Been going here for years and you never have to wait too long. The receptionist are nice except one we encountered with dark hair and glasses who was quite blunt and kept asking for my babies name after I said it a few times after she had stuffed up an appointment I made over the phone. Also my baby had her 12month shots here and when I asked about meningococcal the nurse said she can have that one another time and it's not covered but upon checking the immunisation register it is one of the ones listed to get at 12months which is free so I checked her Medicare records and the nurse had given it to her!! Yes there are two different types of meningococcal vaccines but one is for Aboriginals only. He should of explained the one he gave her. Doctor Nay Nay is so so lovely! Dec 2023- We were told today the male nurse wouldn't do our daughter's immunisations due to our previous review that was nothing but accurate. We have worked in many industries where we have had criticism or feedback from the public and we've had to take that on board and do better next time and still continue to assist many of those people. Very upsetting that he can't take on feedback. We were nothing but nice to him during all our previous visits. Thank you Dr Nay Nay for always being so kind and caring towards us and our daughter.

Dr Nay Nay was very rude in compassionate not understanding had no interest in sending me for blood test not ultrasounds I even had to ask her to take my blood pressure and to check my back and that was the main reason I went there. I need a blood works following up because of protein and blood in my urine and because of a maybe possible cardiac event but she wasn't interested in doing anything! I showed her my letters from my psychologist I also showed her the letters from the doctor when I got discharged from hospital she just read them and gave them back to me uninterested. Then I asked a could you check my back she put gloves on and checked my back and told me it was probably muscular and she would give me some tablets to calm it down and a few days.She told me she was not suitable to be my doctor I got absolutely nothing out of visiting her today and I will never return again.! On a scale of 1 to 10 she would get 2! No wonder why people don't go to doctors when doctors treat you like that!

I unfortunately will not be coming back. I brought my 15 month old son in to get checked out as he was struggling to breathe, very raspy and not well at all, we saw the male doctor (unsure of name) to be told it was a mild virus and I could use a puffer if I wanted to see if it would help and was told that more than likely he will be asthmatic later in life, this was after quickly checking him over and clearly seeing my son was not well. I did not feel right about this and had to take him to another doctor elsewhere to find out he actually has croup and has been put on strong antibiotics and have to monitor his breathing and if it gets worse to go up to ER. I feel like my concerns and my sons life was not taken seriously and this could have been a lot worse than it was. I have since been trying to call reception to put in a complaint about this with no answer at all. It’s really disheartening. Do better

Dr nay nay is one of the best doctors I have ever met, she is very thorough and caring especially when it comes to my kids! The receptionist are always lovely and helpful. They have a great clean room with a variety of toys for kids to play in whilst you wait to see the doctors. They are always on time and have always had great communication. My son has severe autism and after a couple of years of lots of hurdles we finally changed doctors that’s when we met dr nay nay she completely devoted herself to my son helping me access ndis for him as well as fighting and advocating for him to get a diagnosis. We are so grateful to have such a great doctor and I highly recommend this practice alongside gaining a beautiful doctor who passionately cares for her patients the right way!

Dr Ahmed writes scripts that last 10 days and expects you to pay $70 every time you need a repeat. Zero phone etiquette, hangs up on within a minute of the scheduled appointment. The receptionist advised in order avoid this with the doctor, I should just come to their centre every 10 days to refill my prescription instead. Told all 3 receptionists on numerous occasions, that I work full time and away from home and that this is not possible but the team don’t seem to listen or care. Script pricing is extortionate, I paid $165 for a 10 day script and I was told upon my last appointment this would increase to $202. I have spent almost $1000 over a period of 4 appointments. Save yourself time, money and stress and look elsewhere for treatment.

