The veterinarian Dr. Jaeger and her assistant Claire are both lovely, you can immediately tell that they really care about animals. They are very professional and competent, I immediately felt that my cats were in good care. My furry friends remained calm which shows that they also felt safe and well taken caren of. In short, the service and the staff are excellent, I wouldn't go anywhere else, five stars without hesitation :) Excellent service et équipe, je recommande les yeux fermés :)

Nicht sehr überzeugend, ich habe mehr erwartet... 42€ für ein 10-minütiges Gespräch, bei dem es hieß mein weißer Golden Retriever sei kein richtiger Golden Retriever und dass es schade sei, dass man nicht mehr goldene züchtet. Okay. Wir sind nicht schlauer dort rausgekommen als reingegangen. Wir sind für einen Hautausschlag dorthingegangen, keinerlei Theorie & Abhilfe gegeben. Zwei Sterne, weil wir von heute auf morgen einen Termin erhalten haben. Trotzdem erstes und letztes Mal.

The slideshow of Dr. Jaeger's own pets and of various wildlife on the waiting room's tv screen is an advance warning that you are about to meet a veterinary surgeon who absolutely lives and breathes animals. Our beloved doggy was greeted with warmth and was made to feel relaxed by both Dr Jaeger and Claire before a highly professional examination was undertaken. All in all a reassuring experience for both doggy and doggy's daddy. A well deserved 5 stars.

Thanks to Dr Jaeger and Claire for their clear communication and professionalism. My cat is not easy to handle and this time she behaved well (no bitting nor scratching) during the vaccination. Bonjour à tous depuis 2 ans le cabinet suit notre Saya avec dévouement gentillesse et professionnalisme. Véronique et Claire aime les animaux, ça se voit et Saya est toujours ravie d'y aller... Bref je recommande sans l'ombre d'un doute!

Très bon accueil et très professionnel nous a appelé pendant le jour de fermeture du cabinet pour savoir si notre lapine se portait bien. Exceptionnel en sachant qu à peine un jour aura suffit à notre lapine pour oublier son opération.
