Be aware! I bring my wife's car to " Cabanas Carwash" located 4993 W. Belfort this past Sunday btw this was the second time that I brought in the car the first time, the machine ripped off the car emblem of my wife's car and this time it happened again, they finished and dry my car and I go to inspect the vehicle and I notice that there is tree leaf's at rear windshield accumulated right on the bottom edge of the glass basically near the trunk lead. I asked Oscar "manager" if he can clean that and with a nasty attitude he responded to me saying that I have an Attituded, because I requested him to clean that area . At this moment I feel very disturb about it the way how he is handling the situation and yes I was right. When I go to check the car one of car emblem were missing on my wife's car I call today to ask about the emblem and karen cashier was patient enough and was able to find me the emblem. I also ask to speak with a manager "Oscar" requesting my money back and he refused the refund he stated the job was done already and needed to get my money back and he will not refund me the money. I will never recommend this place with such a horrible service from this people this type of business don't deserve an opportunity in this market specially in this difficult times with recession economy. No matter if you pay basic Service" $19.99 which is not cheap at all the most expensive this place it's not worth it.. stay away from this place oh I forgot I call the main line today to talk to Oscar's supervisor Debbie and when she answer the phone she sound's irritated and never gave an opportunity to make a report and was extremly rude and she said a manager will contact me and hung up the phone on me Very Bad..

Honestly just take the extra time to drive somewhere else. I've had two bad experiences here that we're years apart. 1. Simple car wash and interior cleaning. I drove away and noticed my entire car smelled like disgusting moldy rags. Like rags they had used all day. Incredibly disgusting! I called immediately to let the manager know. Instead of acknowledging the mistake he said "We aren't going to give you a refund but you can come get an air freshener for free" I told him I was never going to return. Years later I stupidly returned. 2. Return with a different car that has a star break in the windshield glass. They say they can fix it and bill my insurance. I say cool let's make it happen. A man comes inside while my car is getting cleaned to let me know they weren't able to fix it all the way because of the way the break was in the window. I'm like hmmm okay. So I get my car. They didn't do a thing to the star and billed my insurance! Don't support this business!!!!

I took my 2014 Evolution here to get a car wash on 7/14/16. It has OE-size wheels and tires, even though the wheels are aftermarket. The auto car wash shredded both left-side wheels. To date I have been in discussions with Tom Formeller, and to a lesser degree Oscar Escobar, both self-professed 'Managers'. There has been zero resolution to this issue in the almost 3 weeks since, even though there is proof via pictures taken by myself, Oscar, and John (an assistant manager), plus a report taken by John as soon as the car rolled off the auto car wash. I apparently paid $25 to have $500 in damage done to my car by their auto car wash. If you have a nice car, or even if you don't, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. If there is a resolution in the next few days, I'll consider altering this review. If not, a Letter of Intent to sue for damages is ready to be mailed.

I've taken my car here a couple times over the last 8 years because it's in my neighborhood. They've never been rude to me. The car gets "cleaner", but I wouldn't call it clean. I've actually had to wash the car AGAIN myself to remove big dirty areas all over that were missed. The other problem is they also try to add stuff on. Last time I had my oil changed at the same time and, without me asking them to, the guy came in with the air filter saying it looked dirty, wanted $50 to replace it. Seemed high given the part is only $12 and he had already done 90% of the work (not much work, had taken about 2 minutes). The other thing I saw here is that the people who wipe down the cars clearly have a pecking order. One guy did all the work and then right at the end another one sent him away and stepped in to try and get the tip.

I went here to have an oil change and left with my car check engine light on which it wasn't before hand and also a world of new problems to my vehicle...I have a 2013 dodge charger with no previous problems until I left this place. Soon as I pulled away..my car was very sluggish and would not go into park nor cut off after...I quickly returned to see what had been done to my vehicle...the staff played retarded and proceeded to rapidly close the building in front of my face refusing to accept responsibility. It has to be a way to sue the brakes off this business. Highly unqualified very questionable staff. I don't recommend anyone on the face of the earth take your car to this place and have it serviced. The most ludicrous experience ive ever encountered in life!

I will NEVER go back to this place! They STOLE my Virgin Mary prayer card. It sits right at my gear shift I’ve had it for two years and it’s gone. The minute I got in the car I saw it was gone the minute I opened the door. I immediately went to the office and let them know. The manager came out and we both looked through the car and it was no where to be found. The card is the size of an A6 envelope so it’s not small. He said maybe it got thrown away accidentally and went to the trash and it’s wasn’t there. I said that’s because someone took it! Plus they didn’t even vacuum I still have crumbs on the floor. These people are THIEVES.

