The second Phoenix City Hall built, this late fifties building is (mostly) modernized, but with some features that date back to its construction. It's office space, with windows that actually open (if you have a seven pin screwdriver), a decent view (if you're high enough), and fill of helpful, friendly people.
Very nice clean area perfect to take pictures at park near buildilg.
