"Terrible service first off"
I am a nurse, so I know at least in the hospital controlled substances have to be counted regularly, I would find it very hard to believe that pharmacies to do not have similar rules. I am on a controlled substance (not opiate pain medication, not that what it is really matters) that I take for a chronic neurological condition, that I take as needed. I know from my job, that other people have had issues with getting their prescriptions filled properly at this pharmacy (because they have reported it to me), so it came as no surprise that they shorted me 30 of 90 pills, and the reason I counted the number of pills when I got home.. They told me that they could not have made a mistake because they ALWAYS have a person double check the number of pills, and said the proof was that the amount on the bottle was circled and initialed. The medication I take is an as needed medication. The prescription ALWAYS expires before I run out of refills, so there was no benefit in me telling them they shorted me 30 pills when they did not. If I wanted more pills, I could just fill the prescription more often. I explained to them what I did for a living, explained to them that I knew they had to have some kind of controls in place to keep track of overages or shortages of controlled medications, and that just because someone circled something doesn't prove they double counted. They said they would have to get back to me. Three days later they did admit they shorted me the 30 pills, and told me I could come in to pick them up. The only reason why I use this pharmacy is because I can have my non-controlled medications mailed to me, they are extremely close to where I live, and because the next closest pharmacy does not have a drive-thru. I was never able to get a satisfactory answer as to how they were able to get the amount wrong if they they were double counted. They stuck with their claim that they ALWAYS double count controlled medications. If I ever have the same issue again, I will change pharmacies, convenience or not.
The CVS store at 2215 Shelby Street has accounted for 99% of the issues I have had with the chain over a 20-year span. They consistently have not had sale items (primarily in the liquor department), and at the same time the store has NEVER attempted to substitute or give me a rain check on any of these items. Despite shopping at CVS for years, almost ALL of the errors I have found over the years in pricing have occurred at THIS store. ALL CVS stores should have the same pricing and at least a half dozen times, this store has had higher pricies than other CVS stores and the store management refused to correct the price. In the past 30 days, I had purchased a $20 item at another CVS store in Indy but since this store was closer to my home, I attempted to return the item at the Shelby Street store and the cashier REFUSED to give me even a store credit. Since I had paid cash, I should have been able to get a refund at ANY store, but all the cashier could say is that the manager does not take back returned items from other stores. I proceeded angrilly to another CVS store on the south side and the store GLADLY gave me my money back. I am not too sure why this store is so poorly run but CVS needs to take a hard look at how this store is being operated. I continue to shop happily at all the other CVS stores in the area but have not set foot in the Shelby Street store since they refused my refund.
Ever since they lost the revenue they made from selling cigarettes (as they canceled their subscription to Philip Morris and Friends), this CVS in particular has also lost wonderful, caring employees. One in particular with bright flaming red hair and a mild stoop that she carried with great dignity, and no complaint, like Betty Davis, was a gem. There are very few more considerate, empathic, wise and gorgeous than this front-of-store maven. Always of soft smile and careful hand she guided me to whatever I desired to obtain in that former pharmacy favorite CVS (now I shop Walgreens!) I see her occasionally at the grocery store or somewhere else and say hello as to an old friend. She is missed; especially given the harsh and accusational glares customers often receive from her replacements. This is now hell on Earth CVS. Slow and dimwitted one current employee comes to mind that is absolutely the most distracting and careless person CVS has ever hired. Plodding through the aisles, this person offers no advice, no consideration of one's toes she blithely steps upon nor an accurate hand when it comes to ringing up one's tab. For this front of store individual alone I would recommend no one attend this CVS and that it should be shut down forthwith.
I have empathy and understanding for the pharmacy team as they appear to be severely understaffed, overworked and unable to efficiently and quickly service all of the pharmacy requests on their plate. We’ve encountered issues now three times over the last month for prescription for our pets — written prescriptions not being put in but left on a clipboard for days at a time, no text messages about completed prescriptions, have been sent home with two incorrect prescriptions and the phone line either keeps us on hold for 30+ minutes or fails to ever connect asking for a lab extension code before disconnecting. CVS corporate really needs to step up and take care of their teams and patients they serve. I’ve witnessed team members getting yelled at, cursed at and demeaned simply because they don’t have the resources in place to do their jobs they way they want and yet the team is still respectful, kind and doing their best to help. A call center, temporary/locum staff needs to be put in place because this company is failing patients who need their medicine in a timely manner.
