in a different city, which is ridiculous because it does not matter what city the doctor is in. After the first time I was told this, I returned the next day and was told this did not matter so they could fill it which proves they lied the first time. After the second time I was told this, I informed the pharmacist this “rule” is incorrect and they need to fill my prescription. At that point, the pharmacist asked me very rudely why don’t I go to a pharmacy that is closer to my doctor. They then told me I can come back next week when the manager is in and they can refill my prescription then. If that’s the case, why tell me they can’t do it due my doctor not residing in the same city as the pharmacy? At that point I grabbed my prescription and left. Very unprofessional and disappointing that this so called manager leaves the store in such incompetent hands. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
I'm not certain if it's just this location or all locations but they have the ABSOLUTE worst answering service imaginable and I've had to deal with Comcast First of I'm a hemo dialysis patient, I don't travel much now because of my underlying health issues. And now they decided to use up the only drive thru that's operational for Covid testing. I mean there's a vaccine now right? So why not make yourself less susceptible to getting sick by taking it. I'm not sure why the pharmacy even has this when we literally have so many places to get tested, but now I have to share the only lane with covid testing?? Secondly there's no point calling in, you'll be on hold for over 20 minutes, heck I've waited over an hour on hold. It literally takes me 5 minutes to drive to the pharmacy but what's the point if I'm in line with covid texting for over an hour? Whoever is running this CVS should just go ahead and look for something else to do, because you're a lousy manager that keeps the place understaffed. Even though the we all know youre making a kling right now with covid testing and vaccine administration. I really hope this post gets to somebody relevant, I feel like next time I have to unconveniently walk through your store I may just take a sudden fall and really injure myself because of your poor staffing and phone answering.
Whether day or night the service staff at the front of the store is always friendly, helpful, Pleasant and seem to genuinely enjoy doing what they are doing The pharmacy staff right now may be the best I've ever seen at the store. From the pharmacist themselves to the cashiers to The Operators at the drive-thru windows, I could not ask for anything better than what they have right now at this CVS Pharmacy. The store itself is impeccably clean every time I go in, the parking lot is always perfectly well kept, well-lit, and well-secured in my opinion. I love that I can go to the Publix next door and do all my grocery shopping, and then Skip by this CVS Pharmacy get any prescriptions I have pending. Or just get any vitamins, supplements or pharmaceuticals I may need. And do so with nothing but friendly, Pleasant people at both locations. I know they are not combined but it makes for a great shopping experience with the two of them. Honestly, no complaints at all with the store. Great people, cleanwell stock store, great Pharmacy. Every time a great experience Michael H...
I would give negative stars if I could. Pharmacy takes several days to fill prescriptions. Unfortunately, due to my insurance, I’m restricted to where I can go for prescriptions. I certainly would not willingly choose CVS for my pharmacy needs. They don’t notify patients when there are issues with the insurance until you are picking up rx. Tech, Amina, tells me she is only one person and doesn’t “have time.” Pharmacy manager and pharmacist, Ashton, yells (seriously yelled) across two counters and 4 other customers, to tell me that CVS is hiring if I’d like to apply for a job. Assuming that 1. I don’t already have a full time job and 2. that I would want to work for someone who treats their customers in such a manner. I was shocked to experience such unprofessionalism from a pharmacist who is also a “manager.” Requested a call from district manager, was told to expect a return call within 48 hours and I’m still waiting for that call….. Definitely recommend driving the extra few miles to another store or if possible, to Publix where they appreciate their customers.
Service in Pharmacy is terrible. The clerk , Amina, (Pharmacy) had an issue with me returning for a COPY of my perscription after telling me she could not give me one. When simply asked why not , she replied with an obvious answer, "because we have to keep it. At the moment she could have easily stated "I can give you a copy , but not the original," instead I had to call my doctor and wait on hold for them to inform me that I can retrieve the copy. Furthermore, I was perscribed 4 items , however there were only 3 evidently noticeable bags in my shopping bag so I went back again to clarify my purchase and before I could finish my sentence , she goes , "there's FOUR bags in there" obviously there's not or else there would be no need for confusion but there was THREE bags, one in which had 2 items. Upon me finding out about the missing item she just stood there while I repacked my bag with an aggravated demeanor. A little push in the customer service direction would have made all the difference in my experience.
