They treated me like I was stealing, they all watched me while I was trying on sandals and followed me when I went to grab another size off the rack. Like there was more than 1 person watching me at the same time. I’ve never been treated this way in any shoe store. Kingsway location is way better than this one.

What a great customer service. Ocean went above and beyond to help us exchange a few dressing shoes that we bought online but received the wrong size. We lost the receipt and the email but she was able to help us and get the correct size ordered. Thank you Ocean for your help!

This place is a joke. The manager Michelle is extremely rude, and too lazy to help you out if you are looking to find a right size for you. She wouldn't even say thank you,or sorry. Just plain rude. I wouldn't be bringing my family back here again.

I had an amazing time shopping there and always have ,the clerks that I have met so far ,were genuine and kind and helped me a lot . Their customer service was impeccable and I will definitely shop there again.

Give the guy shoes to order and he orders the wrong ones. Also struggled to use their computer system which is probably more to do with their garbage company system, evident of their crappy online store

Rude staff that don’t know customer service . They greet you and just stand there . If you hate your job go find a job where you have zero interaction with people just so rude .
