This place hurt me. I went in for an estimate and they took photos, only to lose them somehow. I had to find out through my insurance adjuster, Caliber couldn’t even tell me directly. They wanted me to come back in to retake the photos. Think I’ll go someplace that’ll manage not to lose digital photos instead.
