Wow...I love finding new places like this, and what a find. We ordered 3 Surprise Dinner Boxes using a third party 'meal saving' application. On arrival we were treated like VIPs, and shown to seats in the restaurant area, as our food was prepared. Nice surroundings, fresh looking decor albeit a little spartan. Not many customers at the time so atmosphere was not as good as I am sure it gets. Staff very welcoming and enthusiastic about the place. When the food arrived, we knew we were in for a treat by the smells emanating from the bag, the tonnage of which was impressive in itself. Once home we were treated to a selection of freshly grilled/pan fried fish, the taste of which was sublime, with a side of rice. Both prepared in a Mediterranean style with great flavours some delicate & some more robust. As well as the restaurant the building also houses a fish market, providing a comprehensive range of fresh and frozen seafood. Not a bad word to say about the place, food or service.

Turkish Ladies only breakfast was amazing ! Great atmosfeer. Set up was beautifully done, plenty of staff to serve the guest. A lot of varied food, everything was decorated according to the theme and so was the food and tea. The thought and dedication was visible in the results and presentation on the day. The food was super delicious can’t wait for their next event. ❤️ I would recommend over and over and over again. Thank you for making this event , serving us and making it accessible for everyone. Went to this hidden gem on the 2nd December 2023. Food great , hot and very fresh, customer service excellent, room clean and aesthetically pleasing but was very cold sat in our coats but having said that the weather was frightfully cold however the hospitality took the edge of the cold. I would DEFINITELY visit this restaurant again. It’s just a shame that many people aren’t aware of its existence.

We ordered the seafood platter full of delicious garlicky sea bass, crispy calamari, crispy prawns, Red mullet and crab. Freshly baked bread made to order on the premises with lots of dips - tahina, hummus, taramasalata & babaganouk. Finished up with Moroccan tea and fresh baklava. All sooo delicious! Disappointed after a very good experience when this restaurant opened. Today we ordered boat for 4 persons which should include half kilo fried prawns and half kilo calamari and we ended up finding around 5-7 calamari and around 7 prawns. When we complained they told us that it must have shrunk with frying!!! And that that was whats written in the description Totally disappointed. Happy to feed that back to the owner who is a very nice man that served us in the first time when they first opened. Today very bad quality except for the grilled sea bass and very delayed service!! An amazing new addition to Birmingham food scene to offer full pescatarian menu with a fish market style counter where you can choose your fish and how you would like it cooked. The place also has a fresh bread oven and amazing quality bread. Staff are super friendly however due to being new perhaps, the food took a long time to arrive, around 30 minutes despite restaurant being not that busy and one less star as they forgot the starter. Definitely recommend anyone wanting to eat some fresh fish in Birmingham and also a fantastic selection of cakes and balkawa. Must go if you are in Birmingham.

Even though this chef keep repeating some corrupt Arab country cooking show all over socials which he was a runner up in back nearly a decade ago I doubt he done much cooking since. The food is mediocre which you can get for quarter price around corner and really not anything wow. Come on a fish coated in flour and deep fried is not an exec chef of Marriott standard. Amateur cook at best. He sure loves to blow his own trumpet. I gave 2 stars for polite waitress and parking.

Soo happy I discovered this lovely place - it's my new favourite restaurant. Food is INCRED, family-run business and they're so welcoming and friendly. To the left of the restaurant, they sell fresh sea food and to the right there is a lovely coffee place - haven't had a Turkish coffee and pastries that tasty and fresh anywhere else in Birmingham! (And I've tried my fair share haha). Perfect day out! Reminded me of my trip to Egypt last year. Can't wait to go back, my aim is to try the whole menu. Highly recommend.

Food was extremely good. The chef was really talented ( Abdelfattah Elsawy ). He is a world class chef. Worked in JW Marriott 7stars hotels in Egypt and Dubai. I have seen him before on the TV in Master Chef Arabs in 2020 on MBC channel. I was so impressed that he is the supervisor in the restaurant and the food he made was amazing. I have tried Iskandrani Prawns, Garlic and Lemon sauce fish. Sardines and rice. All was perfect.

Exquisite experience, staff are pleasant, polite and customer focused. The food is amazingly good and tasty. We visited this place twice this month and on both occasions it has been a delight! The fish here was incredibly fresh and delicious. We had fried prawns and grilled sea bass Egyptian style and it was extremely well seasoned. We walked here as it wasn’t too far from where we lived , on the way back there was a flash storm and all Ubers were being cancelled. The owner dropped me and my family home. Heard a lot about this place and it did not disappoint. The best Mediterranean seafood ever. Food is fresh, delicious and served after a very reasonable wait. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. What a wonderful concept and we had fish and chips. Fresh fish which is quite unique as normally you get frozen fish. Highly recommended. Brother from Egypt hosted us very well

I have eaten dinner there, I had calamari and prawns, it was absolutely delicious and fresh. Being served by Abdelsattar, the service was awesome. The parking is very convenient as well. We then had Moroccan tea. Everything was spot on. I will revisit and would highly recommend it. More

Wonderful food, really well presented. Some of the best cooked mussels and calamari I have ever eaten. Very nice desserts. Really lovely staff, immaculately clean, great atmosphere. Can't recommend enough!

They have a fish market next door. Sell all sorts of sea fish. Was fascinating to see the fresh fish from a lobster to squids. They have a large selection of frozen fish too.
