Place is really good with ambient atmosphere. Food is satisfactory. Drinks (I drank virgin mojito) are superb. But the service was a bit unsatisfactory. I'd to go to reception in order to get a menu as there was no menu on the table. But overall, place and food were both good. Recommended!!!

Parking wasn't available, and I'd to park my motorcycle on the street.

The service has gone downwards recently. It is slow and not very friendly. They don't even offer water anymore. You'll mostly find people here for tea and cigarettes, which typically means one thing; you're surrounded by mostly depressed people. The rice bowl is decent, but momo's achar tasted like Kapoor. Giving one star higher because they accepted my credit card.

Chicken Keema Rice Bowl

Two months ago, Cups and Mugs was amazing. In the last two months, the service quality has significantly declined. Servers don't write down orders which then arrive incomplete or incorrect. As an example, my son's breakfast, which was ordered first, didn't even arrive until after my breakfast was finished because the kitchen hadn't gotten the order straight. Salt and pepper were requested when the first two breakfasts arrived, but only brought when mine was already finished...and my mate's breakfast was already cold.

Ambience is lovely. They have creative pictures and arts hung in the cafe. I had ordered brownie with icecream and the taste was fine. The cafe should, however, work on maintaining their bathroom. Since it was a unisex bathroom, it was more dirty and the floor was wet. As a busy cafe, they should keep it clean time and again during work hour. This place is better for small gatherings and even for a single visit.

Bad service and worst food... Ordered cafe mocha got something else staff wasn't apologetic as well. Had hair on my coffee, ordered brown bread sandwich got white bread. Worst service ever... Would not recomend anyone to visit here

I wanted to have veggie mo:mo but they run out of them so I have the noodles which was too spicy for me - and I also saw that even locals do not eat the green chilly inside :) but overall there was enough food and the atmosphere and service was good.

Such a prettttttty place! Loved how calm this space is . They have got even more space at the upper floor as well but I chose to stay at the ground ones and yes, the best decision it was. I got this chicken keema rice bowl ; very much fulfilling and tasted good too. Also loved its aroma . A highly recommended place.

Such a pleasant ambiance out there. Enjoyed the chess game with great coffee. But disappointed with the cheese ball. First, it didn't taste good, it was too sweet and they took more than an hour to prepare. Couldn't eat more than one. Service is too slow. Visiting again there for chess and coffee.

The food is good, coffee is good and the music is good. The place has cool ambience. Customers have the privilege of sitting indoors or outdoors. I ordered veg sandwich and was extremely happy with the food. It is expanding its space further. So, more customers will be accommodating soon.

One of the cosy and underrated restaurant in the town. Affordable coffee prices, scrumptious delicacies. Don't forget to get a loyalty card for free coffee.

Reasonably priced, Ambience is cozy with friendly staffs. Wished they brought water without asking though. but I don't mind. I ask for water wherever I go. Keep hydrating folks.

The pork chop was good and the double shot americano was also good. Polite staff as well.
