An incredible dietary experience is offered at Cafe Javas in Uganda and in my opinion, and it's one of the only chains in the region that could compare to the quality and consistency offered in typical Western chain restaurants such as The Cheesecake Factory and Texas Roadhouse. I've tried the BBQ chicken burger, some fish dish, the quesedillas, as well as the chicken pizza. The burger is a little too sweet for my personal palette but it is well complemented with the saltiness of the patty. My all time favorite and go-to, however, is the chicken pizza. The refreshing drinks they offer make for a perfect Sunday Afternoon brunch experience, but be wary because that's when it is most crowded. Oh and the nights, my God the crowded nights. It's what comes with such good food and excellent service by the staff. The vibes are just fantastic. I make sure to go every single time I take a trip to Uganda.

Good service, great food as usual and large portions. I still love CJs... I dont know if I will get tired of it especially the milkshakes, passion mojito, Mexican fix and those wings. Keep up the good work guys..

The owner of the Cafe Javas was Mandela Family.They started on 2005 in Kamapala,The registered Cafe Javas head office is at Kira Road,Kampala,Uganda.They had the several branches in Nairobi,Kenya also. Their demand for snacks to accompany the coffee grew to the point that management thought about putting that corner to use. It is always warm to come back home to Uganda. Cafe Javas makes the whole experience even much warmer. The service of smiling faces like Shira is indescribable. Such as her make the sumptuous meal and the cool designed drinks even sweeter.

Giving the food three stars cos they have this particular spice they put in their food. Which tbh I could do without. The staff ‍was really friendly and cool and quite fast too. So that's a plus The atmosphere gets a three simply because I prefer cozier settings than this branch. Again I haven't transferred the pictures on the camera to my phone yet so I don't have pictures :( not yet anyway

The plate on the photo is 41k. For that amount of money you don't mashed potato hipped by a fork with badly cut and old sallads . The saus had a very clear wheat flour taste and when asked about why the chef gave the explanation that's how suas is made and that I should not mind to much. I'm very disappointed on the kitchen and there personal. The good service at the table makes the second star.

Located at Kyambogo just after Spear Motors Nakawa along Jinja Road, about 6km from the City Center. Serves all dishes with great ambiance and quick service. There is ample parking and wifi. It has access to a gas station, auto service and tyre center at City Oil gas station.

The Cafe Javas is very conveniently located next to a filling station. Parking space is available. Clean toilets at the back. Plenty of seats inside and outside. Good ambience. Free wifi. Staff is courteous and friendly. Service is quick. Coffee is excellent. Nice experience.

Best place for a meeting especially business with a drink and bite. Service is on point with free WIFI coupled with tasty fast foods like burgers, sandwiches and pizzas. It’s got different branches around Kampala like Kamwokya, Kampala road, Bombo road and Bakuli.

Delicious meals. You can't go wrong here..

Nice place for a family outing. I enjoyed the pepper steak and mashed potatoes, yummy. The menu is rich and pocket friendly, quite accessible too.

One of the best places to have breakfast, lunch dinner with continental menu. Taste of food is good. Not much spicy. Staff behavior is good.
