Been a loyal Dalhousie neighbor / customer coming here for 3 yrs, never had a problem until tonite when I called at 9:25pm to ask for a certain alcoholic drink , and Kelvin answered the phone , and said,” no I can not help you with your search, I have other things to do, we are about to close.” So I went to the store which is 5 mins away to look for myself, and instantly got helped by William , who without an issue offered to search in the system. William, knows what customer service is , but Kelvin who then I approached about the earlier phone call, was even more rude in person and had a disgusting attitude. Unfortunately, this store has loss a frequent customer due to one employee’s stupidity . Good luck !

Nice selection here of craft beer, hard liquor, and mixed drinks (in cans). I'm not much of a wine drinker so I can't evaluate that. The beer walk-in contains many locally made products, along with award winning international items. There are many mixed drinks too, like a Jamesons lime whiskey mixer or a Meadjito. The staff are really helpful; we have discussions about how a product tastes or whether it's suitable for certain applications. The store is clean and tidy.

Their weekly insert in Co-op flyer lead me to drive the 3.5 kms to shop for Thanksgiving wines. Huge selection and many items on sale at reasonable prices. Settled on Beachfront red and white wines from South Africa and a slightly sweet Rose. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Was offered a taste of a high end Scotch by it's agent.

The lady's and Men that work there are beyond friendly my boyfriend goes in often and they treat us like family one of the lady's found out my mother in law was sick from covid and cooked her a dinner!! Very friendly professional helpful amazing workers!!!

Looked everywhere for this wine. And you guys were the only one in the city to carry it. Strawberry wine... Not much if a drinker. But when I want a sip I come to you

I'm not a red wine expert but that is why I was there and I thought they had a excellent selection. Seem to be clean and well organized and layed out.

Staff courteous but not friendly. I'm a people person so this always enhances my experience. Always a few wines on sale with fairly good selection.

Closed early. Says 10. Was there at 945 and they were closed. Update you hours and do better ffs it's a friday and your closed b4 10

From time to time you will find hidden gems in this shop with great prices! You just have to have patient though.
