Open Mon-Fri 9:30am - 4pm and closed sat/sun.... what BS as most ppl are working between 9-4...with the weekend available to get things done.... you shouldnt have to take tine off from work just to get your mail. Really poor planning

I am disabled and unable to get out to pick up pkgs. They never deliver them, they leave them at a PO nowhere close to my home. I used to live in Montreal. Service was much better there. This is the worst delivery service ever.

The number listed above "Can Not take incoming calls." I mail a gift certificate from the U.S. Post Office here says it went out and to call Canada Post! This is not the first time a letter has not been delivered! #Frustrating!

The number goes right to a recorded message saying "this number does not receive calls". I needed to contact this distribution centre to see if they are actually open past 4:00. I'm pretty sure these guys close down at 4:00

Surprisingly positive customer service experience. The supervisor, Mike, handled my issue within two hours. My past experience at our depots has taken weeks at times.

Worst service ever they drop off a paper and run away they don't even attempt to drop off package and when I go try to get it I have to wait another day. Horrible

We had an issue with our package and got in touch with Jeff at the Matheson depot and within minutes he had our issue resolved and saved our package!

My package was returned back to sender, and the worst is that you can hardly speak to a live agent.

It should have mentioned this location has no mailing service then I didn't waste my time.....
