Tall, thin lady with short black hair was working at the time and refused to take my package--which was already paid for--coz it was "too small" to fit the label. I've sent the same size package at other branches and they always found a way to make it work. Flat out refused to take the package. Guess she doesn't like small packages …

...just went to pick up a package requiring a signature. I indicated it was urgent as it's medically related - he proceeded to give me attitude and tell me it's likely the driver could be there after 8pm, their closing time. Gee, thanks for the help! Abrasive experience. Remember, we pay 20 dollars for this kind of service. Shameful.

I have been coming to this shoppers since I was eight, when it existed in the middle of the plaza. The staff is nice, friendly. And it's not their fault that the store gets busy during certain moments and they cannot open anothe till. I recommend this place.

Can you guys tell your employees to have a better attitude towards the customers; Otherwise, you guys won't have any customers visiting you guys. Is not everyone's fault that your employees hate their jobs and can't find better jobs because of the pandemic.

The guy named Shaujaat gave the poorest Customer service experience I have ever received. He was utterly rude. He told me I can't send a package to Pakistan which was a lie as I was able to send the same package from the main street branch.

Definitely zero stars for the staff in this Canada post. The guy serving here had an attitude, throwing a tantrum because he has no patience with the customers. Even though I did his job by filling the customs form online.

As expected with Canada Post, lazy employees Leave post unattended for 15+ minutes and refuse to simply print out a receipt for you

The guy takes his sweet time serving each client but also causes a huge lineup. Very slow and doesn't care about the lineup.