Receptionists need to get educated. This lady from another country is rudely shouting when she wouldn't understand anything and asked me to call on Monday because she wasn't the person responsible. I was on call disputing about the invoice. My mom and dad have Private Insurance and they charged me on my Bank because one of them didn't know how to process payment directly from Insurance and now I have to pay $66+ out of pocket. But, only a couple of days ago when I went there one of the other ladies did the process from private Insurance and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Now when I am disputing this they are taking no responsibility when clearly they need to educate themselves and learn the process.

very lovely receptionist ladies, however i can’t say the same doctor Ahmed. He was very rude, dismissive, condescending and hypocritical. Told me my pain was nothing, was questioning me if i was telling him the truth, also said i was just having a headache or a migraine and to take panadol and once i said i have been and it’s done nothing he then proceeds to say i’m not having a headache or a migraine so why would i take panadol? to finish the appointment off he says “i’ll give you a referral to go get a head ct.. to give you a peace of mind.” with the most condescending and rude tone. Would not recommend this doctor at all!

I’ve been coming here for awhile now, but I’ve actually had enough regarding the lack of care with these doctors and will be starting to look elsewhere with proper care and bedside manners. I’ve been sick for two weeks, with a now sinus infection and bacterial infection after being refused antibiotics and to just take “cold and flu tablets” lucky another doctor was concerned enough to prescribe them to me after feeling miserable and unwell. You’re dealing with sick, vulnerable patients. As professional doctors it is your duty of care to look after them not brush it under the rug.

Don’t see “Dr” Muhammad Navaid Ahmed - Not only is he rude and disrespectful, he talks over you, does not stick to appointment times, hangs up on you when calling, and he lacks the actual expertise of a doctor. Every single time I’ve had to deal with him instead of my usual doctor Nay Nay (who is fantastic), he has shown a lack of knowledge, respect and had an inflated ego. Why become a doctor if you don’t enjoy helping people? Return to India and redo all your studies, maybe find yourself religiously and come back a man instead of an egotistical disrespectful “doctor”.

We see Dr Nay Nay at caddens medical centre. Nah Nay goes above and beyond for my family and I. We are very lucky to have such a caring doctor to assist us and our little boy. Nay Nay has been the most honest, caring and understanding doctor from day one. Kathy the receptionist is lovely and always greets us with the biggest, loving smile. Kathy makes our visits so much fun and our little one absolutely loves kathy & her laugh! The Nurse as Caddens, is so gentle and caring. He makes our little ones experience a lot more calming and relaxing! Thank you Caddens!

Whilst the reception staff have always been warm and welcoming, unfortunately the same can’t be said about one of the male GP’s I’ve seen a few times lately. Hasty, rude, and a total lack of patient care is how I’d describe the GP I’ve seen. I often end up leaving the GP more or less confused, and often times the GP can’t provide clear answers to my questions. In my most recent visit, he mumbled his way through our consult and couldn’t pick out the correct test results I was after. If I was a new patient, I’d definitely consider my GP options carefully.

I had to attract the young receptionist's attention. She was on her phone and hadn't noticed I was standing there. She ask me 3 times what my name was. I have Asmtha and of course some symptoms are similar to COVID. I did not have COVID! I was literally interrogation by another female who appeared from somewhere. I was treated like a Leper...I felt degraded and upset. I left and went elsewhere. Apparently this Medical Centre only prefers to treat people who are not sick.!

Worst ever medical center I have been in Australia.they didn't collect blood if you have blood collection referral from other medical center!!!!!! I went to Claremont meadow centre they collect immediately. They said in lockdown they consult patients only over phone even if you don't have cold or flue symptoms. If you have back or neck problem how can they consult over phone really strange place!!!!!! I would strongly suggest avoid this medical center if you can.....

Could not speak more highly of the service and care I received at Caddens Medical Center yesterday. I went in very unwell and they attended to me right away, the GP I saw was kind, thorough, worked out what was wrong right away and I got the interventions and care I needed. The lovely reception staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and supported. Thankyou to the wonderful team at Caddens. This will definitely be mine & my family's new medical center.

Do not go to this doctors surgery if you need help. If you need a simple script - this is the place to go. But if you need help from a medical professional in your time of need - find anywhere else. I was charged execessively and then refused further help when I questioned the doctor. My psychologist told me to report him or I wouldn't be saying anything at all. Take from it what you will. You go to a doctor for help, you go to casino to get ripped off

I have been there 3-4 times so far. Reception staff is so friendly and welcoming. However the male doctor seems very rude. Initially I thought he might be having bad day but every visit he is same. I took my newborn most of the time. Most recent visit was his 6 monthly check up. Usually doctors are friendly specially around kids but it seemed like he was just ticking boxes. New Dr Nay nay on the order hand is super friendly.

