Love this Cafe, its the best in berowra. They have perfected their coffees and drinks. The food is lovely with so many different menu options available. The staff are well known in this tight-knit community.

In my opinion the price for breakfast is better than reasonable. I like the added slice of watermelon together with fried eggs on toast, a large pot of tea served very quickly and politely all for less than $15. ~~~~~~ Now, one year later, and the watermelon has gone and a couple of other things have changed—most due to this VERY FRUSTRATING COVID VIRUS!!! (Now I have to bring my own black peppercorn cracker to the table. That is not THEIR issue. Who knows where another pepper shaker might have been?) I still give the same rating—5 star—for Cafe Laurella, though. Very good, very polite. They are dealing with our world's new normal, just as I have to with my peppercorn cracker! This is not my only "go to" place for brekkie. Rather a "definitely go back to" place. Time and time again. ;-)

Great, local, old-school style cafe. Can’t find these kind of cafes anymore with classic food items on the menu. Nothing fancy, just plain, simply delicious food (and amazing coffee!) Great portions and friendly service! Particularly love the cinnamon toast, eggs Benny, club sandwiches and pineapple & ham melt.

I would recommend this place, great environment, great service and amazing food. The staff were so helpful and nice. We ordered Vegetarian breakfast to share and they were so kind to seperate it for two and brought in two different plate to have. We were so amazed and loved it. Never seen such a great service and quality food anywhere else. Thanks a lot and we would definitely come back again this time with friends and family

If not the best in the world, this cafe is best for many things in Sydney region - Food, quality, service, hygiene. Nothing fancy inside the cafe yet it has a very fresh vibe or whatever you may call it. They never disappoint you with taste. They are consistent in their service - always love upto your expectations. A must try for every Sydney resident and tourists. I must tell you all - if you are a coffee lover, these guys serve one of the best coffees in entire Australia. I am a resident of suburb where cafe is located and I have visited cafe at-least more than 50 times.

Delicious food and drinks with the most above and beyond customer service. Really tasty omelette. Very environmentally friendly with giving away their used coffee grounds for gardens. Lovely people, lovely food, lovely atmosphere. 10 out of 10 hearts, love your work.

Best coffee in Berowra. Great place to meet up with old friends in BTown. My children LOVE the food and milkshakes. If I have lunch there it covers me for dinner. The meal servings are MASSIVE and consistent in quality. It can get very busy there and that's a very positive sign. There is free WiFi via the Berowra Shopping Village. Cafe Laurella is very much the nerve centre of BTown, it's not trying to be hipster, trendy or fancy overpriced food. It's just good food and a great place to escape the madness of being in BTown.

Great coffee, food was good. Hollandaise sauce was a bit limey/ lemoney on the eggs benedict. And the bacon and egg roll was delicious on turkish bread and it is good for sharing. Quite pricey but they use good quality ingredients and the portions are big. Will appreciate smaller portion for small prices. Coffee is really good and they'll give you a slice of watermelon which is a good treat. Atmosphere is great as well.. the staff are great as well!

Mostly unfavourable experiences here. Coffee burnt, mediocre food with low quality ingredients (though big portions) and child meals dangerously hot. The big breakfast was the best item I’ve tried in ~6 visits. The space is a bit too echoey and tables densely packed with the lovely oldies of Berowra sipping cappuccinos with their 1980-esque regional Aus meals.

Have been going here for around 10 years now for my regular morning coffee and would spend a minimum of $30 a week. Two weeks ago made a purchase of two coffees and sat outside to enjoy the morning sun. My wife returned and asked for a plastic cup of water and was stunned when the owner wanted to charge her for the cup. This is how you treat your regular loyal customers??? I'll take my business to CoHo thanks...

Our local and favourite cafe for both breakfast and takeaway coffee. The quality of the food has been consistently spot on every time for years now. We take our baby there, it's very kid friendly. Staff are cheerful and accommodating.

Today we had a power outage, combined with the Covid19 Lockdown. Took advantage of Cafe Laurella's FREE local delivery, and we enjoyed some really good meals, prepared fresh, and delivered quickly in around 30 mins. Great to see a popular local business pivot during the pandemic and continue to serve the locals by providing Good food with Great service.

We go to Cafe Laurella every now and again for dinner. Yes, the meals are a little on the pricey side however the servings are very big. I am a big eater and there are always leftovers to take home. The food is full of flavour and the desserts are all to die for. Have never tried their coffee.

Always welcoming, friendly staff, had lunch (chicken, bacon, mushroom risotto), dessert (citrus tart with cream and ice cream) and coffee/Chai with my mum. Lovely way to catch up and enjoy a leisurely lunch/afternoon. Inside where it's comfy or outside in the sun. Nice.

We turned up as we like to go and get a coffee and something to eat. We had to let staff know we arrived and then they basically ignored us for 20 minutes while other people who arrived after us were getting served. Very annoyed. Obviously

Chocolate mousse cake was very dry, cheese cake, raspberry and caramel delight with ice cream all melting when served, could be the cake display fridge and freezer isn't working well.

Went to get breakfast, was over charged when questions this the staff argued with us saying we were wrong, when they added it up again gave us the correct price no apologies just handed us back some coins. Horrible service.

The coffee is AMAZING. It’s consistently delicious and worth it every time. Every Sunday you’ll find us here. The wait can be a bit much for a takeaway coffee but it’s a busy cafe and you can tell staff are working hard.

MUST TRY! Consistently high quality food. Food is delicious and fresh, the staff are so friendly and eager to provide exceptional service. I've tried smashed avocado all over Sydney and this place is my favourite to go!

Amazing VEGAN brownies! Really good coffee (and I'm particular about good coffee!). Good vegetarian breakfast options and could probably adapt for vegan too. Gluten free cakes as well.