Called the pharmacy for 15 minutes before they closed to ask one simple question for them to answer the phone, not say anything, and then hang up every time I called. Terrible service, terrible people. When I got to the pharmacy I asked why they couldn’t just say something and they responded “We’re busy” and that was it then proceeds to walk off. I’d advise if you want good customer service or any customer service at all to never go to this location. They are a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. I’d go to Publix or Walgreens even Hell before going to them. They are completely rude. I even asked one of the workers up in front who didn’t work for the pharmacy to be completely honest with me about the pharmacies customer service and they told me that they have a lot of customers complaining about them not answering the phone at all and they’re customer service is trash. Which makes a lot of sense now. So with that being said choose where you get your medicine wisely.
While they have everything that you need in order to get through whatever it is that you're going through, they are not enforcing masks as much as they should. wow everyone did have a mask on almost every person I encountered had it pulled down below their nose. This wouldn't be a problem if we were outside, but we are not we are inside an establishment and it should be enforced right now during this time. Specifically and especially because they have a pharmacy and they deal with people taking medications.People with weak immune systems and small children and the like come in and out of there every day and for it to not be taking precautions more seriously is somewhat alarming. I myself am healthy but, you never know. it's not safe out there for people and companies taking precautions as necessary. I hope to see in the future that they will enforce mass more appropriately. Otherwise all is good and they have what you need.
This pharmacy is awful and incompetent!!! I can't tell you how many times the dosage on the bottles I receive are incorrect (luckily, I know what the dosages should have been!!!) and 3 years to have them change my address in their system. They text that a prescription is ready and if you don't pick up that day, the texts get ruder and ruder. They cut their hours which makes it inconvenient when you work long and late hours. They received a prescription refill for my dog from my vet at about noon and it apparently didn't get in their system until after 8:30 pm and blamed it on the vet's office! Needless to say when I received a text message at 1 pm that I had another prescription to pick up, it was NOT the dog's meds, but just another reminder that mine was ready from the day before!!! Will not be back ever!!! Wouldn't give them any stars if I had a choice, but forced to at least give one to post my review.
Stopped using them years ago bc they’re awful. But called bc it’s the only thing open today and I’ve been traveling for a funeral which I explained. I just needed one days dose of my medication to make it to tomorrow without becoming violently ill on a holiday. The durbin pharmacist told me she would and could do it for me if I brought in my up to date label on my bottle. But I was too far away as they close at 2 today. So I let the other pharmacy on southside know I was coming to do the same thing and he refused to do so. Tell me how it’s possible for one CVS to do it but not him. I think just a lazy pharmacist trying to get home early on a holiday instead of doing his job to help someone who needs their medication. So thank you pharmacist at southside and touchton for making it so that I will miss family holiday to be puking my guts out. this is why I boycott cvs and so does my family
I have had the worst experience with the pharmacy a person named Ashton. We have been given the runaround from this location since November on trying to get a script filled for my husband that has a disability and unfortunately because this medication is a controlled substance that has to be ordered no one explained anything to us other than they couldn’t get the order in. After I became frustrated today and did let a curse word slip Ashton made sure to tell me that after I did call him on his horrible customer service that he was going to document I cursed at him. This was a horrible way to treat a person with an ADA disability and myself for trying to help him get his medicine. I hope you treat other people better try to really kick a disabled person when they are down and make them feel uncomfortable because they take a controlled substance. So sad!
I went in there today hoping to use a coupon I found ON THEIR website and I asked two employees there if they would honor it. The man did not even listen to what I had to say and directed me to the lady. The lady made me feel so stupid and I explained to her I had an online account but no extra care card. She seemed pissed that I even asked her for help and became very rude and walked away while mumbling when I was simply just asking for help. She said she knew nothing about online stuff and could not help me. The man working did offfer to help me via the self check out but it didn't work. I simply got my hair dye and l left. WILL NOT be back here. The one lady should not work customer service if you don't like people. If you don't like your current job, get a different one!!! Simple as that.
I can’t recommend getting a COVID test here. Most CVSs will provide you with a glove and wipes, which are standard essentials for administering a test and opening a box that was overflowing with bagged biohazards. I requested a wipe out of courtesy to the next patient so I could wipe down the bag and the box before depositing my sample in the box and was told that wipes are too expensive to give out. My insurance paid at least $139 for this test, which I myself administered. Had my test been administered by a professional they would have access to a glove and wipe. I think that providing a wipe is basic, and best practice to protect the next customer who opens the box. When I asked the nurse to please mention the suggestion to her supervisor, I was told to take it up with corporate.
