If I could do a zero start rating I would. The pharmacy's customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Just plain rude. Thankfully the staff down the street on North Tarrant address nice and helpful. Stay away from this location on western center. I predict this site won't last very long with the way they treat their customers.

I moved recently and had to transfer all my family’s Rx’s to this CVS. The staff have been exceedingly helpful, courteous and efficient. Usually, after work (at 5pm) there are about 4-5 cars in line for the drive thru but it moves quickly and I’m usually in and out within 5-10 mins. Very satisfied with this location!

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Constantly having issues with them. On the most recent visit, they were rude and questioned my doctors instructions. My doctor's office had to call them twice for them to finally release my prescription. Switched to Walgreens across the street. They have been great so far.
