Horrible experience - we were trying to customise something specific and willing to pay up for it. Whereas the young lady sales person threw us a booklet without even trying to recommend anything. And the designer went out recommending us going to IKEA instead and claimed that ‘they don’t do this kind of specific things in the UK in general’. We actually visited Boconcept just before visiting this store but the staff there were really helpful and provided some plans for us even tho they did not have this kind of ‘specific things’. Absolutely racist and arrogant staff there. Please avoid this shop. If I can give 0 rating I would.

Hidden gem to find furniture. The customer service is second to none. After buying my L leather sofa, I had issues with the springs.. 1 time after 1 year and another after 2 years. No joke, they sent an upholster over two times, without questioning me and fixed it perfectly. This is really appreciated ... Things do break ofcourse but it always comes down to how things are handled and it's a real testament to this brand ... Furniture retailers can be a somewhat dodgy industry (we all know who you are) .. but camerich is refreshing in the sector. I also like the name, came rich :)...

Staff at both shops visited were kind and efficient, but the sofa I had selected for being generally in stock and quickly available, was not in stock upon completing the purchase. Management made everything possible to find faster delivery options. I am truly thankful to the shop staff and management for sorting out and organising in a very short time the sofa delivery. Five stars to Camerich and their staff. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Camerich from the start. I had started furnishing my flat and was assisted by Anna-Mariya Dilova. She was attentive and made sure that I was happy with every item I purchased. Even when I changed my mind about a few pieces, the replacement process after delivery was extremely smooth and I ended up loving every item I received.

Just called this store for some chair measurements - the lady I spoke with didn't have the chair in store, but called their Fulham branch.
