I asked for a large cofee, was asked if I want room for cream, AND I ACTUALLY GOT IT! THANKS! Also the cofee and service are great! They have honey!!! That's what I call a good cofee shop. No venti or grande bullshit, nor 30 types of fair trade isle of konfusion Sumatra blends to choose from (they may actually have given me a Sumatran fair trade blend I'm not sure, and I know those volcanic island soils produce great beans... )

The place looked so inviting through its colors and lighting that we decided to step in. It was right before closing, but the two women behind the counter were supper helpful and friendly. My turkey bagel was fresh and delicious. The interior is lovely, with light walls and redish paneling and with plenty of art on the walls.

It is sad to see the quality of this lovely Cafe go down over the years. The restroom is still "out of order" since the last couple of time I came here. Sadly even the quality of the express drinks has gone down. I truly hope all is this changes as this has been a Cafe of fond memories in the past.

The sandwich was relatively tasty but they skimped out on ingredients. Minimal avocado, razor thin bacon. The sandwich was mostly bread. Pricey too. Our tomato cucumber bagel had like 3 tiny slices of tomato. There are much better options requiring less than a 2 minute walk in either direction.

When I looked at the breakfast sandwich I asked myself: why do I do this to myself‍♀️‍♀️ it was $6 for a VERY basic sandwhich, which I get I'm in SF but still I regretted ordering it. Cute place, the lady behind the counter wasn't all that great. …

A really great little neighborhood coffee shop. Tiny, with just a couple of seats, but warm and friendly. They have a wonderful variety of smoothies for those non-coffee drinkers which are perfect for sipping while wandering around Haight-Ashbury.

I go here every morning, and I couldn't ask for a better coffee shop. The people are super nice and remember what I order (fresh carrot apple beet juice!) I kindof wish they took cards, but other than that I love this little hole in the wall shop

Literally the only reason we stayed and bought so many things was because we thought they had outlets - turns out, the outlets are fake stickers designed to trick customers into staying. What a terribly fraudulent practice! The attitude of

I enjoy the bagels and coffee but I think the service could be much better. On numerous occasions they have run out of bagels and only have 1 or 2 choices. I think what irks me the most is a barista there who looks annoyed the whole time

Early morning coffee, nice assorted arrangements of pastries even offers juices and smoothies. Located in the Haight neighborhood. Local homeless nearby but they won't give you a hard time. Friendly baristas. Will come back again

Very friendly staff. Great plant-based and vegan options. I would avoid the meat there for obvious reasons. Dog friendly. Fast service. Good vibes. I would suggest.

Cafe Cole is a delicious cafe gem alongside the well known Haight Street. I ordered a white mocha and it was delicious!!! The service is excellent and they have my favorite pumpkin bread in town. 10/10 would recommend.

Great bagels with your choice of cream cheese veggies etc. Not crazy about the coffee. (Go to Starbucks). Great fresh juice choice. Only thing is the Asian counter girl. She never smiles and doesnt say "Thank you".

  • Dave Tiedemann

A small Café with delicous food – I never had sandwiches this delicious. Plus, the peeps behind the counter are fast, friendly and very kind. You are in Haight-Ashbury? Go grab a sandwich and a coffe at Café Cole.

  • Robert Leon

Tucked away just off Haight Street along Cole is this local coffeehouse. Nice place to get a quick snack & refreshment. A great place to sit outdoor & take in The Haight. Great staff.

  • Joshua B

Staff are rude and look dirty. Place smells bad and food is not handled in a hygienic way. Left without the stuff as I was so grossed out. They don’t use gloves or wear hair nets.

  • Mick

Good food and decent coffee, only complaint is they never seem to open up on time in the mornings anymore, oh also the bathroom is incredibly tiny and usually has an odor in there

  • Michael Andrews

Upon walking in I was met by super friendly staff that provided suggestions since I never patronized this place before. The sandwich and fresh juice was superb!! I will be back!!

  • Alexei Samimi

Perfect little tiny cheap coffee shop with incredibly excellent coffee. I also got a great bagel-sandwich for $3! Escape the bustle of Haight St and go here, 50ft up Cole.

  • Krystal Oliver

Staff that worked there was rude! Verrryyy rude! The food was average for a coffee shop. But I won’t be going back because of the rude lady working there!

  • Starling Mendoza Fernandez

Great food and good coffee, recommended we stop there for breakfast during our last trip to San Francisco, the place are located near of Ashbury street.

  • Stephen Lam

Great choice of drinks, great atmosphere, great prices overall. Easy recommendation for a casual cafe. 4 stars because nothing especially blew me away.

  • Mr. slippy fist

People are nice didn't try the coffee got a ham and cheese croissant...a microwave should never be a kitchen appliance it came out soggy on the bottom

  • Michael Walker

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I come here for the good sandwiches and smoothies. Nothing super fancy or complicated, just simple stuff done right.

  • Brian Knapp

Mediocre coffee. Not the friendliest staff. They were loudly making fun of customers while my wife was using the restroom. Place was filthy.

  • Aidan Kao

Delicious soft and fresh bagels. There smoothies are tasty and cool on a warm sunny day. Great atmosphere and cool decor. Highly recommend

  • Ana Mckinney

More expensive but tastier than its competitors on union street. I don't think the price is unreasonable for the quality. Very refreshing!

  • Czach Hidalgo

The small town feel in the middle of a big city is rare. I can't wait until I can enter the building and order my usual as I once did.

  • Oliver Gold

Delicious bagels, fabulous sandwiches and brilliant service. If I didn’t live in London it would be a regular spot. Highly recommend!

  • Sam Raymond

Coffee was great, staff were lovely and the food was good. Would be 5-star except the bread was a bit burned on both our sandwiches!

  • Nikki Parker

Really great spot for a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee. The dad and daughter duo who run this place are so cute together.

  • Carlos Gonzalez

The coffee www not good. We also a wanted mint tea and they shows us the empty box. Definetely does not deserve 4 stars.

  • Nina Clark

Was okay, give you a nice quantity but you have to go up to the register/counter and order your food get your own water

  • Becky Blondin

A solid choice for coffee, juice/smoothies, & breakfast in the Haight. I liked the Green Juice - not too sweet.

  • Shivani Kaw

We have always had their fresh wheatgrass juice only, which is really good and so healthy for you.

  • Karen Dohemann

Cute shop with excellent service. No decaf coffee of any kind. Really good breakfast sandwiches.

  • Andrew Hill

Great drip coffee with excellent bagel sandwiches. Great art on the wall of wind in the willows!

  • Luis R Montoya III

Umm... It's 6:47am on a Saturday Morning and Google says you're open. What aren't you open?

  • Celena Faulkner

Delicious bagel sandwhich, friendly staff! Coffee was a bit weak, but overall a great stop.

  • Ron Kuris

Generally good quick stop. BLT lacks enough T. Most sandwiches are really tasty and fresh.

  • Star Wilkinson

After not having been there in a deacade, the coffee was disappointing to say the least.

  • Cliff Martin

Friendly. Great sandwich and coffee. Will go again if I happen to be in the area again.