Terrible service first off. I forgot one of my prescriptions at home because I had gotten it the night before and they did not know I had an accompanying prescription with the one I had taken in that i had just recieved and yet still refused to even take my prescription until I brought the other. Then the website clearly states that the pharmacy is open until 10 and when I went there at 8:45 they were closed. Very rude pharmacy workers and if you have insurance they act like its a big deal that you have a copay with it which is fine with me but when they act like its a problem just because it's an extra 5 seconds of work heaven forbid the world is falling apart. My recommendation is fire all of them and hire curtious and helpful people. Who is wanting to help you instead of trying to rush you out the door. Especially for those of us who have questions and concerns about allergies to certain medications or how they will impair our abilities to handle everyday activities.
Pick literally any other CVS than this one. While I understand places are understaffed currently, the negligence and lack of care for pharmacy customers is at an unprecedented level here and the pharmacist should lose her license or get out of retail pharmacy work, as she is not fit for the job. I have had multiple medications that are literally daily required medications for myself or family members be locked up "In Process" or randomly placed "On Hold" for days with no warning or explanation, not even a simple call to let me know. In addition, they put the medications in a status in the system where another CVS cannot pull them to fill them, so when you call to find out what is going on and they don't answer and then close at 9, you are S.O.L. If you rely on a daily medication where missing a dose could physically harm you, using this location WILL put you at-risk for harm.
Trash. I have had so much trouble getting my depression and anxiety meds filled on time at this location. Went at the beginning of the month stood in line for 25 mins for them to tell me my prescription wouldn't be ready for another 4 hours after receiving a text saying it was ready. Then today, Monday, I called at 1:15p to check on the status of a prescription that was called in Thursday morning of last week and it's still processing. Asked to speak to a pharmacist was put on hold until 1:30 which is when they take their break. It should not be this hard to get mental health medication from a pharmacy. Look at the time and then look at the wait time. I was on hold well before their lunch break, just wasn't as important as their lunch break to pick up the phone
The entire staff is rude. You place orders for said medication and it gives you a pick up time. They have chosen to only fill 2 out of 4. By said time then tell me it will be 30-45 mins for the other 2. The pharmacy is a joke. The employees aren't professional on any level. Here it is 4:51 pm and my meds where supposed to be ready by 4pm. So it's either I wait until 5:30pm or come back in the morning. After asking why it gives a time to be picked up they start yelling and saying we're 3 days behind. Either wait or go somewhere else. Like seriously??? I don't understand how they can treat people like this. And my life depends on said medication. I'm calling corporate and will have something done! ASAP! Stay away from that location. They aren't here to help you.
This CVS pharmacy breaks my heart. I know they are understaffed and serving a huge area so I sympathize. Regardless, I have NEVER been able to get anyone on the phone, and I've waited on hold for over 30 minutes in desperation many times. If you have a medication that is frequently out of stock, do NOT have your RX sent to this store. You will have no way of canceling your order (should you want to transfer the RX to a different store) short of going into the pharmacy yourself. And most insurance companies (like mine) will not let you place an order for the same RX at a new pharmacy while another location has your order "on hold" or "in process." Just avoid this location at all costs. This one is on corporate.
I would give under one star if I could. I waited on hold for 45 minutes to speak to someone at this store via phone. My pharmacy in Swansea I’m transfer prescription. No answer after 45 minutes on hold... Nothing. So I verified without CVS that they had the prescription at this store and that it would be done in an hour. I got to the store 4 hours later and they hadn’t started it. Then Sabrena thought she was doing me a favor and they would fill my prescription while I waited ... When asked why I waited on hold for over 40 minutes and they never answered.... She was extremely rude and unpleasant. I will NOT EVER go back to CVS again
Terrible pharmacy customer service. Terrible pharmacy. It used to be wonderful they had prescriptions filled almost same day they were sent. Now I'm lucky of I get them the same week being sent. Some pharmacy staff are wonderful there some are terrible. I waited in line for a prescription that should have been auto refilled yet the guy couldn't tell me NOTHING told me to go to the drop off area and I stood there for 10 mins without even so much as an acknowledgement from any staff what so ever! The past year this pharmacy as went down hill BAD. Cooperate really needs to step in and do something!!
I'm battling covid and had scripts sent for processing My family member picked them up. A nebulizer machine was sent as well, but CVS does not process machines. Rather than telling my family member this information, they sent him on his way. I called to find out what was going on waited 30 + minutes and was told I'd have to locate a machine myself, since they did not fill them. Had I gotten this information sooner, I could have switched the prescription to Walgreens. They'd rather I'd suffer not breathing than simply tell me their competitor had it. Joseph Akinola the RPH is incompetent.