This store is outstanding. I mainly go to the pharmacy department and it is the best one I have ever been to. They have a Huge amount of scripts to fill but have always acknowledged me in a friendly and timely manner and work to get people's prescriptions out as soon as possible. One pharmacist, Ashton has always been friendly and courteous and a great source of information and has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond to be helpful to me. If you can't get along with Ashton, you can't get along with anybody. I have many times seen people who are rude and aggressive and think no one matters but them and still the staff has treated them in a professional manner. How they keep their cool I have no idea. I hope this staff is there a long time........
Shout out the pharmacist Ashton my husband and I went into the store at about 7pm last night and I was very sick. Needed four prescriptions filled from urgent care and they seemed very understaffed and busy. He was busy and tired but he still said he would get my prescriptions filled by close 8pm. Although I had to wait 45 minutes seeing how busy and under staffed they were he was able to fill my prescriptions and give me the medicine that I so desperately needed. Most stores would have turned me away I know the town center store would have. This store will get my business for sure. Keep doing such great customer service Ashton . People that are not feeling well like I was so dearly appreciate it. God bless you.
COVID test review: - This CVS does NOT have rapid testing. - I provided my insurance card and ID and did not pay anything for this test. - You perform the test on yourself, in your car, at the drive thru pharmacy. - My appt was at 10:40. I got in line at 10:39 and made it to the window by 11:00 (behind 3 cars). I then sat at the window for 15 minutes before actually receiving the test. 4 stars for waiting so long. - You do NOT stick this swab into your brain like the testing horror stories you’ve heard. You go about as far as you’d pick your nose Update: results came back in about 36 hours. I did not get a text or email alert, just kept checking the “my pass” link I was given for results.
This is the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are chronically understaffed and impossible to reach by phone. Yesterday I tried to call them at least ten times and was dropped off each time after a long wait. Today my doctor's office could not reach them to find out why the pharmacy says they have not received the prescription my doctor sent in more than a week ago - and got a SureScript confirmation they had received it. Now I have to drive back to my doctor's office, pick up a paper prescription, go drop it off and wait for the refill. This is just my most recent experience that prompted me to finally write a review - and change my business to another pharmacy.
This pharmacy manager is trash. I was prescribed a controlled substance through a tele-health group by a LICENSED medical provider that is licensed in FL. But because this medical provider did not reside in Jacksonville even though she is LICENSED in FL, they cancelled my prescription without even telling me. I called another CVS to see if this was the norm and that pharmacy manager said I can get my prescription filled with them. So just a word of advice, do NOT waste your time or money at this location. Also the prices for your medication are through the roof at this location, even the pharmacy tech told me not to go to this location, because there are cheaper places.
Clean CVS I guess but I can't recommend anyone go here for Covid testing. The nurse responsible for administering the tests was extremely rude and unhelpful. I did slightly miss the appointment time for my fiance but she was quite literally doing nothing but playing on her phone and refused me service. She told me to go online and reschedule despite being in front of a computer that I'm positive had the capability of providing appointment information. I did not feel like a valued customer and I would not go back to this location unless you enjoy being ignored by someone who failed to make it as a doctor.
I had a covid-19 appointment at this testing location at 12:50 Saturday 6/27/2020, we were in line before the nurse “had” to leave for her 1:00 lunch break. Because we didn’t get through the line before the 1:00 deadline, even though we had an appointment scheduled we were forced to come back after 2:10. HORRIBLE customer service considering it was a covid-19 test and no willingness to even care to help. I will not be returning to this CVS or any unless it is an emergency. I would advise customers to try Walgreens as they are more willing to help others in this worlds time of need.
Came here to print a single black & white document, ended up waiting an entire hour just for them to figure out why my document wasn't printing correctly, when I could clearly tell it was because the printer was out of ink. I ended up never getting my document anyways, so it ended up being a complete waste of an hour and gas, getting nothing accomplished. Won't be coming back here for any future printing, and I highly suggest against it, they just don't have enough staff to maintain the equipment.
