Yesterday, there were 4 people behind the bar, of which one girl was making coffee. There was a queue of at least 15 people and when one boy paid attention to the girl at the back she looked and said: "That's ok..they will wait". An old man in front of me asked why it took them so long, and the answer was "Because I don't feel well," but in a terribly rude tone. The cafe is dirty and neglected, and today, a staff of three are standing behind the bar, telling each other stories from last night. Very unprofessional.

This the most disgusting coffee shop I have ever visited. This is due to the fact that this coffee shop allows dirty dogs in, which makes you want to puke your coffee out when you see them. It’s horrible. Why would you allow dogs in a coffee shop? Where is the hygiene? Absolutely revolting. Would never visit this store again. The staff were rude too. They don’t even clean and dry the trays properly. Our coffee was served on a tray drenched with water with looked yuck. The shop is old and tacky and in dire need of refurbishment. Only good thing is the Caramel Latte is nice.

Coffee was OK overall, if a little cool. Quite a few tables had not been cleared of used cups, and toilets were very dirty. After one was cleaned it was closed for the rest of the afternoon (2 hours), leaving only one in use. Surely cleaning both and minimising the risk of spreading germs should be the norm. Cleanliness seems not to be a top priority sometimes.

Great coffee as per but one issue I’ve spotted…Hygiene!! A customer came with a dog and a member of staff stroked the dog and rubbed the dogs mouth etc. The staff member then went onto touching food and handling machinery behind the counter. At no point did she wash or sanitize her hands. I’m sorry I know people have dogs etc but this is a hygiene issue and should be taken seriously! It was also noted by other customers in the queue but nothing was done after it was reported!

I found a bag left behind by a previous customer on November 10th 2023; left belongings were handed into the staff behind the counter If it's yours, I hope you find it here with staff The Cafe Nero staff here are so lovely, friendly, informative and helpful. Great atmosphere inside. Love coming here for my much needed cappuccino!

Ordered 3 tuna melt paninis and left a note specifically asking to cancel my order if any of the tuna melts are out of stock because my sons have autism and they only like the tuna! As you can clearly see on the receipt!!!!! I got my delivery opened the bag to find BACON! WE’RE MUSLIM! If I say to cancel my order then cancel my order, all to make a bit of cash. Disgusting

AVOID - OFFENSIVELY STINGY PORTIONS - ex: large with 30% + foam! (not a cappuccino) criminal especially in this time where costs are high all around. Plenty of alternatives such as Costa and individual cafes. Again totally ripped off and no opportunity to complain or return this time as coffee was picked up by a friend.

First time at Neros , although I'm not keen on the aftertaste of the coffee that's just my personal taste . The texture of the latte was gorgeous and the coffee tasted nice as I say it was just the after taste for me . Loved the shop and atmosphere. Staff were really nice .

Good social distancing in place, lots to choose from. Definitely the best chain store hot chocolate you can get, far surpassing Costa's efforts. Staff are friendly enough. A bright haired chap came a cross a bit rude once, but you never know how someone's day has been up to then. Reasonably priced for a coffee chain.

Drink and service were good. Chairs,near windows, are quite sunken in so could do with a bit of an uplift! Drink was as I had requested and always good in Nero.

Honestly this is one of my fave coffee shops, not only because it's local to where I live but Atlanta is the sweetest server, always serves drinks wonderfully and her smile is contagious! A credit to the store.

Lovely staff members who were very helpful, spare seats available and was a pleasant atmosphere. Had to deduct one star as there were very few plug sockets available for charging, so I had to leave before I intended to, but still a lovely place

This is my local branch and the staff are friendly and helpful. They make the effort to remember your signature drink. However, the manageress is rather unfriendly and quite moody I would avoid being served by her as her negative auro

Twice in recent weeks I have been here for the £1 3 app deal for any drink. I of course opted for the expensive drink, Frappe creme and both times was excellently prepared and served and I enjoyed. Great service thanks

Just left here and witnessed staff being so rude and disrespectful to the delivery drivers. Making fun of them and being purposely slow preparing their orders. Disgusting way to treat people - Caffè Nero, do better.

Very friendly helpful staff. I was juggling baby grandson and sound support dog - they welcomed me and brought me my drink to the table. Appreciated.

Smallish branch of Nero that gets very popular. Helpful staff but cleaning could do with improvement. Ideally situated for Didsbury village.