Do not use this pharmacy unless you have to. They sent me a text about a prescription. I called to discuss it with them. I called the pharmacy twice andwaited over fifteen minutes on hold. They never answered either time. I called the front desk. They transferred me to the pharmacy and I waited an additional twenty minutes on hold and they never answered. They obviously have no concern for customers, or at least one's trying to reach out to them via phone. It was very convenient using this location, but now I'm probably Hager to transfer my business to another company . So sad.
Like the other posts say, they are rude and don't want to help you. I called the pharmacy to transfer a prescription from another CVS location. She said there were no refills on it. I had never filled it and told her this. She then said, "okay, I'll have to call up there and get it and it will take about 3 hours". To make a phone call? I told her to forget it, to which she said "no problem"! I think it is worth the drive to the northside to avoid dealing with this location.
After switching my son's medications from walgreengs on Albany st to here due to insurance issues after 3 months of them telling me to pick up his meds on a different day every month my son has ran out of meds 2 times since the switch n It's cuz they refuse to fill even 1 day early and my son is on 7 meds they never have them ready the same day so iv had to make multiple trips to pick up 1 months worth of meds I'm switching the customer service is horrible as well
This is the most stressful CVS I have ever been to and I’ve been going here for years, though I don’t know why. It’s gotten so bad! They never have your scripts ready on time and they don’t answer the phone. I’d start blood pressure medication due to the stress they cause but I doubt I could get the script filled. The hours of availability are also incorrect on their automated system so be careful showing up between 11-2 because they might not even be there.
I have been waiting over a week for my prescription, I work at home during their hours so I call ahead to check and make sure it's ready before I jut leave to go there, it's still in Progress, cant get through the phone to speak to someone, I am so frustrated with them that I will be changing to WALGREENS, Ive been a loyal customer to this location for over 11 years, I cannot continue to wait on my medicine and be ignored because they are so understaffed- smh
I sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes behind one vehicle in front of me. I got to the actual window at 8:59 pm and even though I had been waiting in line, the clerk closed and locked the window stating that the pharmacy was closed and the system automatically logs out at 9 so she did not have time to ring up my prescription. I'll be having my scripts transferred to Walgreens. CVS never has medications in stock, and their pharmacy service is terrible!
Used to be excellent service. Last few months it takes me several days to get my refills. I've been on hold for over an hour to speak with a tech or any person (still no one). I was hung up on twice after being on hold for 15 minutes each. If you need a prescription in a timely fashion DO NOT GO HERE. Staff has become short and rude as well. I get COVID is putting a damper on things but really it's not my fault so please do not get an attitude with me!
I have never gone in this store and came out feeling helped in any way. Today just sent me over when I went in to get my 4 year olds meds for strep and was told they didn’t have enough to fill it. One call was all it took to let me know. Now I get to spend another night with a kid whose throat is too sore to swallow. Not to mention they didn’t have my rx ready either and there online system told me they did. A wasted trip dragging out a sick kid.
I was promised my seizure medicine was to be filled in 2215 CVS computer system March 25th. We drove 20 minutes their, and the Pharmacy Manager Kelsa Reynolds would not let me fill my seizure medicine until the 27th , and I am out! This could kill me for not having my medication. It is suppossed to be filled they made a mistake and she would not correct it or try and had an attitude. Not having this medication can cause severe seizures and death.
I had to rush over because I got out of work late. I had to pick up my fiancé’s medication. There was an employee standing at the locked door and told me they were closed. When I pointed out that I still had 5 minutes and all I need was to pick up medication she huffed and puffed and reluctantly let me in. If she hadn’t made such a big deal about it I wouldn’t feel the need to leave a review. I was in and out before their actual closing time
I always am told it will take 2-3 hrs to fill my prescriptions from this CVS. If their pharmacist are that slow may e they should get rid of them and find one who can keep up with the scripts I understand at times its rough due to alot of scripts at once but it should never take that long....I am very disappointed in this pharmacy and will be looking for a different one..only thing I will miss is the convenience of the closeness to home
Zero urgency fifteen plus people waiting all the time inside and outside drive through. I was inside the store after waiting in the drive through for a half hour. Waited another half hour just to be told my prescription isn’t ready, but should have been considering I’ve been out for three days. No courtesy calls. Very unprofessional no calls or texts to let me know there is a issue with my prescription. Will be switching pharmacies
I’ve spent the last 3 days trying to get a refill. Told to my face it would be ready on a certain day. No one ever answers the phone. When I say never, it’s not an exaggeration. So to get an answer, I had to physically go there. While in line, I decided to call to see if the phone was working. It worked. They all ignored the phone. They’d been ignoring the phone the entire time. They need to be replaced. Period. Beyond incompetent.
