If you’re not a usual customer don’t go there they will treat you like thief’s . Me and my friends order for 6 people and the whole time she was asking if it finish and pressure us to pay but we didn’t finish our order. At the end she didn’t let us pay by cash. Just after a client payed by cash. As a tourist I was offended. More

Good Italian Caffe, nice, clean and well organised. Very friendly staff. Lots of room for having morning or afternoon coffee with friends or family. Nice large front terrace for smokers. The wheelchair access door is locked long time ago and there is no free parking (Except Sunday). Overall very nice experience and good music.

Unhelpful staff, prejudiced if you use a Nectar voucher. One of them told me that the white chocolate mocha is a speciality drink and I can't have it, which is not true since I have been going for it for years now. There is another Nero nearby - it is a totally different story...

Visited mid-July 2023. Overall, a nice neighborhood cafe. The seating area outside is a plus. I had the specialty pistachio latte; it was different but I enjoyed it. I ordered a sausage pastry and had it toasted. The inside was still cold

Poor mobile reception and something not quite right with having to give up so much personal information to access The Cloud WiFi. Still the same Cafe Nero you'll find on any high street in the UK. Can get very busy during peak times with

Rude ginger barista thinks he is King Kong! He forgets he is at work! Very rude! Plus for any coffee lovers! Starbucks cleans its jugs after every time it's steamed. Nero uses old milk steamed with fresh milk which is likely to make you

Very busy today but for my local & much needed coffee fix great customer service. I had a question about something on the new menu, even though I wasn't able to get the answer to my question. The staff really did try to help. More

Not always some pastries available. The service can be very slow in part because of the variety of coffees. The cafe is normally quite dark and we try to get a seat near the window. My wife likes their coffee. More

Typical Nero. Slightly dark at the back seating area. Queues can build up in the morning. Surrounding roads are parking controlled so it's a bit tricky stopping to quickly grab a cup.

very rude, won't accept my cash probably because I'm arabic . Came to London to visit, to all my fellow tourists, don't go there very rude staff and racist ... avoid this place More

  • Timnit Habte

Very rude and cold baristas. I’ve asked for extra hot latte 3 days in a row but it’s always warm latte. No acknowledgement of mistakes and no customer appreciation More

Always an excellent choice for a quick coffee, a deep work session or a prolonged debate between family and strangers alike. A simple coffee house, true to its roots.

  • Dan Muresan

Like any other Nero coffee shop , this makes no exception, you can have your coffee in no time , with many choices for a quick bite , a clean place and not so crowded.

I was pleasantly surprised to find my hot chocolate was £1.65 instead of £3.30. The staff were very polite and courteous, highly recommended definitely will return

Coat Caffe Nero. I had a decaf soya frappe latte with vegan whipped cream and it was amazing. Super friendly staff and good location. Outside seating too. More

The waitress told us we can’t pay with a 50£ bill and our order was for 6 people around 30£. An client just after us paid simple a coffee with a 50£ bill More

Regular coffee joint in a corner spot that gets nice morning sunshine, good selection of frappés in the summer months! £3.30 for an iced cappuccino

  • Karel Frantisak

Those ridiculous dog owners should leave the dogs outside! You can't enjoy your coffee as nearly every time I come dogs are barking so loud inside!

  • Kristina Bradshaw

The oat milk wasn't off but certainly didn't taste fresh and no vegan cream. Left most of my coffee as there was an awful after taste. More

Always worth popping in on Wandsworth Bridge Road. Great Barristas and great for a quiet seat / time to indulge in one's drink.....

Great place to unwind with a coffee or just to meet. I habe been a regular since it first opened and it just keeps getting better

  • David Brown (DIB0K)

Usual great coffee but in a location always busy with traffic. Best to sit inside when you can to avoid traffic noise and fumes.

Pretty standard Caffe Nero. Was not very busy when I visited so service was pretty quick. Small seating area outside. All ok.

  • Boni Dimitrova

Very disappointed with the service: the lady barista is unable to follow a simple request for preparing a vegetarian mocha.

  • Vin V
