No matter how much cheaper this service station is, please don’t do it to yourself. They are a petrol station not a service station because they don’t offer service whatsoever. Please train your staff to do their jobs so your customers don’t get frustrated. It took 25 minutes to pay for our fuel as the incompetent attendant had no idea how to use the till or Fleet Card. Many times throughout trying to pay he made phone calls, asked me to do his job because he didn’t have his glasses and served other customers in line, while he made me wait. He said to me “you’re in a hurry aren’t you” which I answered “No I’m not but I’m not going to stand here for 25 minutes watching you not knowing how to do your job”. Seriously an unprofessional business.

We used to chose this place over all the other gas stations in Sunbury because of the lovely female staff there; however, they employed a new bearded male staff who is rude, arrogant, unfriendly and unprofessional. We have to go somewhere else....what a pity

Consistently cheap fuel, even without using the rewards card which gives you a few cents off per litre. I find myself spending on average $10 less here then at the 2nd cheapest of United. Staff are friendly and the interior is always clean and looks modern

Pole at enterance bent for over two weeks. Using your rewards card gives you 3 cents off fuel not the 5 cents as you got in January 2018. For cheap fuel go to Apco services stations or use (Gas buddy app) to find cheapest fuel in or around Sunbury.

Puma is alway's one of the cheapest service station's in Sunbury for fuel. It's location is also quite handy, in that it isn't too close to Gap Road or the traffic light's, therefore more accessible to enter & exist without too much