When I moved to Indy, I transfered one of my RX when I needed a refill. The service was so bad, I decided to use the mail order service instead. I requested cancel on autorefill and any future fills. Then I still get text that RX will be filled. After waiting on hold for 50 minutes, I contacted customer care. They couldn't reach this store either. Said they totally understand my frustration and would file a complaint on my behalf.
Maybe if CVS would pay their pharmacy techs more money they would have more employees. This location says they have phone problems but yet when you stand in there to get your meds their phones are ringing off the hook. No one answers these calls. They are just completely ignoring phone calls. Maybe if they made more money than a cleaner or a fast food employee with no education they would be more likely to actually work!
This pharmacy is the worst in the Indianapolis area! I came to drop off my prescription and they told me to some back in 3 hours. I came back in 4 hours and they told me that they actually did not have the prescription. Why would they not tell me that when I dropped it off? My fiance waited 10 days for a prescription filled and waited on the phone for an hour just to he hung up on. If you go here you will wait for days!
It’s right after Christmas and this poor pharmacy.. nobody is being nice to them, nobody is being understanding. I can tell they are insanely stressed and short staffed. Let’s be kind to them and understand that they are doing their best. You go farther with honey than with vinegar. Thank you for taking care of my inhaler as quickly as you could, happy holidays pharmacy staff of CVS on Shelby st!
The workers here are great but there are always several homeless people at the front doors that stop you before you go in and stop you again when you leave to ask you for money. I do not like this since I am usually with my daughter getting her medicine when I go. The homeless people have been there for over three months now and cvs (or the authorities) do not seem to care that they are there.
Never again I called in for my prescription they said it will be ready in a hour I said can I still full it and I'll be to get it tomorrow morning so I go that morning they never filled it she said we r short on staff but I called the day before then they said it will be ready in 2 hours that's crazy I would not get no scripts filled here ever again if I could they wouldn't get no stars
Great Pharmacy if you don't need your prescriptions. My refills were scheduled to be refilled 6 days ago, and they still were not filled, even with an urgent request via the app. I take drugs for my heart, and I assume I can't go off of them for weeks at a time while CVS is understaffed. My recommendation is Costco. You can use their pharmacy even without a membership.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! Person in pain can give them a script and they give you wrong times for completion. I had to wait a whole day to get my pain meds after leaving the er! They should close this one down! Customer service is horrible bad attitudes from each employee I came in contact with! Wish I could rate a zero for this trash!
Everytime I come into this CVS... April helps me with one thing or another and she is always super friendly. I was really overwhelmed and a bit confused about some coupons I was trying to use on the app. and she was patient enough to sit and throughly explain it all... She also explained to me how the Extra Bucks work and even signed me up for the Care Pass.
Keeps calling my phone and leaving messages for "Deborah" saying the prescription is ready. I called CVS (the same number that's been calling me) to inform them that they have Deborah's number wrong. She said "Thank you" for letting them know. That was a week ago when I called them, yet I continue to get voicemails from CVS for Deborah.
They are slow, and very rude. It shouldn't take 2+ days to fill meds. I called and was on hold an hour only to be hung up on. When you go there to make sure they fill them. They they say they put a rush on it but will take over 2 hours. These are much needed heart and thyroid meds that I am out of. They are messing with people's lives.
This place use to be on top of it but now I'm lucky to even get through on the phone with anyone and I'll get a text saying my medicine is filled and when I get there they don't have my medicine filled they have had my mom with out her breathing machine for weeks and that's just not right something needs to be done about them.
Only use this location as a last resort. It is my nearest pharmacy, and they have so far screwed up my prescriptions 5 of 6 times. Beyond the incompetence of the pharmacy staff, there generally are a handful of bums/junkies hanging around the location, and it is generally disorganized. If I could give a lower score, I would.
Dangerously slow pharmacy. I typically don’t leave reviews, however, this pharmacy is so slow it could hurt people. If you need your medication ASAP please go to a different pharmacy. After getting prescriptions filled here twice and taking over a day for each I will never use this pharmacy again.
