I waited over 4 months for the sofa to be delivered from China; ordered a combination of freetown modules which werent viewable in the showroom, nor the fabric. I was unhappy when I received the sofa so I sent it back as part of their 365 day refund policy. I had to pay £240 for the sofa to be collected, which I was not made aware of prior to purchasing the sofa. I was willing to exchange the sofa but as they refused to refund the delivery as part of the consumer contracts regulations and cover the collection fee, (given that i couldnt view the sofa or fabric on another model before purchasing) like any other company would, I requested a refund which I am still waiting for 3 weeks later. I found a much nicer natural linen sofa elsewhere for the same price, with no delivery or collection fee. Apart from leather the majority of other furnishing options are polyester.

We had been searching for a sofa for months, we found most sofas to be so stylish they were uncomfortable or super comfy but ugly. We finally visited Camerich, we travelled over an hour to visit the store and so glad we did! Sharon was amazingly patient with us, showing us the Camerich range and going through colours and fabrics. We never once felt pressured to say yes there and then, and Sharon done her best to find photos of the sofa we liked in the fabric we liked. We were so happy to find a sofa that was really comfy AND stylish. The delivery time is a bit longer than some other store however so worth the wait in our opinion. The sofa arrived last month, the delivery of the item was smooth and pleasant. Customer service was totally on point from start to finish. Thanks again, will 100% recommend in future.

I bought some material to match the sofas and furniture I’d previously purchased from them. I’d asked the consultant to provide me with the name of my sofa material and made an order of almost £400 worth of material. After an 8 week wait (expedited with freight costs) I open the box to find that the wrong material was ordered. I enquire if a discount on the fabric would be reasonable as it would benefit all parties involved to minimise waste and time wasted. Camerich refused to discount the order but also went to lengths to suggest that I had used it in some way and repeatedly reminded me that a full refund would be provided only if the fabric is unused. A disappointing approach to customer services from a repeat customer. Also at a loss as to how one would use 8m of raw fabric? Please enlighten me?

We recently visited the Chelsea/Fulham showroom and were delighted that we did. Having looked at many sofas over the last few weeks, we were delighted to find the perfect fit sofa for our new living room at Camerich. We were looked after by Roumina Pourbakhtiari who went above and beyond to show us different sofa configurations, fabrics and styles. She was helpful, knowledgable and kind and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. We were also very happy to hear we could avail of a sofa loan while we wait for our own sofa to be delivered. A 5* experience and we will most certainly be back in the future.

I recently ordered the Lazy Time Plus sofa and am thrilled with how ridiculously comfortable it is, the incredibly short delivery time (a few days only) and the excellent customer service, particularly by Ishraq, who spent several hours in the showroom with me, patiently showing me the various options for cushion covers/colors and combinations. The post purchase care also went over and beyond with Ishraq and others in the team responding to queries quickly and ensuring safe delivery. Thanks so much!

Lovely store with great products. Having been in a number of times and finally making our first purchase (Dining room chairs), a large part of the decision was the time taken by Catlin and her knowledge of the products we were interested in. The order process was seamless and whilst I cant comment on the delivery, our expectations were managed and it was made clear there would be a few months wait. Would recommend both the store and Caitlin to friends and family.

Anna-Mariya has been an exceptional designer consultant and made the whole process of buying a sofa and coffee table effortless. She was so understanding, professional and patient with me. She helped us with the colour schemes. She sent us a few samples of what we wanted to make a decision. She was extremely helpful and a credit to Camerich. I would highly recommend Camerich for anyone who wishes to buy furniture.

Pregnant, waiting in the store for 45mins to ultimately leave with no pricing and assistance. The two ladies in the store, did not even waved hello or asked for our patience. They were both assisting one couple, and for 45mins they literally did not even look at us. We were patiently waiting to be assisted, and at the end we left. Rude, and unacceptable. A pity because we wanted to buy a few things.

Anna-Mariya Dilova was very helpful and constructive in helping us find the right sofa for our particular space. She knows the Camerich products inside out and really listens and understands the customer's needs. We were very impressed with her she is a credit to the Camerich brand. Very high quality furniture and reasonably priced, the service from this shop has been most impressive especially from Anna- Mariya in the Kings Road showroom, Anna made the process very simple, kept me up to date and did everything and more she said she would. I would strongley recomend this company.

Great product and service: the staff was accommodating, ensuring we knew when our delivery was taking place with timely and accurate updates (didn't have to chase them at all). When needing to cancel one piece they were quick and friendly. Also the sofa itself is very comfortable and stylish.

This is a very good furniture brand, high quality looking and very kind service. All styles very contemporary with natural wood, marble, leather and a wide fabrics range. We had a very good service provided by Martha, so glad to make our brand new home furbished from this store.

After searching for months for the right sofa, we walked Into Camerich and saw exactly what we wanted. The decision to buy was made so much easier with the great customer service from Zoe. She couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Items are nice but bulky. They don't take responsibility of there own recommendations. Meaning they would suggest and item based on the measurements taken by then they are not welling to fix it or change the item they tell you have used the piece of furniture!!!