Went here for an oil change. Tried to sell me an engine flush on a busy Saturday while I was in a hurry to make it to work. The technician literally gave me s*** because my oil change was past due. I literally asked him if he had a time machine since he was so bothered by it. The lady checking people out inside was also very rude when I asked about car air fresheners. When they were done with my oil change they were like go wash your car yourself. Like what?? Left with a dirty car and I probably need to make sure there's actually oil in my engine. Awful I would never come back here!

Horrible experience after coming here for over 7 years. I took my car in for a normal car wash and my plastic cover over the light of my blinker on my side view mirror was completely ripped off. Mind you, there was slight dent from before but everything was intact and had been through car washes over the last 3 years with no issues. Upon return, the person took no ownership regarding negligence and completely dismissed me. I should have seen the writing on the walls since no one goes here anymore and definitely recommend no one else going here if you want quality service.

My friend took her car here for an oil change, they told her to change here wipers (it was broken) and to change the air filter. she paid $200 for all the above. got her car back, and the wipers still did not work BECAUSE THEY NEVER REPLACED IT. She went back and they promised her a call from the manager, which she never got. She took the car to a mechanic and they told her that THE OIL AND AIR FILTER WAS NEVER CHANGED. DO not go here or giver these scammers any business. They refuse to answer phones too.

I saw the bad star rating but needed a car wash badly, so I took a chance and stopped by earlier today. Sure enough, for a regular hand wash, the guy there was trying to upsell me for a wash and interior clean for between 150 dollars (or just a wash for 80), which made no sense whatsoever, and which he tried telling me was because the wax they use is high quality. I left and went to Soap Hand Car Wash, got the usual wash and interior clean I always get, paid 25 dollars like I always pay, and left without having gotten ripped off. Absurd.

I just had my inspection done and for the past 4 years have always got a free wash with it. I know time and management have changed but others need to know. And if you mention it be ready for the manager to rip you a new one. Told or should i say yelled at me that they normally offer a $10 discount on washes the day of inspection (not told to me when I dropped off my Jeep) but told me he wouldn't even honor that now - HA! totally rude and lost my business not because of the wash but because of his professionalism and attitude.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got there over 30 minutes before closing and waited and waited. I told them I wanted an oil change and car wash. 40 minutes later they told me they were closed. They knew I was there, they didn't cut off the line or anything. I spoke to the owner who was a jerk and wouldn't do anything. He wasn't at all sympathetic. I removed three car seats and took out everything in the car for the car wash and he didn't care. Completely ignored me. Don't go there. Not worth dealing with that.

Was there on Sunday February 10 for carwash. Had been bank day before. Under my car mat I left 500 dollars in bank envelope. Diidnt think about it til I had pulled off from carwash. Called and spoke to assistant manager. He said nothing they could do. Has sign clearly states NOT RESPONSIBLE for valuables left in car. And employees are trained to turn in cash and valuables if found. Yea Right! Five 100 dollar bills. Heartbreaking to me. Times are tough. I know careless on my part! But damn.

Beware: Scam artist, took my car in for inspection a new like 2014, they told me it failed due to gas cap. I took it to a dealership and told me there is nothing wrong if it was that you should have a check engine light. We drove back they refused redo the federal emissions test unless we purchased a gas cap from them. I took my car to reputable dealer with no changes and car passed with no issues. It’s not even about the money this is some petty time wasting nonsense.

Horrible service the manager is a discriminating man I paid for the full Pakage and just because my car is old he refused to wax it even though I have new paint they dident do a good job vacuming I had a Armani Cologne stolen from my car even though I had just used it they said it wasent in their and the lady's drying the car are so rude it just made me want to tell them to just stop working on my car and take off I DO NOT RECOMMEND. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My experience with this facility, though just a couple of times a year, is much better than most reviews, I suppose. For several years I have gotten a wash and hand wax here on two cars, and the service has been prompt, the standard (not special) interior cleaning good, and the wash and wax as good as expected for the reasonable amount charged (it does not try to be a "detail" place). I have not used any of the other services and cannot comment on them.

DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! During this time of covid-19, several employees were either not wearing masks, or they were wearing them under their chins. They are not practicing social distancing and when I asked one of the employees to please back up as he was standing less than two feet away from me, he yelled to his co-workers "we have another one". It seems apparent that this pandemic is a big joke to this company.

