Wir wollten einen Espresso trinken am Nachmittag und das Café war leer, sprich es saß außen niemand. Die Sofas sind sehr bequem. Also haben wir uns einen Platz gesucht und 5 Minuten gewartet. Innen lief das Personal herum. Keiner kam zu uns, sodass wir nach 5 Minuten zum Nachbar-Café gingen, weil wir keine Lust hatten, mehr zu warten. Hier in der Rezession habe ich gerade erst gelesen, dass es ein Selbstbedienungs-Café ist. Sollte man vielleicht mal dran schreiben in einem Touristischen Ort, wo oft die Kundschaft wechselt. Immerhin hätte eines der Bedienung uns informieren können, dann hätten wir unseren Kaffee geholt. Meine Ansicht: hier möchte man auch nichts verkaufen und der Kunde ist kein König oder Königin:)

Je n'ai jamais vécu cela de ma vie.. il a essayé de m'avoir car je suis un touriste en me faisant payer ma boisson à 5.70 euros au lieu de 5.40 euros. Évidemment, je lui ai laissé les 30 centimes. Quand je lui ai signalé 5 minutes après en faisant mine de rien comprendre, il était étonné et s'est tourné vers son responsable qui m'a sorti une excuse sur la provenance de café mais il voulait juste rattraper l'erreur de son ami. Bref, les touristes, faites attention aux VOLEURS.

Not great. Coffee is standard. This is a chain. It is self- service which is fine. My issue is that your opening hours state open till 23.30 Definitely not the case yesterday. Closing at 21.30 This is a coffee shop on the beachfront. I'd expect better than this. I also came in the summer and you were closing at 22.00 Please update your misleading opening times

Il bar è nella media di quelli presenti nel lungomare di Larnaca, peccato per il fatto che non ci sia il servizio al tavolo. C'è un'offerta variegata ed i prezzi in linea con i competitors. -- The bar is average of those on the Larnaca promenade, a pity that there is no table service. There is a varied offer and prices in line with competitors.

We all know what Nero stands for: consistency in quality coffees coupled with reasonable prices. But what I saw a few days ago was unforgivable. A man on a wheel chair was being pushed by his family. When they tried to enter through the side door (which was supposed to be suitable for such cases and it even had a purpose-built metal ramp) it was absolutely impossible. In the end they left quite irritated and disappointed. Shame. You must see into this and other similar issues please immediately!

There is no indications about self service. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to the bar to make an order. Batista told they don't prepare frappe. As alternative proposed espresso. Seriously? No frappe in the heart of Larnaca? Cafe was almost empty but they wasn't interested in sales. I had to come back 2 times from my place to the bar just to get more information and create my order. Service in Machenzy much better. Go to training there!

It was very nice to sit next to the sea and have a coffee. The coffee was very good and the desserts are amazing. The employee accidentally overfilled my coffee but it was still quite nice.

We were just in Larnaca for the afternoon, have been to Cafe Nero in other parts of the world as we know it's a lovely coffee and today our coffee was delicious, we can recommend the carrot cake and cheese cake.

5 stars because the coffee is absolutely perfect , i drink freddo espresso sweet with stevia and soya milk which is unusual and not everybody can do it perfect . Plus is pet friendly. Location really good. You should try the new Coconut Caramel coffee ! Is a cold coffee sweet with coconut caramel flavor .

I love coming to this cafe but lately the service has not been as usual. When I order a large tea, sometimes I get in a tea pot sometimes just a regular coffee cup. When I do get in a teapot, most times it is just half full of water. Would be nice if there was some consistency.

For a place that just got refurbished and opened 2 days ago, the service is absolutely atrocious. Got up and left after 20 minutes of trying to catch the attention of any of the many staff working there. Not returning again - plenty other coffee houses in the area to choose from. Get your house in order ............

Very bad place. The staff doesn't clean the tables. We had to clean them ourselves. I had the mushroom soup, which was very bland. Just mushrooms with water mixed together. I asked for some salt cause it didn't have any. They had no salt at the location.

I can not understand why there are all these bad comments! I really had fun when I was there to order. The baristas make me feel so happy and it was the best service! The girl with the blue hair was so funny and so kind! I also like the coffee and when I get the chance I will go again FOR SURE

Mike, Christina, Tina, Anastasia, and Joanna make my day when I go for my coffee. They are so helpful, always smiling, and deliver great service. When it gets overcrowded, the delivery is slower but that is expected. The coffee is great too... Keep smiling baristas I forgot Alex

I did not try the coffee. It is a self cafe style and I understand that . But what I did not understand is that I stayed on the table for 50 minutes and no one came and clean it up. I wanted to try but the waiters there never looked to the clients

Cafe Nero is one of the coziest places in Cyprus where you will drink redo like in Greece, and espresso like in Italy. Don't miss it. Not expensive and very tasty products.

Amazing service, the blonde waitress that goes by nina especially shes a little strange at times but so welcoming, shes the best part of my day i swear!! Coffee tastes pretty good as well and with the prices i would say its a pretty sweet deal!

Always love this location of cafe Nero. Lovely cold coffee on the front.

Excellent service from the barista Christina who made our specialty drinks and recommendations. Coffee latte and an iced rose tea. We had a friendly chat with Anna, the cleaner too. She kept the store fresh looking and very sweet.

The coffee is good and the view is nice. Good place for a coffee break but the brioche was not that good. At least the blueberry one

I’m very satisfied with the service of the staff, ioanna and nina specifically were extremely helpful and friendly and gave this place a homey and comfortable feel. Great drinks and snacks and overall a lovely place to be!

The worst place I have ever been to, no services, employee gathering and talking very loud, and laughing, no manager present on the premises. Wifi connection outside is horrible Don't!!! Don't recommend at all
