Sent me parking tickets in the mail even though I pay for parking with my membership…. Was then told I would have to dispute the tickets myself… even though it was their mistake for not activating my license plate even though we filled out all forms necessary. Cool. Great customer service! NOT.

Large zoo with great enclosures! 100% recommend. Laid out in a way that keeps you comfortable in any weather. One of the few zoos that get you close to the animals so you can observe them. The keepers were all great too! Lots of cool facts

Great place to visit. I'd highly recommend getting a membership if you plan on visiting more than three times in a year. I also recommend coming here on a weekday right after opening to avoid crowds. The zookeepers are very knowledgable

It’s my first time visiting this zoo and I had a great time. Specially Jurassic world theme park and its huge dinosaur replica with noice. Major attractions penguin , dinosaur , jurassic theme bridge, sounds and gorillas.

One of my favorite places to take a walk. Watching the animals are a favorite, as no two visits are alike. One day the snow leopard was pouncing around, then the cute red pandas. They did an amazing job on the Canadian Wilds. More

Went to the Calgary Zoo for Zoo Years Eve 2023, with my family, and it was a blast! The lights were stupendously set up, the colours were all over the place, changing, shifting, the kids, and adults couldn't get enough!

Always a fantastic time with the family. New polar bear exhibit is great and adds a new depth to the wild canada section, we will no long skip this on trips to the zoo. Staff are always informative and friendly.

Love, love , love the Zoo. The animals are wonderful ❤️ and the staff and knowledgeable and if they don't know will help get you the information you're after. The Zoo lights were awesome to see!

Calgary Zoo is one of the best entertainment centers in Calgary. The conditions of keeping the animals were excellent and suitable. In my opinion, the most interesting parts of the zoo are:

ZOO Lights PARKING CONTROLL NEEDED AT THE EXIT, My gawd it was a nightmare, random people were guiding traffic so that people could actually get out of the parking lot.

Zoolights, an opportunity to see the splendor of thousands of lights displayed in creative and beautiful ways. And the weather was equally as beautiful!

Such a fun place for families. We love to go around this place and watch the animals our toddler loves it. You can’t get bored here. More

Not very often would you see penguins walking right in front of you! The zoo is very well maintained and close to downtown calgary.

Fun time but maybe a break on the cost of parking since its only 4 hours?? Zoo lights were very nice and a great family event

Had a Christmas staff party in the observatory at the Calgary Zoo. Absolutely beautiful, great staff and great atmosphere.

Purchased Sunlight to Zoolights tickets. Enjoyed the newly renovated "Canadian wilds" New resident polar bears …

Always nice to see different animals. Kids friendly. $13 for parking. Foods at the cafeteria are pricey though. More

Been to a lot of zoos. This is certianly one of my favorites. And it's in my home town!