The management of this facility is as rude as any I have ever seen. The employees and customers are treated with disrespect. Employees are forced to work in a very high noise area, and some have told me that their hearing has been damaged. When I asked Debbie, the manager why she did not provide hearing protection for her employees in the high noise areas, the only response she gave was to tell me to never come back.

Got a car wash and oil change. My vehicle came out of the wash and had to be jumped because they loosened the battery cables. Got on the highway and heard a scraping on the cement , pull over and they never screwed the bottom plate back on. It is now all scratched up. And to top it all off once I finally got home I checked and they never even changed the oil filter like they were supposed to and I paid for.

Service is slow...smeared over the car. Adjusted the seat just to drive 4 steps forward although I asked them not to move the seat. Many of the workers do not speak or claim to understand English, so it is hard to communicate general concerns. Oscar doesn't listen to concerns says employee been there a long time although I felt the lady took something from the car which I watched her do. Will not return!!

I use to love coming here to get my car clean cause they do such a wonderful job. But now they starting to hire just any ole body. I had to tell them to go back over the inside of my car because it was a half ass job. The guy sprayed wayyyy to much cleaning product to clean the mats in my car and my foot was so slippery it would slide off the gas pedal . don't know if i should give them another try.

The worst place I have ever been to. I paid for the $20 classic and my car came out looking like this inside. On calling the manager he told me the cost does not cover the interior, only outside and vacuum. Firstly $20 is expensive for a wash outside and a vacuum, but even then the vacuum job was so poorly done, there is still dust on the driver floor and pad. Bad bad service! Waste of money!!

This place has TERRIBLE customer service. Avoid! My partner went here to get his car washed and it messed up his windshield wipers AND it scratched the windshield. They refused to accept any responsibility since the windshield wipers are automatic. What we don't understand is why the employee who rode in the car through the entire wash wasn't smart enough to turn them off in the first place!

Went for an oil change. The guy changing my oil was incredibly rude as well as the lady at the front desk. A few weeks later my oil light came on and I was 2 quarts short on oil in my new car that does not leak oil. Not only does this place have terrible customer service they apparently save money by skipping out you on the oil your car needs. Literally go anywhere else but here!

Worst set of employees ever. The lady at the desk attitude is the worst. She appears to be illiterate and barely understand anything. Isreal the oil change idiot thinks he's a car expert because he was fired from a real car dealership before. Don't waste your time until they get better staff who earns more than $2hour because these people are ignorant.

Horrible service. Dont come here. I came in and spent $40 on a car wash. When they were done my hubcaps were missing. Instead of going look for it, the manager was rude accused me of losing the hubcaps etc. I explained I had 4 why after the car wash I had none. Management is completely disrespectful and dishonest. I just had the worst experience since I've been going there. I had a run in with a customer and she was definitely wrong and the cashier ABSOLUTELY LIED about the second incident. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE. If you don't have anything to do with it then don't. But don't sit and lie because she's your race. ABSOLUTELY disgusting employee.

One of the employees try to still money from my car during the car wash!!! I caught him taking mony from my cup holder and trying to put it in his pocket!! I took him to his manager and the manager said that there is no way it happened. I saw him taking my money in my own eyes!!! I will never go there again stay away if you like your mony!!

Went for a state inspection I had no clue they check the engine because I’m from a different county and that’s not a thing there. So they failed my car’s inspection that I paid for which should have not happened a civil person would explain and send you on your way. I paid and did not explain why. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE AND JUST MONEY HUNGRY……

My back hatchet was not clean still dirty top and bottom. Under the driver's car mat dirt. Back seat and door seals not clean. Poor service. You pay first big mistake. Outside of the driver door dead bug was still on door. My passenger mat and seat not clean. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR VEHICLE. I WILL NOT REFER NOR RETURN.

The lady at the cash register was nice and they did a good job washing and cleaning the interior and exterior, but the attention to detail is the reason for the 2-star rating. There were two pine sap spots on the front windshield that were pretty obvious. Running a rag over it, you'd certainly feel a couple of raised areas.

I have been here two times. The first time it took forever. After asking them to use a generic oil they used the premium. They over charged me for it. It ended up costing twice what I expected to spend. The second time I was there waiting for them to finish for almost two hours. Someone said they were low staffed.

My battery died while going through the wash. They pushed it to the end of the parking lot and left it with the door open for the people to clean. NO ONE EVEN BOTHERED TO TELL ME THE BATTERY HAD DIED. THEY JUST LEFT IT. It was close to closing time. EVERYONE just left without a word. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!! This place doesn't even dispense soap on your car as it goes through the wash. Clearly, they aren't paying attention to customer reviews on here, because the quality here is definitely bad. I only came because it was a FREE wash. Cabana, you need to get your act together!

