Pharmacist would not fill my prescription despite me going the extra mile to make sure it was done properly by my doctor. Had to call up my doctor, drive to see him multiple times and have him personally call to have my prescription filled, a medication that I need to function daily. The pharmacist treated me like a drug addict/seeker and lectured me about following my doctors directions, which I did. This was a simple screw up due to mis-labeling and I was treated terribly, yelled at for doing everything right and my doctor was furious with them. I will not be returning to this CVS despite having my medications filled there for years. Avoid at all costs, it is well worth it to drive to another location. The last thing I wanted when filling a prescription is judgement for simply being ill.

Don’t ever print photos here, complete disaster and I wasn’t alone. Multiple people trying to pick up photos and they either didn’t have them, messed the order up, or their printers were down. This is the second time this has happened, I won’t be printing anything here anymore. 11/9/23 Update - this also has to be the WORST PHARMACY in Tampa. This is the third time this year we have sick kids at home and this pharmacy is incapable of filling a script despite me triple checking with the doctors office that the script was called. I have to literally come in person and stand at the pharmacy window with the doctors office on the phone confirming the script was sent in for this pharmacy to finally “find it” after wasting 1-3 hours of my life. Do not give this pharmacy business.

The staff was so uneducated on the policies of this company. The Hispanic cashier did not want to help anyone I was trying to use a coupon and as soon as I said that she literally called the manager young boy Juan his name I believe said I couldn’t use this cvs coupon because the item was on sale… it was not on sale he didn’t even try to scan it. He was so dismissive I went to the other Cvs up the street and the professional cashier at the other cvs scanned the coupon and worked just fine. Please retrain these people.

Thanks to Manager Patricia and her location for reminding me why I stopped shopping at CVS over 20 years ago. 17 minutes trying to connect by phone - after the first ten minutes, their system disconnected me so I called again and waited another 7 minutes to get a person. Reaaaalllllly?? They obviously weren't busy putting up clear signs for where the Covid testing was taking place, so I'm not sure what they were actually doing. I ended up wasting 30 minutes of my time for their ineptitude.

Pharmacy error. When I phoned to resolve, was left on hold for 43 minutes with obnoxious chat and repetitive music. If accurate and timely dispensing can’t happen, they will lose my business. Additionally, I was charged $75. For a $3.00 script, and the cashier couldn’t explain why or offer any explanation. Pharmacist said since my insurance doesn’t cover it, so CVS sets it’s own pricing. This should be illegal. Consumer beware, many drugs are cheap on line without requiring any insurance.

The pharmacy hours are ridiculous on the weekends. I tried to pick up an RX on Saturday, but they apparently close at 6pm. I tried to call on Sunday, because it was the 8th day (my RX would re-shelved) to say that I would be in on Monday. I sat on hold for 20+ minutes, and was never able to get through to anyone before the pharmacy closed. I will be calling to ask my insurance if there is ANY way I can work with ANY other pharmacy than CVS.

Just stopping by to give a 5-star review because I see this CVS currently has 2.7 stars and I feel like they're much better than that. This has been my neighborhood pharmacy for decades, and I have only had good experiences with the retail staff, pharmacy staff and MinuteClinic providers. The store has admittedly gotten run down, and more money should maybe be invested to make it top notch again, but it's a good shop. Hang in there, CVS!

The cashier just stands there looking annoyed while everyone is forced to use the self check out. So you're paying the cashier to stand and watch everyone use the self checkout instead she could be checking people out herself so no one would have to wait. Waste of payroll, makes zero sense. Horrible will never visit this cvs again.

Always have a problem at pharmacy. I was even given the incorrect prescription at one point. Despite paying online, everytime I come in they have to cancel the online payment and charge me again. Very disorganized if my insurance plan didn't make me fill with CVS I'd be long gone!

This location opens at 7 AM I have been sitting outside for 15 minutes and it is now 7:20 AM. What type of company lets customers sit out in 58° weather. Whoever opens the store needs to be disciplined or get to work sooner. This is not the first time that has happened.

The store itself is satisfactory, but the people who work in the pharmacy are extremely disorganized and appallingly rude. I don't want to get into the specifics, because it would fill an entire page. I strongly encourage anyone to take my advice and stay away.

The Manager took 15 min of her time to help me print pictures. Its a wonderfully operated store... The manager should be proud of her accomplishment. There was a time that was not the case waiting to check out was terrible.

Literally the worst CVS I have ever been to. Staff are super rude when there’s no customers even around. Pick another place honestly. This staff needs some training and an attitude change. I expect better.

Beyond HORRIBLE customer service from pharmacy. Very rude and completely ignore you, and don’t try calling to see if your script is ready they NEVER answer! Pathetic, the whole store staff is incompetent.

Asked the hispanic lady for help. “Nope! We don’t have” She then zooms around towards me expecting me to move out the way. I hate this store, will not return. Learn some manners & common sense.

They don't ever seem to have a cashier at the checkout, so you have to stand around and wait to pay and go. Could be a nice store but it's either poorly managed or staffed.

The services and attention to shopper’s needs at the Henderson Tampa CVS store has always been supper. I love shopping there because of employees help.

I easily found most of the items on my list. For those I didn't find, the employees were extremely helpful. The store is kept clean and inviting.

The pharmacy doesn’t open until 9am. I have a hard time after work so I am switching to a Walgreens or Publix with better hours.