Customer service is never the same when you go into this store. My purchase was denied due to my driver's license last name not matching my credit card last name. I've made the same purchase a few times and never had an issue. This will be the very last place I'll go if I ever need anything again.
Worse cvs I've ever tried using.. I've waited 2 weeks for my prescription and they don't answer their phones. They have plenty of time to be on their phones but they can't answer their work phone. They claim that they're 10 days behind on meds but they just stand around and do absolutely nothing
Be prepared to wait on hold FOREVER. They sent an automated text a week ago that my script would be ready in a couple days. It's been a week and I called and it still is "in processing" and I am now out. The pharmacist acts as if answering your call is an inconvenience for her. Terrible service.
Either it’s the pharmacy or the cashiers, but 7 out of 10 times I usually run into an issue at this location. This is the closest CVS to my house and I’m about to get my prescriptions sent to Walgreens and make a farther drive just so I don’t have to deal with the BS that normally occurs here.
Tried dropping packages off here twice. The 1st time they wouldn't scan my packages and now one of them is missing. The 2nd time I tried the lady yelled at me saying we don't give out recipets, I think a formal complaint needs to be made to ups and have this location stop accepting packages.
Got a text message that my daughter's prescription was ready to be picked up (she didn't have one) when I went to talk to the pharmacy about why I got the text, the pharmacy tech (Ashley) had an awful attitude and was very short with me. I'll be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere
This place gets a bad rep. While they are short staffed, so is everything, and they’re definitely trying their best. Even when there was an insurance problem with my prescription I still got it the next day. They’re working hard with the odds stacked against them, give them grace!!
Not a fan- Everything has a red clip and you have to wait for them to get a key. However, the pharmacist guy is very polite and so friendly... he keeps me coming back because I really liked him and his service was excellent. 5 stars for the pharmacy, one for the store.
Called today and yesterday to check on a prescription and was told both times that it was ready and waiting....got here and was told it would be ready in 5 minutes....have been here 20minutes now and it's STILL not ready....changing pharmacies, this is ridiculous!!
Brittany was very nice and helped with everything I needed... However the other cashier Shelby had a horrible attitude like I was doing something wrong for asking her to do her job like someone said in a previous post the Walgreens customer service is much better
The hours of this CVS are never correct. They close early constantly, the pharmacy says they're open when they're not. I've waited all day for a prescription to be filled that was sent here because it was supposedly open, but no. And they never answer the phone.
I'll be switching to Walgreens, the pharmacy is the slowest in town. Waiting on hold for 40 minutes with no answer. Show up to the store and they aren't that busy to not answer a question that would've taken 30-45 seconds. I would take your business elsewhere.
I have to give this wonderful staff 5 stars... They work up under tremendous pressure, most days they're understaffed and they STILL give 100% 100% of the time. Shonda (pharmacy tech) you are amazing! Thank you to the entire pharmacy staff! Happy New Year!!!!
Worst experience yet girl working pharmacy had an attitude had like ten scripts for my diabetic father and couldn’t give me a bag basically just shove in sliding with my Chang and I’d at the bottom no respectful gesture nothing ask if I had questions nothing
When I swtched all my stuff from the CVS on Kentucky Avenue to the one on Shelby Street. It was the best choice. I can walk in there anytime they are open and they know me by my first name and they will carry on a conversation with me and very friendly.
Nothing's ever ready on time. They never answer, While still on hold I got in my car and drove to the store and was still on hold when I got there. They said they were going to transfer my prescriptions from CVS to the next and it never got done.
It appears that everyone else had the same experience as me when going to this particular CVS. As I started talking to the young lady, I could see her eyes starting to roll. She just did not want to work or assist me in any manner at all! I
It's amazing how no one wants to work after covid, atleast that's what they are saying. They are so short staffed that it takes 2 days to fill a emergency room visit persciption! What good it in 2 days when it was needed for a emergency!??
Whatever female pharmacist is there is just plain rude. No reason to have an attitude with customers. Just trying to get meds for my daughter who has an infection, and she was not helpful at all. Used to love this CVS. Not anymore
Well they have disinformation on their hours for the pharmacy. The wait times on hold are unprecedented, and the pharmacy staff are often rude and short tempered. It's like none of them ever worked in customer service before.
Avoid this pharmacy. Everything takes 2 weeks to fill and they set the pharmacy phone to hang up on you if you try to call. It’s been terrible for the past two months. The other cvs locations can do it in a reasonable time.