Not worth coming here at the prices they have. They missed a lot of spots and took way to long. I noticed the whole time the 2 workers cleaning my car kept stopping to chat with other workers who would walk up just to talk to them and looked into my car for reasons unknown. Definitely not coming back here.

They are decent. However the last time I was here they did not vacuum my trunk. Interior cleaning was mediocre. Also under my seats, they did not vacuum there as well. I feel I am spending my money, the service should reflect just that. They should treat each car how they would want their own car washed.

Children's wallets were left in the car under the seats. Both wallets had money stolen from them. When the manager was told about the incident he told me his crew doesn't steal and there was nothing he can do about it. My son cried because he had done chores for that money. Never going there again.

Employees do a great job on washing cars which are 5 stars, but with the prices,$$ the management or owners can't and won't get creamer for coffee‍♂️ ☕ when a Kroger and dollar general is right by location, which shows not to much appreciation for customers coming in on regular basis …

It was okay. I pre-cleaned/washed my car before taking it in, and they still missed a lot of spots with the $50 package. I get that it's a hard job, but the employees weren't very nice or pleasant. There was a general feeling of unwelcomeness. I would try something else before returning.

Good car wash. I liked that it was clean. It has excellent vaccums which is a must for me... They offer a good selection of deodorizer and wipes. And it is actually functional. Customer service is really really outstanding but they all wear smiles at all times. Glad I chose to try it out

I came here for a state inspection, and Chris became very rude, curt, and disrespectful after I told him I just wanted a state inspection and not an oil change. There are so many places nearby to get a state inspection, even on a weekend, so I will certainly not be coming here anymore.

Didn't wipe down the interior and left coffee stains in four different spots on seats, nor did they were down the center console. 4-5 small spots on the exterior that should have been wiped down but we're not.. Next time I'll scrutinize their work more closely while I'm there.

Terrible customer service. They were rude, refused to honor my coupon and when I mentioned the fact that they had bad reviews online, they accused me of being paid to write bad reviews. I used this place because it was close to home, but it's just not worth the frustration.

Quick and efficient every time. I found out that you have to ask the cashier for fragrance/deodorizer for the vehicle. Telling the guy that takes your keys does not get you air freshener. I wondered why I always asked for cherry deodorizer and NEVER got it.

they definitely tear your wiper blades to sell you new ones. it’s the second time its happened. won’t ever be going back. now i’m wondering if they actually changed my oil. do yourself a favor and don’t go here for any car services. seems very shady

I paid $5 to get my car vacuumed out. I chums have done a better job myself. They did a poor job, if u can't even do that simple of a job, why weeks I bring my car here or suggest a friend to do service with Cabana.

State Inspection: the young inspection guy there is rude, lazy and unprofessional. The older guy there before is 100 times better. Normally, all my four cars inspected and sometime car wash there. Not anymore!

Employee removed air filters from engine and cabin and threw them inside the car telling me "you can put your own expletive deleted back" when I told him I would replace them myself. Never going back.

I’ve been coming here for years for oil changes, car washes, and inspections and never had a problem. The staff is always kind and respectful. Really busy on Friday’s and Saturday’s so expect a wait.

This is a good location for me and they do a good job with oil changes and car washes. I like to leave my car and come back because the waiting room is really loud with the TV blaring soap operas.

I've been going for here for a year they suck now I have to tell them to clean all windows..the boss said they don't spk English so I tell him to make sure which he didn't and I won't be bk

We've used this place for a basic exterior wash package 3 times, for about $11.99. They do a good job and in a timely manner. Don't go on a Friday afternoon, you'll have a longer wait.

Usually they're pretty good but this visit wasn't the best experience. I paid for super clean but they didn't do a great job cleaning the inside and missed some spots on the outside.

Service has dramatically declined. To my van there Sunday and it returned with footprints in carpet. Manager said I didn't pay for vacuum. That's basic I told him. Never again.

Now Cabana is my spot to take my car its not near my home but the drive is worth it. The workers really do a wonderful job of cleaning my car inside and out! Love those guys!!

Never had a bad experience. In an economy of high inflation, the prices are still very reasonable. I like that I can get my state inspection here as well. One stop shop!

My rescue dogs got the car supremely dirty and these guys got me in line right away and got my car back to how it looked when I bought it! So grateful and will return.

The car is not hand washed only hand wiped off after machine washed. The difference between Regular and Premium wash is a $5.00 fragrance bag.
