The manager at this post office is rude! She gives you attitude and treats you like you're the biggest inconvenience. I would appreciate it if she said whatever bothers her about my package respectfully, but instead she has a lot of attitude and is petty! Canada post needs to train their employees on excellent customer service.

Went for a verification.The staff declined (because Pin Code was entered twice and "it's not exactly as in the ID"....yes my mistake).She raised her voice when I requested for details and was very rude in the process.Decline or not she can do it a bit more politely.

Amazing customer service! Very friendly and helpful. They made an exception to make me feel valued. I would definitely recommend visiting this place as it is not very busy and the people working here are very customer service oriented. 2 thumbs up!

I recently visited this location, there was a lady named Sabrina who assisted us. She went out of her way to accommodate our needs. I really appreciate her service. Her assistance made our visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend their service!

Terrible customer service. They kept my package there for a week. I went there 3 times that week to check, because Canada post tracking said it had arrived earlier. They said it hadn't arrived yet and they wouldn't scan my tracking number.

I needed some assistance sending a package some packages for warranty that didn't have prepaid labels and I wasn't sure how to address the packages correctly. The lady working was helpful and got me some stickers to put on the package and

very rude service. every weekend there is this girl who works the post office. the girl seems very young and takes over an hour "break" and they don't care to help you, I arrived at 2:30pm and there was a sign that said sorry wont be back

This place is inside shoppers drug smart in Parkway Mall. The attention of the staff is excellent and the service is greatly recommended

A small outlet inside of the Shoppers Drugmart, was staffed by 1 and very very slow due to volume of people dropping off around 6pm

The location marked in the google map is wrong. The Canada post is actually located along Shopper's drug mart inside Parkway mall.