I understand being short staffed, I work for Walgreen’s. I get it. What I don’t get is it taking them over a week to type a prescription transfer that they received over a week ago from Walgreen’s. If Walgreen’s can run an entire store with a ghost crew and our pharmacy not falling behind then why can’t CVS? Walgreen’s will have their management in the pharmacy helping before they get 2 weeks behind on simple data entry. If my insurance was contracted with Walgreen’s id never have these issues.
You shouldn’t yell or degrade customers in front of others because YOUR MACHINE is not working properly! Employee lied to other coworker when we both saw the price and she said something different. At the end of the day it’s a machine problem and it shouldn’t be taken to this level. Thankfully and so happy that the machine finally worked to show that SHE was the liar. Telling me I’m making it up, I said look at the Cameras and you’ll see what she and I both saw and said. Very unprofessional.
Do not go there to get Covid testing. I made an appointment for 12:20pm and was not helped until 2:18pm. Many cars left and it still took 2 hours. The people were polite enough to show face but didn’t try any harder to get people moving. They don’t care about wasting people’s day. I almost ran out of gas but this was my only opportunity to get tested so I stayed. Highly recommend going elsewhere, I’m almost 99% sure they’d be quicker somewhere else too.
The worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had! Tried calling the pharmacy 3 times, they would pick up the phone and then hang up. So I drove there to see if they had a prescription in stock (other cvs said they did) but I wanted to verify by phone but with no luck. The Asian lady at the drive through window refused to look up the medication and said it didn’t matter regardless bc it’s a 72 hour wait on prescription transfers. How is that even legal?!
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted in the conversation I had with the pharmacy. I tried to switch my prescription over for insurance purposes and the lady bashed on me and refused to fill my script, and told me I needed to go back to my doctor and get a note- which I already had! It’s called a prescription. Anyways she told me I should be vaccinated and that they can’t help me. Absolutely HORRIFIC. CVS should be ashamed of this employee.
This place is Horrible the drive thru pharmacy is a waste of time. Sat in line for an hour only to be questioned by the lady at the window why I have an attitude. I had my newborn in the car so I could not go inside if they had a sign saying that wait time was gonna be long or even if they said sorry for the wait I would have been more understanding. I can’t wait for the day they replace people in retail with machines.
Very disappointed order pictures at around 10:45 pick up time was at 11:46 took lunch at 12:30 got there at 12:43. They let the employee who was working on my pictures leave before she completed the task. My aunt always says everyone want to get paid but no one wants to work. 5 minutes turn into 10 minutes..first and last time coming to this CVS. POOR SERVICE MAKE SURE TASK ARE COMPLETE BEFORE YOU ALL LET PEOPLE LEAVE.
Horrible experience getting a covid test. I made an appointment but I still had to wait an hour and a half. There are no clear signs on where to go and no one is outside controlling the line. I had a man cut infront of me in line and yell at me when I tried to tell him I was in line, making me feel extremely uncomfortable as I am a woman alone in my car. Anywhere has to be better than this place.
Have had no issues related to the Pharmacy staff. Have to realize that there may only 1 or 2 pharmacist on duty and if they are already helping someone else or in process of filling a prescription or on phone trying to get through to physician or insurance offices that takes priority. Always welcomed by retail staff and taken care of at register or if a line I use the self checkout.
Worst pharmacy ive dealt with in jacksonville. Impossible to get someone on the phone. They place you on hold for like 20 minutes and then hang up on you. Have called like 15 times in a span of about 3 days and its the same every time. All the other reviews here say the same thing because its true. If I could give 0 stars i would. The store portion is ok its just the pharmacy.
The pharmacy is incompetent and rude. I had to switch over to CVS because of my health insurance. CVS texted me multiple times saying my medication was ready just to find out after driving there it was not ready. They blame it on my insurance company. It took me calling my insurance company while in store ti get things straight .I went two weeks with out my medication.
Easily the worst CVS on this side of town. They used to be great, but now the store is poorly organized, poorly stocked, and understaffed. Sometimes I'll go in and use self checkout and never actually see an employee anywhere in the store. I'm currently 40 minutes into my wait at the drive thru to pick up a prescription. Only one car has been served in that time.
