The coffee. The staff. The owners. The products. The place itself. I sincerely can't recommend this place enough. They roast my favourite local coffee. Honestly as someone who often has to drink decaf, I almost cried the first time I had there's. Its not a compromise in taste at all. If you need to buy a gift for a coffee lover, are a coffee lover yourself, need a place to study, need an amazing pick me up cup of coffee, or even need to buy any kind of brewing supplies, be it machine, kettle, YOU name it. They have it. Or they can tell you where to find it. Haha And if you don't know what you need; they can help there too. A local must.

There is a lack of passion in your work. There's nothing wrong with the taste of the coffee or the grilled cheese. But there's nothing extravagant either. What got me was the service. You pay the counter before you receive. So there's no table service and I still left her 15%. But rather than engaging , the two baristas just chatted to each other about their school and their time in Sherbrooke, and it's five years she's here. Why do we stand for this? Would I come back, out of convenience ( my professional works upstairs) and no more tip.

Cafe Hubert Saint-Jean served coffee in the media lounge at Collision Conference 2019 & the coffee is fantastic. I tried the latte with oat milk (1st time) and yum! I will definitely stop by the physical location when I’m nearby.

Fantastic coffee! The scent of freshly roasted coffee... and then the first sip matches. Plus a lakeside walk a block away that leads to a local market with picnic supplies. Great find.

Exceptional coffee and service. Very good selection of beans of which I took some home to Victoria British Columbia. Also good selection of coffee machines and gear. Thank you!

Good moka, the cappuccino was ok. They have a large selection of coffee equipment & accessories. A big terrace & indoor seats as well. You can chill there or work.

Favorite coffee shop in Sherbrooke. The coffee is actually good and the matcha lattes are excellent. Plenty of seating, lots of windows and a pleasant atmosphere.

I love getting coffee here while I am running errands. The staff are so pleasant and kind. Great atmosphere.
