Updated 02/08/2022: after having visited several time after my initial review, the subsequent service was actually very nice and friendly, so I'm giving it the full 5 stars. Original review: The burger was great indeed (as pointed out by the other reviewers), as were the fries - really good food. But I'm giving only 3 stars because of the apathetic service. First, I entered the café and there were no waiters inside. I waited for about 2 minutes before the staff showed up. As I was waiting at the bar, a young lady came just across from were I was standing and started filling beers from the tap. She never bothered to say hello or to at least ask what did I want or what I was doing there. I had to say hello once or twice before she unwillingly acknowledged my presence. And it was not like the café was full and I was lost in the crowd - it was only me there! I was about to say "whatever" and turn around and leave, when another guy showed up and eventually got me seated.

After having been here once on the terrace in the summer enjoying some interesting beers, it was about time I taste some burger... And I wasn't disappointed! I had the Ferdinand burger (bacon, caramelised onions and provolone cheese), which was very juicy, accompanied with some huge fries (13+5€)! To drink, to change from the IPAs, I was recommended a local Pinot Gris, which was surprisingly good! Last but not least, service is from the friendliest I ever had and the café is also dog friendly!

Endroit que nous adorons ! Venus un samedi soir sans réservation (certes). Avons été installés à une table libre en terrasse (sans encart "réservé") par une serveuse qui nous a proposé les cartes et menu. Après 10mins et nos choix faits nous avons été mis à la porte de façon expéditive par la patronne devant les yeux de toute la terrasse (notre présence était problématique pour une réservation qui venait d'arriver) et pas de recherche de solutions. Sûrement la dernière fois que nous venons. Dommage (nourriture, cadre et de façon générale l'accueil sont supers).

Première visite dans ce café accompagnée de mes deux chiens (shih tzu). Accueil très chaleureux Les animaux y sont accueillis comme des princes : gamelles d’eau, jouets et couvertures à disposition en plus des câlins de la patronne Il y a une petite carte de confiseries et boissons pour chiens ainsi qu’une carte variée pour nous ; nous n’y avons pas dîné mais les cocktails étaient excellents ! Je recommande vivement, nous reviendrons !

Real Belgium fries and the burger meat actually has a flavor! Finally something different and not mediocre as in all others burger trendy places in Luxembourg. Service here is really friendly and the chef is a woman who makes all from scratch. Also, the fries are hand cut and didn’t came from frozen bag. You can clearly taste the difference. This hidden gem in Beggen is worth the visit so go and support them!

freundlichen Gesellschaft natürlich auch Tiere willkommen ?? Weis ich nicht mehr glaube nicht mehr Schöne gemütliche Terrasse hinten schön ruhig. Manchmal auch extra Veranstaltung, Internet spiele tv Sport und und und. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden. Tja seit einiger Zeit hat sich viel verändert da persönlich finde ich es nicht mehr so extrem gut da aber das muss jeder für sich entscheiden

Location vintage carinissima. Tavoli e anche angolo poltrone comodissime con tanti giochi da tavolo. Atmosfera rilassata: sembra che sia domenica anche quando ci si capirà di giovedì. Cibo molto buono. Pet friendly

Je recommande vivement le café villa à tous ceux qui recherchent un endroit sympa pour passer un moment entre potes! La terrasse est juste top! La bière est fraiche, la restauration est excellente, les chiens sont cordialement acceptés (ils ont même la possiblité d’avoir leur bière eux aussi!) le personnel et les boss sont des amours! Es un lugar acogedor, donde te puedes sentir como en casa, gracias a su agradable ambiente y a su esmerada atención, además de tener la mejor comida casera... Para mi las hamburguesas son increíbles, las quesadillas una delicia y la ensalada Simón waooo, en realidad me gusta toda la comida de este lugar, les recomiendo visitar este café es un encanto

Vegan Burger

Un couple de jeunes propriétaires très agréables, aux petits soins pour leur clientèle. Un endroit cosy et chaleureux. Carte au choix restreint mais cuisine goûteuse et produits de qualité. Vivement l'été qu'on puisse tester la terrasse qui a l'air tout aussi agréable.

Pas convaincu. Tables graisseuses, sol graisseux, images religieuses aux toilettes, beaucoup de mouches sur la terrasse, chiens qui se débarassent où? Clientèle plouc. Plats très bons mais trop chers, et une jeune serveuse qui essaie de sauver l'apercu général.

Lovely place. Delightful ambiance. Even better in the summer because of its lovely garden. Great food and excellent service as well.

The nicest place I have been to in Luxembourg. Really cool & tranquil beer garden, the food is excellent, highly recommend the caesar/chicken salad. The burgers look delicious also. The owners Leila & Fabian are genuinely warm & friendly people!

C'est une petite pause sympa dans un jardin privé transformé en terrasse bien ombragée où même les chiens ont le droit de boire. Les 2 tables isolées sont Top pour les conversations discrètes...

Tolles Café! Super leckeres, hausgemachtes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und entspanntes Ambiente. Im ganzen Café merkt man die Liebe zum Detail egal ob drinnen oder draußen auf der Terrasse.