I went to the pharmacy today after I left the er it was 8:56 pm I really didn’t think they would take my new Prescription and fill it being so late. I was in major pain. I’m so happy they helped me they were very friendly and I normally don’t come to this location. I feel much better now and they deserve an award. It was a female and younger guy. 6/18/19
This pharmacy continues to be the worst in all of Jax. I don’t know how they get away with it. Impossible to ever call prescriptions in because if they don’t leave you on hold for an hour just hoping you hang up, they’ll pick the phone up and then just leave it on the counter so that you can hear them but they won’t actually answer to help you with anything.
I shopped here couple of times and during those times, I feel like their staff ALWAYS watches me while I shop. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is polite and greets their customers but they really watch you like a hawk, ESPECIALLY at the makeup aisle! I can’t just browse in peace with somebody just watching me make my mind up about which stuff to get.
Went for there for a simple covid test. The young woman did not even acknowledge my presence at the window to say “be right with you” and continued filling prescriptions. I had a 1pm appointment and didn’t finish until 1:30. There were 3 staff members working the pharmacy and it took 30 minutes just for a Covid test. Do not recommend this location
Worst experience ever. Came in looking to get prescription pain killers, ended up having to wait in pain for over an hour because the woman at the counter forgot to enter in the details of prescription i droped off three hours back. Will never return. Strongly advice not using this store for pick up or for any emergencies.
Worse cvs yet, cacausian women came out to harrass me while I was in my car waiting to pick someone up. Hadn't been in the spot for more than 45 seconds when she felt like it was her duty to direct traffic at 12:18 in the morning. I'm not sure what her name is but she needs to take a class on manners and etiquette
Hire better people! Your team is horrible I talked to three people, and all were rude and unwilling to put any effort into helping! I called the store before my visit asking if the item I was looking for was in stock. I was told yes they see them, but when I got there they didn't have it and no one world help me!
Scheduled a Covid test unaware of the fees now, 100% ok with paying… but instead of asking the right questions like who’s my insurance or if I’m covered under Medicaid the pharmacy tech offered me a $9 Covid test?! Which came back negative but I’m experiencing everything that feels like Covid… (January 19 2023)
Has totally gone downhill in the past few months! No more baskets to shop, dairy products, wine (due to not healthy...hello your dispensing opiods!!) , the list goes on and on of what they no longer carry! Rude staff, contacted HR and could not care less. Have been shopping here over 15 years but no more!
Called in a prescription from out of state, the rude person behind the counter was totally obnoxious, with people like her working for CVS it is no wonder they are closing so many locations. I will never do business with this company for anything, that is the actual power of one rude employee...
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Store manager Silvia aware (employee) Glen is drunk at work. Please be careful here. They also looks like they are deleting reviews. What a pathetic person who is hiding the reality of this store reputation. It's okay I'm a local guide will post everyday now. Unbelievable!
This is your friendly neighborhood CVS. The employees are attentive, kind, and friendly. I went in the other day and had no trouble finding help. The guy stocking the shelves was very conversational and made my day better. Parking is a struggle but it is what it is what can yuh do.
This pharmacy is the worst around. In the pharmacy section, they are rude and not helpful. Their faces forgets how to smile and looking as if they were saying why are you here. They have problem in their system and they blame you. Ooh it is just a awful service in pharmacy section.
Sat in the drive thru behind one car for 15 minutes. And then waited another 5 after we pulled up before they walked over to help us. They must be severely understaffed. Definitely plan at least 30 minutes when going to pick up a script that’s been ready for a week.
They lie all the time, I have a child that has to have is medication and every other time I go there I have a problem. I even call to have it filled in advance you think they could call and say they are out. I will be transferring all his scripts to hyvee.
They young woman they had working today, Trinita, in the minute clinic was so pleasant to deal with, that I almost forgot people so kind could still be around! She had better advice than my PCP has in 3 years! Thank you again for being so kind!
I was checked in well before someone else had. I was supposed to get a Covid test at 4:10 pm. It is now 4:31 pm and I have been skipped while they moved on to the person who checked-in 5-10 minutes after I did. This is absolutely ridiculous
After keeping my prescription for two days, I get there, they said it’s ready for pick up... a few minutes later, it has to be ordered because they don’t cart it. Very unreliable! If your life depends on it, don’t take a chance with them
Go to any other CVS in town. This one needs to be shut down. The store is a mess, nothing is in stock, the checkout machines are broke, and the staff have no sense when it comes to helping people. This store needs a whole do over.
