Very bad experience. Spoke to Technical support and they were not willing to help at all. Package was supposed to be delivered a day earlier and it was delayed. It's good that we were able to pressure the Technical Support to transfer us to a Supervisor whom we were able to explain our side. We told him that it is a Business account and the package was already delayed by one day and it should be delivered on or before 4 p.m. because the item will be used for a Retreat. But then, they were insisting that it will be delivered by 8 p.m. which would be too late. All attendees who are supposed to receive the item would have been gone. We were so upset. Fortunately, after talking to the supervisor, the package has been delivered within 10 minutes. Had I not insisted to talk to a Supervisor, our package could have been trashed for nothing. As a rule of thumb in moving forward, WE ARE NO LONGER GOING TO USE CANADA POST for fast delivery. We'll trust Fedex, expensive but reliable.

THE PLACE to go for CBD What a beautiful onlineshop service. The owner of this shop had presented at an organization to which I belong. I was absolutely impressed with his story and the process by which they produce the hemp oil. The representative in the shop was extremely help and knowledgeable when I explained my situation and reason for coming. This is THE PLACE to go for CBD products.

It's in a very convenient location with good hours. Clean and well merchandised. Some of the staff definitely require more training as I've been incorrectly advised on the correct postage needed for my last two items mailed days apart from this location. The latter item was returned to sender due to insufficient postage even though it was deemed okay by the staff.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although there are Canada post offices closer to my place, I definitely rather come back here if I have another package to send. FYI, Canada post is in the second floor inside the Shoppers.

The best Canada Post office in the city. 'Ketan' was extremely helpful and patient and guided us through the entire process and did it in the friendliest most kindest way. This guy should get promoted ASAP!

The staff are super helpful. There was a guy that helped us return our amazon packages and send letters. "Ketan" walked us through each step of the way and gave us a lot of great advices.

The Post Office workers here are super nice. Even though it’s a wee bit farther than the King Street one, I send my packages here because they’re so nice.

Note: This post office is on the top floor of Shoppers Drug Mart. When I visited, the escalator was not working - and as such it's not accessible.

Good service. Friendly postal worker accepted my return package and provided a receipt. Had a good attitude and nice smile ☺️