Partner went for a moderna booster shot. Pharmacist was asked by my partner to check vaccine lable, to his response: we pre do each needle prior and you can ask the nurse after I have injected you. This is not good Caddens Medical Centre! We have the right to pre check the vaccine lable before injection. God knows what he has injected. Very poorly ran! and managed. People everywhere within, no social distancing.

Our first few appointments were promising with the female doctor. Unfortunately today after a telephone consult with the male doctor - it left me scratching my head. My son has been clearing his throat for the past 6 months, it sounds like something is stuck and I’m querying tonsil problems? However without physical examination - he determined it was behavioural?! Oh dear.

Cannot praise the reception staff enough as well as the medical team. The young lady in reception in particular went above and beyond to help me. Excellent service. I recently went to a medical centre in Jamisontown who were downright rude to me and was pleasantly surprised with the Caddens MC, esp the reception desk team, whose customer service is top class.

Yesterday I went with my father to Cadden Medical Centre as a new patient overwhelmed with a big smiles and very polite. Noticed the receptionists handled a great deal of work in a short time as we are waiting to see a Dr. I was impressed and am very happy with the doctor that we saw yesterday Terrific medical centre! Thankyou for all your help .

Wow I was so impressed about Caddins Medical Center's professionalism. Online booking system was easy, I arrived and sat down to be informed by the booking app of my place in line. My appointment was five minutes early and the nurse was very thorough explaining the process. I don't usually review much but had to this time.

The worst clinic you could go to. Dr M. Navaid Ahmed is the worst doctor I have ever come across or is he really a doctor. He won't examine you at all and he is quick to put other Doctors down. I am sixty years old and I have seen many doctors in my time and I would not even consider him to be real doctor.

Visited Caddens Medical Centre for an injection today. As always girls at reception were friendly and bubbly. I did not have an appointment but was seen by the male nurse very quickly. He was friendly, gentle and quick. I never have a problem with anyone at Caddens Medical Centre.

What a lovely modern medical centre.We were greeted with a warm friendly receptionist who was super helpful and accommodating.The doctor was pleasant and the nurse was great, super efficient and friendly. I think we are very lucky to have such a great medical center in this area.

This has been the worst Medical centre I have been to. The male doctor is very rude and doesn’t care also is not willing to help you and will tell you that you just have to live with your medical problems. Zero care factor given please don’t go here.

The doctor was very good. One star removed for poor communication. Talking very quickly behind a mask is very difficult for many people to follow. If our hearing is slightly impaired, even more so. Please speak a little slower and more clearly.

Such a great experience from the front desks wonderful staff who will go above and beyond to help you always with a smile on their face, to the friendly and professional nurse and the thorough and helpful Dr's. Definitely recommend to others.

Feels like this centre is there to make money only. Dr. Ahmed made us visit at least 3 times just get a script for my son who was severely sick already for over a week. Always talks over, almost feels like he is dilusional. Very disappointed.

A well presented and modern looking medical centre with friendly and approachable staff. The doctor was excellent and very knowledgeable and the nurse was kind and gentle with the kids. I highly recommend this medical centre.

I've had two telephone consultations and each time I have had to chase up for my prescriptions and medical certificates. They've inconvenienced my life multiple times. On seperate occasions, so they get a one star for that

I usually have a good experience here but Dr Muhammad Navaid Ahmed made me feel embarrassed and ashamed of my mental health. I felt completely dismissed and felt like he was annoyed at for trying to seek help.

Joey is one of the best physiotherapists I have seen considering my condition, "Cauda Equina Syndrome which is a rare condition that many therapists don't understand and can cause more problems unknowingly!

The receptionists and female doctor I have visited have been so lovely and professional. They have compassion and understanding which is important to me and for any patient that attends a medical facility.