I can understand that you may be short staffed. However to never answer the phone or communicate issue’s about filling a prescription in a timely manner is ridiculous. Even when coming inside the customer service is horrible.
It’s 24 hours My friend couldn’t breathe through her nose bc was sick and couldn’t sleep. This place saved her life with the best one ply toilet paper the world has ever seen Best CVS on earth “It does the trick” -my friend
They say they are open 24 hours and they are not. They never have medications ready when you need it. It takes them days to get in an antibiotic. They tell you when it will be ready but it never is. Worthless place to shop!
I haven't had a covid test here because I made the correct choice of going to regency to get mine within 20 minutes like a normal person...but the staff is great here and they all seem to enjoy what they do. Great cvs
Thank u for being one of the only 24/7 stores in a 20 min drive....I needed 9v batteries at 5am for beeping smoke detectors and this was the ONLY PLACE open that had batteries! The ladies inside were pleasant too!
In pain after surgery and the staff got confused about whether my prescription was pill or liquid. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they got mad and ignored my advocate trying to pick up the prescription.
I got attitude because the phone system sent my call to the wrong department. Then I was hung up on. Just had a question about a Strep test. They myst be too busy to help me prevent the spread of a disease
I recently went and got a covid test from this location and had a great experience. Nurse Rhoda was extremely helpful, put me at ease, and gave me a lot of good information. I got out in a timely manner.
I typically don't shop CVS; however, I was pleasantly surprised how clean and organized the store was. The manager assisted me in finding the right product for me and the checkout girl was friendly.
Rude, most disgusting experience with the employees there! Get a new job if you hate it there, no one deserves to be treated lesser than human because you hate your job or come to work with baggage.
I wish Walgreens took my insurance because I would boycott cvs forever they suck there customer service sucks. The pharmacy employees are incompetent and never get my scripts right
They told me my RX would be ready at 4pm come to find out at 5pm they never even typed it in or started it. The pharmacy staff is lazy and unorganized. I would not recommend it.
The pharmacy is rude unprofessional and while I was in severe pain they did nothing to help. They ignored me and gave me attitude. I will never go back there for a prescription.
Don’t go here for Booster shot. I waited over 30 mins and they didn’t take care of me. I made online appointment and prepared everything. And I had to wait there so long and
CVS is another disgrace of the American corporate healthcare takeover. Popping up all over the city, putting small businesses out of work and providing horrible service.
Waited in drive thru forever, multiple cars in drive thru and they just aren’t coming to the window but don’t appear to be helping another customers in the store.....?
The worst CVS pharmacy ever!!! Their pharmacy staff is not helpful and very unfriendly, and they are often out of common routine medicine. Do not use their pharmacy!
AVOID AVOID AVOID I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time. Their drive thru pharmacy is absolutely horrid. Had an appointment at 2:10 and still in line at 3:34.
DISCONNECTED/turned off both water fountains but keep them displayed on the wall, in case corporate comes in. Also, doesn't carry as many products as other CVSs.
If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would!! Worst pharmacy in the world. They don’t care about you at all and quick to tell you to your face!
Their pharmacy is awful. It’s impossible to get them on the phone, they’ll let you sit on hold for 40 minutes and still not answer.
Employee outside says they are closed, but the hours say they are open 24/7? Saw several cars pull up and were turned away. Weird.
The hold music is so loud and distorted that I killed myself before they came back to help me with my antidepressant medication!
This pharmacy has decided that they dont have to abide by florida laws and wont take any prescription out side of city limits
Very convenient! Has a Redbox too. Pharmacy closes at 9pm and 6 on weekend's. Store is 24 hours. Full stocked on vino!
Very nicely kept store, 24hours opens, if you know the "general CVS store map" you can get in and out within 5 mins.
cant talk to anyone on phone - horrible customer serivce - now i know why Walgreens opens stores near a CVS -
Everytime we get a prescription here, they never have it ready and I always have to wait longer.
They are a little slow but its a pharmacy so it’s understandable. People are always friendly!!!
Terrible pharmacy, go somewhere else if you want your prescription done before two weeks later
I just waited 35 minutes in drive-thru for a prescription pickup omg last time I do that.
Waited an hours and 30 minutes on hold for the pharmacy before giving up
Clean store. Courteous staff. Convenient location.
A great place to shop! Friendly staff.
Great people love it there!
Great like always