Worth the drive to use a different location. No one here seems to actually know what's on their shelves or any of the other CVS locations for that matter so you'll probably end up driving here multiple times anyway
If you don't have the common decency to provide a restroom for your customers then I have no desire to buy anything from your store. Congratulations...you've permanently lost my business.
Worst cvs in the city. They never answer the phone, it takes literal weeks to fill any prescription, and the lines are always massive. It's a farce how absolutely terrible this place is.
Some of the workers there are very sweet! But as some bad apples make all the batch rotten. I tell you the this lady in there is so rude.. I see why they have a 2.8 rate. Sad pharmacy.
Marisol and a lady named Mona were so helpful honestly I walked in not feeling to good but left with a smile .. we need more people like Marisol and Mona thank you so much .. Evelyn
Sat on hold with the pharmacy for 30 minutes. Person comes to the phone, says nothing then hangs the phone up. Then i sit there for ANOTHER 41 minutes until I finally gave up
They don't answer the phone at all. NOT FOR THE PHARMACY OR THE FRONT OF THE STORE. WORST CVS EVER... I WISH I COULD RATE THEN ZERO STARS CUZ THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR
This was the best experience today at the Shelby street pharmacy. Such friendly helpful staff. I got my COVID vaccination, promptly and painlessly. Thank you!!!
So annoying when a stores hours online say they’re open then when you get here they’re closed. UPDATE YOUR HOURS SO PEOPLE DONT WASTE THEIR TIME!!!!
I stopped by for a quick cat food purchase 10 minutes before closing and their doors were locked. I knocked and the woman at the counter ignored me.
They don't read fax from doctors or other CVS on post road they was going to fill it then then waiting for 2 day's and have to wait for 1 more hour
Worst experience with cvs pharmacy. This location is understaffed, making wait times ridiculously long. Also, they never answer their phone …
Why is everyone here so grumpy. I'm gonna coupon here more often just to show you people some manners. Especially the older folks, calm down.
Staff LOW, Even at Checkout, Pharmacy WORST, EVER, Prices Too High on EVERYTHING!! CVS Charges ALOT While Offering/Giving VERY LITTLE!!!
They currently have a thief working in the pharmacy. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRESCRIPTION NARCOTICS TO THIS LOCATION!!! You will come up short.
If I could give a negative I would have. I thought the customer is always right. "She's not arguing, she's explaining why she's right."
I have personally had great service here. They have always gone above & beyond when there have been issues with the insurance company.
I love all of the people that work at the pharmacy. They are really nice and honest about wait times even if it may be inconvenient.
Don’t bother coming here if you want customer service. Oh and if it’s close to closing time forget about it. They don’t give a damn
This store on Shelby St. Is a nice friendly store. I'm so pleased to have a drug store close and everything you need they have!!!
Cashier was not wearing her mask properly. People were loitering without masks inside the story and outside in the parking lot.
The employees are very rude, however the pharmacy staff were extremely helpful and polite. I would recommend the pharmacy only
I love coming into this cvs. April is always so helpful and kind. She honestly has a kind heart.and she greets me everytime
Pharmacy staff is immeasurably rude, no excuse. The Walgreens down the street is MUCH better with their customer service.
They have no public restroom I don't know how they can legally make customers wait on meds without a public restroom.
April 19 at 3:33pm . I went in tograb my usual drink and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. Unprofessional
Thank you to Greg for bending over backwards to help me with a return when the receipt didn’t get emailed to me
Save yourself the time, don't count either of these downtown CVS locations to provide medication or service
Pharmacy is a complete failure. 14 people in line to pick meds up! Incompetent Pharmacy staff. Never again!
They close the store early whenever they want. Here an hour before "closing" and the door is locked …
No one answers in the pharmacy and most of the time they don’t have the prescription that you need
Lazy and rude. Nobody wants to answer the phone, when they do answer they have an attitude.
They do not answer there phone for the pharmacy...I hung up after 30 minutes no excuse...
Closes early. Says online they close àt 10 but they start closing at 830-900 pm
Manager was rude, maybe because they were busy. Passport photos are all blurry.
All the staff members were efficient and friendly helping my parents and I!
Incredibly rude pharmacist. The front people are generally nice though.
The messed up on my sons medicine and put it under my other sons name.
Don’t bother calling the pharmacy about anything, they won’t answer.
Rx was ready for pickup. Pharmacy staff was welcoming and pleasant.
