I wish there is minus star, but unfortunately they got one star. I went today to the pharmacy around 5 pm 11/16/2022, I have 40 days old new born baby he suffers from severe acid and he is constantly crying , I went a day earlier to pick it up and the pharmacist found the prescription and she brought to the cash register to cash me out, but I didn't have my insurance card for the pharmacy, so I told her I will bring my insurance card and I will come back. so when I went back, the pharmacist she told I don't have your prescription and I need to ordered it. even though i have the text and phone call from CVS confirming that my prescription is ready ,besides that I was their earlier and I saw it with own my eyes , and she still saying we don't have it and we need to order it , even with all that, front of people she screaming at me telling me ( I DON'T HAVE IT ). unfortunately I had to go back to my baby without his medicine . I hope they hiring people with hearts not people just looking for a job . just to be fair my previous visit i was served by RANA and she was wonderful , unfortunately she wasn't there today .

Life is funny. I had opted not to use this particular CVS store location anymore. After having had an unpleasant exchange with the cashier and manager. But, that having been awhile ago, and in the interest of convenience, I gave it a other try. I had searched the cvs app to see where the item I wanted was in stock. So I found my would be purchases. Attempted to use the self checkout. Had an issue with coupons being accepted. Sales associate Lisa appeared. She was genuinely kind. Very helpful. She is a very patient , calm presence. Wonderful interaction. When she couldn't fully accommodate my issue, she called for manager Kyle. Who was also kind, efficient, and professional. Both of those people made my previous store experience a distant memory. But, it was Lisa who took the time to care. That really makes a big difference. I shall be shopping here more often.

The pharmacist named Rana, is an awful person. I switched to this pharmacy due to home problems, and this one has a whole attitude problem. She’s awful and will tell your personal things with others. Huge Hippa violations don’t seem to phase her however. She made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up switching pharmacies. Good luck to anyone that continues to use her as a pharmacist. Just because you run a tight schedule doesn’t mean she can treat everyone else like they’re dirt beneath your feet.

4 stars for staff kindness and them trying their best!! Management, why are these workers not protected by security? Why, does every other CVS in New Orleans have one? I literally witnessed 2 people stealing today. This cashier doesn't get paid enough to try and run to the door risking her safety to lock them in until police comes! Bless her heart she tried.

The staff is really rude. I understand why they lock the doors at night- they’re understaffed and there seem to be security issues in the neighborhood. You have to knock to get in. But the poor attitudes are unnecessary. CVS, come clean this store up. And get the workers better security so the people that work here feel safe.

The staff was rude. Locked the door after the customers, and don’t let the customers to get out the store without her permission. Never seen this kind of behavior in other CVS. Not recommending..

They fill prescriptions at the slowest rate possible. Do not use the pharmacy here if you do not have to use it. Some of my medications will say “In Process” for multiple days.

these people wouldnt sell me treatment for scabies that my friend badly needs. when i asked for it they to instructed me to leave the store immediatley
